E-1 Wir wollen unsere Häupter beugen.
Herr, bei einer Gelegenheit sagten Deine geliebten Jünger: „Lehre uns beten.” Wenn wir den Blick zu Dir, dem großen Gott im Himmel, erheben, erkennen wir unsere Unzulänglichkeit. So lehre uns jetzt in unseren Herzen darum zu beten, Herr, was Deinem Reiche und Deinen Knechten nützlich ist. DU kennst die Not, jedes einzelnen hier.
Auf diesem Pult liegen heute Morgen Taschentücher, Schürzen und kleine Päckchen von Bedürftigen, die körperlich Hilfe brauchen oder familiäre Schwierigkeiten haben, oder was immer es sein mag. Doch Du bist Gott, Du allein bist Gott, der einzig wahre Gott, den es gibt, und wir bitten Dich im Namen Jesu, Deines geliebten Sohnes, dass Du jeden von ihnen heilst. Vielleicht ist auch jemand hier, der kein Taschentuch oder etwas anderes gebracht hat, aber ebenfalls Heilung benötigt.
Vielleicht kommen in den Ländern auf der ganzen Welt Menschen zusammen und hören dieses Tonband. Wir beten, Herr, dass der große Gott des Himmels während des Gottesdienstes heute Morgen oder wenn das Tonband abgespielt wird, die Aufrichtigkeit unseres Herzens belohnt und die Kranken heilt und ihnen gibt, was sie benötigen.
Segne uns jetzt in diesem Gottesdienst. Sprich durch uns wie nie zuvor, um des Reiches Gottes willen. Wir erwarten Deine Antwort im Namen Jesu. Amen.
E-2 Es ist gut, heute Morgen wieder hier in der Gemeinde zu sein. Ich sprach gerade mit Freunden, die aus Ohio gekommen sind. Es ging um ein kleines Mädchen, das vor einigen Monaten hierhergebracht wurde und mit Leukämie im Sterben lag. Die Eltern waren sehr arm. Ich habe heute Morgen keine Zeit, das Zeugnis vorzulesen. Wir werden es abheften. Hier jedoch ist das Foto, das man drei Tage, nachdem ich für sie gebetet hatte, von dem Mädchen aufgenommen hat. Die Ärzte gaben ihr nur noch drei Tage zu leben, und als diese Zeit um war, konnten sie nicht einmal mehr eine Spur der Krankheit finden. Sie geht wieder zur Schule und ist sehr glücklich. Ich bin sicher, die Gemeinde erinnert sich noch daran, als sie hier in dem Raum war.
Und auch das kleine Baby, das mit den Eingeweiden, wie, auf der Außenseite geboren wurde. Irgendwie die Ärzte ... In diesem kleinen Zustand konnte die Art und Weise, wie die Därme geformt wurden, nicht wieder zurückgelegt werden. Sie hatten Angst, das kleine Ding zu berühren - es war nur ein neugeborenes Baby. Und jetzt, der kleine Kerl, ungefähr ein Jahr alt, denke ich, so etwas, mit normalem Darm, alles so normal wie es nur geht. Es ist nur die Gnade Gottes, wie gut Er für uns ist.
E-3 Heute möchte ich bekanntgeben, dass die geplanten Afrika-Versammlungen, die wir in der kommenden Woche mit Br. Joseph Boze in Kenia und Tansania halten wollten, nicht stattfinden können. Wir haben ein Telegramm von Br. Boze bekommen: „In der letzten Woche sind drei unserer Missionare ermordet worden.” Sie haben dort einen Aufstand. Die Kommunisten schleusen Waffen zu den Eingeborenen, indem sie vorgeben, dass ihre Schiffe dort nur Fischfang betreiben. Dabei beliefern die Russen und China die Eingeborenen mit Waffen. Diese haben nichts Besseres zu tun, als sie einfach gegen alles einzusetzen, was sich ihnen gerade bietet. Deshalb ist die Regierung der Meinung, dass es nicht weise wäre, zu diesem Zeitpunkt eine Versammlung zu haben. Wenn ich es recht verstanden habe, kann Bruder Boze in der Gegend, wohin ich jetzt gehen wollte, nicht einmal seine Schule geöffnet lassen. Doch es wurde nicht endgültig abgesagt, sondern nur verschoben, bis sich die Lage wieder beruhigt hat.
E-4 Ich bin sehr froh, Bruder Sidney Jackson und Schwester Jackson aus Südafrika heute Morgen wieder in unserer Mitte zu sehen, nachdem sie viele Jahre nicht mehr hier waren. Hat er schon gesprochen? Ja. Diese Leute waren mir wirklich Bruder und Schwester und Mitarbeiter in den Feldzügen in Südafrika, als ich das letzte Mal dort war. Wir hoffen sehr, dass wir durch die Gnade Gottes eines Tages wieder zu ihnen zurückkehren werden, denn es ist nötig. Ich versuche es schon seit neun Jahren, doch wegen der Organisationen usw. lassen sie mich nicht mehr hinein.
Deshalb schrieb ich ihnen kürzlich in einem Brief: „Das Blut jener verlorenen Seelen soll auf euch kommen und nicht auf mich.” Denn ich glaube, dass Gott meinen Dienst für diese Menschen dort drüben gebrauchen will. Wegen ihrer unterschiedlichen Auffassung als Denominationen aber wollen sie nicht, dass ich wieder zurückkomme. Doch es ist schon in Ordnung. Der Herr wird sich darum kümmern.
E-5 Heute Morgen möchte ich sagen, dass auch heute Abend ein Gottesdienst hier stattfinden wird, so der Herr will. Ihr seid dazu eingeladen. Bruder Neville hat mich darum gebeten. Am nächsten Sonntag, so der Herr will, Ich bin auch hier, dann vielleicht für die nächsten zwei oder drei Sonntage, wegen der Abwesenheit von diesem, Sein... Absage dieses Versammlungen, das im Machen war.
E-6 Nun, ich hatte ja angekündigt, während dieser Zeit vielleicht über die sieben Posaunen zu predigen. Wir haben uns gefragt, wie das geschehen könnte, weil das Gebäude nicht groß genug ist und wir auch noch keine Klimaanlage haben. Deshalb haben wir versucht, diese Schule, die eine Klimaanlage hat, zu mieten. Dort gibt es genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten, ich weiß nicht genau, wie viele. Es ist eine schöne Schule, doch wir konnten sie nicht bekommen. Nächste Woche hätte man sie uns zwar zur Verfügung gestellt, doch das geht nicht. Seht, es kommen ja Delegationen aus verschiedenen Teilen der Welt: aus Jamaica, von den Inseln, sogar aus Südamerika, Kanada, Mexiko und anderen Nationen. Wenn wir die Bekanntmachung am Montag versenden, würde sie erst am Mittwoch oder Donnerstag ankommen; man müßte sich frei nehmen usw. In der Woche darauf beginnt schon die Schule, dann könnten wir sie vielleicht an einem Abend haben, am nächsten und übernächsten vielleicht wieder nicht, dann wieder. Das wäre einfach nichts; es ginge nicht.
E-7 Ich fragte mich, warum, und betete aufrichtig. Anschließend ist es auch an der Zeit, nach Arizona zurückzukehren, weil die Kinder wieder zur Schule müssen. Ich habe mit meiner Frau darüber gesprochen.
Gestern nun ging ich in den Raum und sagte: „Herr, vielleicht kann ich es nicht in viele Worte fassen, doch bitte, habe Verständnis, o Gott, Du weißt, was ich in meinem Herzen meine. Warum ist alles abgeschnitten, so dass ich nicht über die Posaunen predigen kann?” Dann kam Er und offenbarte es.
Deshalb möchte ich euch an diesem Morgen den Grund, weshalb es so ist, sagen.
Wir wollen jetzt in unseren Bibeln 3. Moses 23 aufschlagen. So der Herr will, werde ich heute Abend über das Thema Aus dem Lager hinausgehen sprechen. Es wird kurz sein, damit ihr Zeit habt, nach Hause zurückzukehren, um wieder an eure Arbeit zu gehen.
E-8 Wir sind froh, Besucher, die nicht aus dieser Stadt sind, hier zu sehen. Wie viele hier sind von außerhalb? Wir sehen, es sind fünfundneunzig bis achtundneunzig Prozent der Zuhörer. Ihr seht also, es ist nicht Jeffersonville, sondern die Menschen, die nach Jeffersonville kommen. Wir sind durch die Gnade des Herrn hier.
Heute Morgen möchte ich drei Bibelstellen lesen. Für euch, die ihr sie aufschreibt: eine steht in 3. Moses 23, die anderen in Jesaja 18 und 27.
Und jetzt, statt zu predigen… der Herr will es, werde ich das heute Nacht tun; aber ich möchte heute Morgen das „Fest der sieben Posaunen” lehren. In diesem Monat ist das Fest der sieben Posaunen, beginnend ... und das ist der siebte Monat, der ... der 15. Juli begann des Festes der Posaunen in den levitischen Gesetzen.
E-9 Nun, wenn ihr etwas zum Schreiben habt, könnt ihr euch die Schriftstellen und Einzelheiten notieren, während wir es durchnehmen. Eines ist mit dieser Versammlung: es ist heiß. Doch daran haben wir uns im Laufe der Jahre gewöhnt. Vielleicht meint jemand, dass ich glaube, die Zeit hört auf, wenn wir dieses Gebäude betreten, und wir wären schon teilweise in der Ewigkeit, weil ich die Leute immer so lange hier aufhalte. Das denke ich nicht, aber ich glaube, dass wir dem Kommen Jesu so nahe sind, dass ich jede Minute ausnutzen muss, in der ich die Menschen zusammen habe.
Als ich vor einer Weile hierherfuhr und betete, ehe ich das Podium betrat, wie es jeder aufrichtige Geistliche tut, dachte ich darüber nach, dass die herrlichste Zeit, die wir haben, diejenige ist, wenn wir hier zusammenkommen und die Menschen sich aus vielen Bundesstaaten, die Hunderte von Meilen entfernt sind, hier versammeln. Wir haben Gemeinschaft in dem Wort, doch es wird bald eine Zeit kommen, wo dies alles nur noch eine liebe Erinnerung sein wird. Das stimmt. Diese Zeiten werden nicht so bleiben. Deshalb müssen wir alles tun, was wir nur können, damit jede Minute zählt. Denkt jetzt darüber nach, während wir die Hitze dieses Vormittags ertragen müssen. Ihr wißt ja, dass jeder menschliche Körper schon Wärme ausstrahlt. Es ist beschwerlich für euch, doch ich möchte, dass ihr das Wort bekommt. Laßt uns beten, bevor wir lesen.
E-10 Herr, fast jede Person, die hier ist und die Hände bewegen kann, könnte die Seiten der Bibel aufschlagen, doch es gibt heute Morgen nur Einen unter uns, der sie uns aufschließen kann: das ist der große Heilige Geist, der in unserer Mitte ist. öffne uns das Wort, Herr, das wir lesen, wie Du es den Jüngern, die sich auf dem Wege nach Emmaus befanden, erschlossen hast. DU fingst an, ihnen die Schrift auszulegen. Mögen wir wie sie, als sie nach Jerusalem zurückkehrten, sagen können, wenn wir von hier gehen: „Brannte nicht unser Herz in uns, als Er unterwegs mit uns redete?” Wir bitten darum im Namen Jesus. Amen.
Laßt uns aus Ehrfurcht vor dem Worte aufstehen.
E-11 Mein Thema heute Morgen ist: Das Fest der Posaunen. Ich möchte jetzt aus 3. Moses 23, von Vers 23, lesen:
Und der HERR redete mit Mose und sprach:
Rede mit den Kindern Israel und sprich: Am ersten Tage des siebenten Monats sollt ihr den heiligen Sabbat des Blasens zum Gedächtnis halten, da ihr zusammenkommt;
Jetzt aus Jesaja 18, von Vers 1. Es steht in Verbindung dazu.
Weh dem Lande, das unter den Segeln im Schatten fährt, jenseits der Wasser des Mohrenlandes,
das Botschafter auf dem Meer sendet und in Rohrschiffen auf den Wassern fährt! Gehet hin, ihr schnellen Boten, zum Volk, das hochgewachsen und glatt ist, zum Volk, das schrecklicher ist denn sonst irgend eins, zum Volk, das gebeut und zertritt, welchem die Wasserströme sein Land einnehmen.
Alle, die ihr auf Erden wohnet und im Lande sitzet, werden sehen, wie man das Panier auf den Bergen aufwerfen wird, und hören, wie man die Posaune blasen wird.
Und Jesaja 27:12-13:
Zu der Zeit wird der HERR worfeln von dem Ufer des Stromes bis an den Bach Ägyptens; und ihr, Kinder Israel, werdet versammelt werden, einer nach dem andern.
Zu der Zeit wird man mit einer großen Posaune blasen; so werden kommen die Verlorenen im Lande Assur und die Verstoßenen im Lande Ägypten und werden den HERRN anbeten auf dem heiligen Berge zu Jerusalem.
E-12 Laßt uns noch einmal beten:
Herr, segne diese Worte in unseren Herzen. Mögen unsere Gedanken und unsere Betrachtung gemäß Deinem Willen sein. In Jesu Namen. Amen. Ihr könnt euch setzen.
E-13 Es gibt so viele Dinge, die ein Pastor seiner Gemeinde sagen möchte, die er liebt, von verschiedenen Menschen aus verschiedenen Orten, die aus Zeitgründen nicht erlaubt wären.
Nun, wenn wir uns diesem Thema nähern, wollen wir, dass Sie sich in Freiheit fühlen. Und viele von euch stehen, und als ich vorbeikam, waren die Hallen voll, und vor den Türen, vor und um das Gebäude herum und um die Wände herum. Wenn du jetzt die Plätze tauschen willst, ist das in Ordnung.
E-14 Das Fest der Posaunen war eine Zusammenkunft Israels. Bei diesem Fest versammelten sie sich. Ich werde schon seit einiger Zeit daran gehindert, über das Thema der sieben Posaunen aus der Offenbarung zu sprechen. Jetzt werden wir das ganz kurz nachprüfen, um den Grund herauszufinden, weshalb ich zu dieser Zeit nicht darüber spreche. Es ist, weil der Heilige Geist mir nicht gestattet, über diese Dinge zu sprechen. Ich weiß, das klingt für Menschen mit viel Bildung und Wissen vielleicht sehr kindisch, doch bei einem Christen ist es anders. Wir folgen einzig und allein der Leitung des Heiligen Geistes.
E-15 Ich beginne festzustellen, dass in den Predigten über die sieben Gemeindezeitalter schon das Muster und die Voraussage von allem ist, was Gott für die Gemeinde und durch die Gemeinde tun würde. Ihrer Stellung entsprechend haben wir sie eingeteilt. In den ersten drei Kapiteln des Buches der Offenbarung wird all das geoffenbart, was mit der Gemeinde geschieht. Danach ist von der Gemeinde bis zum 19. Kapitel nichts mehr zu sehen. Die Gemeinde wird im 4. Kapitel hinaufgenommen und kehrt im neunzehnten wieder zurück. Braut und Bräutigam kommen gemeinsam auf die Erde, Von Kapitel 19 bis einschließlich 22 betrifft alles das Tausendjährige Reich und was danach sein wird. Zwischen dem 4. und 19. Kapitel befaßt sich Gott mit Israel.
E-16 Als wir mit dem Buch der Offenbarung der Gemeinde - das beschreibt, was Gott in den sieben Gemeinden getan hat, die damals am Anfang als Schattenbild in Kleinasien bestanden - zum Abschluß kamen, offenbarte und erschloß uns der Heilige Geist alle Geheimnisse, wie Er Seine Gemeinde durch die Geschichte hindurchgebracht hat. Wenn ihr die Predigten über die sieben Gemeindezeitalter nicht auf Tonband habt, wäre es gut, wenn ihr sie euch besorgen würdet. Bald kommen sie auch als Buch heraus.
Dabei haben wir es dann belassen und angenommen, dass wir nach einer Weile über die Siegel predigen werden, und wußten noch gar nicht, was die Siegel beinhalten. Wie jeder Prediger hatte auch ich meine eigene Vorstellung; ich habe vielleicht nachgelesen, was andere darüber gesagt haben und soviel wie möglich von ihren Abhandlungen, von ihren Schlußfolgerungen geglaubt. Ich habe das Buch von Herrn Uriah Smith, dem Lehrer der Adventisten, gelesen. Ich las seine Gedanken darüber und auch das Buch von Herrn Larkin. Oh, ich habe so viele ihrer Kommentare darüber gelesen! Doch irgendwie dachte ich, dass ich über verschiedene Stellen eine etwas andere Ansicht hatte. Einmal versuchte ich, über die vier Reiter zu sprechen, und predigte vier Abende; an jedem Abend über ein Pferd.
E-17 Doch ehe dies nun geschah, wurde mir eine Vision geschenkt - ich sprach darüber in der Predigt Ist dies die Zeit?, wie ihr alle wißt -, dass ich nach Tucson, Arizona, gehen sollte, und zwar in die abgelegene Wüste, in das Gebirge, wo ich mit einigen Brüdern war. Ich sagte ihnen, dass ein lauter Knall ertönen würde. Sieben Engel kamen herab. Weil ich dachte, es würde das Ende meines Lebens sein, sagte ich meiner Frau, dass sie bei Billy bleiben soll, und auch, was mit den Kindern geschehen soll usw., bis wir uns im Jenseits wiedersehen würden.
E-18 Dann geschah es eines Morgens sehr früh, dass Gott mich in der Sabino-Schlucht rief; ich stand mit erhobenen Händen da und betete, als ein Schwert in meine Hand fiel. Es ist euch bekannt. Ich stand dort und sah es an; es war so natürlich, wie meine Hand jetzt ist. Ich wußte nicht, was es bedeutet. Es wurde mir übergeben, indem eine Stimme sagte: „Dies ist das Schwert des Königs.”Später, als der Engel des Herrn es offenbarte, war es das Wort in der Hand.
Direkt danach erschienen die Engel des Herrn und sprachen von den sieben Siegeln; ich sollte hier nach Jeffersonville zurückkommen und über die sieben Siegel predigen. Wenn ich je etwas sagte, das inspiriert war, so war es das. Dort, wo der Engel des Herrn uns begegnet, wird die Bibel zu einer neuen Bibel. Dort wurde alles enthüllt was die Reformer und die anderen ausgelassen hatten. Es war die vollständige Offenbarung Jesu Christi - ganz und gar neu für uns, je doch vollkommen und genau in Übereinstimmung mit der Schrift. Das war das Wort, das schon immer gewesen ist. Ich wurde so inspiriert und geleitet.
E-19 Als es dann um diesen Teil hier, über die Posaunen zu predigen, ging, dachte ich: „Ich werde gar nicht versuchen, mir irgendwelche Gedanken darüber zu machen, sondern einfach die Zeit abwarten und es mir von Ihm offenbaren lassen.” Als ich nun gestern in den Raum ging und mich über das „Warum” fragte - Verzeihung, es war vorgestern - tat der Heilige Geist mir dies kund; um mir zu zeigen, dass es für die Gemeinde in dieser Zeit gar nicht nützlich ist, weil es überhaupt nichts mit der Gemeinde zu tun hat.
E-20 In den sieben Siegeln wurden die verborgenen Geheimnisse Christi vollständig geoffenbart. Zuerst jedoch wurden die sieben Gemeindezeitalter geoffenbart; ihre Reihenfolge und ihr Verlauf wurden in Übereinstimmung mit der Geschichte und der Bibel dargelegt. Wir stellten fest, dass wir uns im letzten Gemeindezeitalter von Laodizea befinden, welches das verdorbenste aller Gemeindezeitalter seit dem ersten von Ephesus ist. Es war ein großes Zeitalter.
Der Heilige Geist gab mir eine Vision, und ich sah, was geschehen ist. Vor zwei Jahren habe ich an der Tafel aufgezeichnet, und es ist dort angebracht worden, wie das Licht auf Erden immer mehr abnahm. Es entsprach der Art und Weise, wie das Licht des Evangeliums auf die Erde kam, wie es strahlte und schwächer wurde. Zu der Zeit wußte ich noch nicht, was es bedeutete und wie es sein würde. Dann aber hatte die große ökumenische Bewegung eine Zusammenkunft in Rom. Rom ist die Mutter aller Organisationen. Anschließend verließ der Papst den Vatikan und besuchte zum ersten Mal in der Geschichte Jerusalem und andere Stätten; und Jerusalem ist von alters her der Sitz unserer Religion. An diesen Sitz begab sich der Papst aus Rom, welcher zu allen Zeiten der größte Feind der Gemeinde war. Er verließ Rom, um Jerusalem in Palästina zu besuchen.
E-21 Wir sehen es, obwohl ich selbst ungeschult bin, Mühe mit den Worten habe und sie kaum aussprechen kann. Ich habe immer in Schattenbildern und Beispielen aus der Natur gelehrt. Die Natur verläuft naturgemäß - die Natur ist von Gott.
Wenn ihr euch die Zeit nehmt, das Vieh auf der Weide zu beobachten - wenn es sich in einer Ecke der Weide versammelt, dann könnt ihr eure Angel aus dem Wasser nehmen, denn die Fische werden nicht beißen. Ihr werdet keine fangen, wenn das Vieh ruht, es sei denn, ihr werft eure Angel direkt dort hinein, wo die Fische ruhen. Wenn es sich aber erhebt, um zu weiden, dann gebt acht. Zur selben Zeit, wenn das Vieh ruht, fliegen die Vögel auf die Bäume; sie hören auf zu fressen. Das ist die Natur; alles stimmt überein. Beachtet, gleichzeitig fliegen die Bienen über ihren Honig hinweg; sie sammeln ihn dann nicht. Die gesamte Natur ist in Übereinstimmung.
E-22 Wenn wir nun in den nächsten Monaten sehen, dass ein Blatt von einem Baum fällt, dann verliert der Baum sein Laub bald ganz, und das Leben, der Saft geht hinunter in die Wurzeln. Das Laub fällt auf den Boden und verrottet. Die Mineralstoffe, die sich in den Blattern befinden, werden in die Erde sinken - und was ist bereits geschehen? Das Leben ist schon vorausgegangen, wird sie wieder in sich aufnehmen und die Blätter neu hervorbringen. Es ist Tod, Beerdigung und Auferstehung.
E-23 So ist es mit der ganzen Natur. Sonne und Mond sind wie Mann und Frau. Der Mond ist das geringere Licht. Wenn die Sonne untergegangen ist, strahlt der Mond in ihrer Abwesenheit das Licht auf die Erde. Das ist ein Sinnbild auf die Gemeinde. Als der Papst, der alte Feind der Gemeinde, sich aufmachte und nach Jerusalem kam, welches der Sitz der Gemeinde ist, wurde berichtet, dass vorher eine totale Mondfinsternis eintrat. Das alte Jerusalem symbolisiert das Neue Jerusalem.
E-24 In den Tageszeitungen der ganzen Nation - wir haben ein Exemplar dort angebracht - war abgebildet, wie der Mond sein Licht verlor, und dunkel wurde. Genau das gleiche Phänomen, das der Mond am Himmel zeigte, ließ mich der Heilige Geist hier vor zwei Jahren aufzeichnen. Es zeigt die Verfinsterung. Dort waren sechs Aufnahmen. Ich zeichnete auch die siebente auf, weil im siebenten Gemeindezeitalter nur noch ein wenig Licht übriggeblieben ist. Es ist das Zeitalter, in dem Jesus an die Tür klopft. Es geht jedoch in totale Finsternis über.
E-25 Welch ein Bild, was für eine Botschaft von Gott selbst, dass diese Dinge die Wahrheit sind! Als erstes bezeugte Er es in Seinem Wort, dann durch den Geist auf der Plattform, und anschließend bekräftigte Er es noch am Himmel.
Daran ist kein Fehler. Die Siegel und die Zeitalter sind in vollkommener Übereinstimmung. Gott legt in diesem Zeitalter, in dem wir jetzt leben, durch übernatürliche Zeichen und Wunder, mit dem Wort und durch die Geschichte Zeugnis davon ab.
Nun, es ist schwer für die Gemeinden, dieses zu sehen; es ist für die Denominationen schwer, es zu sehen. Sie meinen immer, dass man versucht, die Menschen auszuschimpfen. So ist es nicht; man versucht nur, die Menschen zu warnen. Man will doch nicht böse zu ihnen sein, sondern versucht, sie vom Bösen wegzubekommen! Es sind nicht die Menschen in den Organisationen, es ist das System, in dem sie sich befinden, wodurch sie verdammt sind.
Die Katholiken, Protestanten, Juden und die anderen sind aufrichtige, ehrliche Menschen. Es sind alles Menschen.
E-26 Die Nonnen gehen doch nicht ins Kloster, um schlechte Frauen zu werden; sie gehen dorthin, weil sie gut sein möchten. Sie versuchen, ihrem Gott näher zu kommen. Es ist das System, das sie verdirbt. Die Menschen schließen sich den Gemeinden doch nicht an, um schlecht, sondern um gut zu sein. Es ist aber das System der Kirchen und Gemeinden, das sie vom Wort und den Prinzipien Gottes, die für diese Zeit festgelegt wurden, wegzieht.
E-27 Erinnert euch, Gott ist das Wort. Jedem Zeitalter, das auf Erden sein würde, hat Er einen gewissen Teil des Wortes zugedacht. ER hat es für das Gemeindezeitalter bestimmt. Die sieben Siegel haben alles darüber geoffenbart.
Warum waren noch Geheimnisse verborgen geblieben? In Offenbarung 10 finden wir, dass am Ende der Botschaft des siebenten Engels diese Geheimnisse, die verborgen waren, geoffenbart würden (Offbg. 10, 1-7). Beachtet, der Grund liegt darin, dass es während der Zeitalter keine Propheten gab. Die Bibel sagt jedoch, dass Gott nichts tut, es sei denn, Er offenbart Sein Geheimnis Seinen Propheten, Seinen Knechten - dem Propheten! Das Wort des Herrn erging in allen Zeitaltern immer an die Propheten; nie an ein System, nie an eine Gruppe.
E-28 Nie hat Gott eine Gruppe gebraucht. Jedesmal, wenn eine Gruppe von Menschen sich organisierte, verließ Gott sie und kehrte nie wieder zurück. Forscht in der Kirchengeschichte nach, ob das stimmt oder nicht. Wir haben das bereits getan. Niemals verhandelt Er mit einem System oder einer Gruppe, nachdem sie sich organisiert haben, denn dann ist sie gegen Gott.
Während der Zeit der Reformationen traten Reformatoren auf. Die sieben Siegel bestätigten das. In den letzten Tagen aber sollte es wieder geoffenbart werden, denn gemäß der Verheißung aus Maleachi 3, dem zweiten Teil, sollte eine Salbung herabkommen und den ursprünglichen Glauben wieder zurückerstatten. Der Glaube der Menschen sollte zum ursprünglichen Pfingsten, dem Glauben der Väter, zurückgebracht werden.
E-29 (Matth. 11:10)
Wir befaßten uns damit, als Elia zuerst auftrat, und ebenfalls mit Elisa, der ihm folgte. Dann nahmen wir Johannes den Täufer, welcher der Elia jener Zeit war, durch und die Verheißung für einen anderen in dieser Zeit. Johannes der Täufer war nicht der Elia von Maleachi 4, sondern der Elia von Maleachi 3:1. So hat es Jesus selbst gesagt: „Siehe, Ich sende Meinen Boten vor Dir her, der Dir den Weg vor Dir her bereiten soll.” Wir stellten fest, dass er derjenige war.
Nachdem wir das getan und diese Stellen gefunden haben, erkennen wir auch, dass der gesamte Rest der Schrift, die ja von Gott inspiriert ist, uns offenbart, dass wir in den letzten Tagen leben.
E-30 Nun, wenn ich mit der Pfingstbotschaft käme, würde ich mich im Gemeindezeitalter von Laodizea befinden, und das wäre nicht richtig. Das ist der Grund, weshalb Wesley nicht die Botschaft Luthers übernehmen konnte. Luther trat in einem Gemeindezeitalter auf, und Wesley in einem anderen. Wenn Jesus mit der Botschaft Moses aufgetreten wäre, hätte sie nichts genützt. Wenn Moses mit der Botschaft Noahs gekommen wäre, hätte sie keine Wirkung gehabt.
Aber Gott hat Seinem Volk für jedes Zeitalter einen gewissen Teil der Schrift bestimmt. Ehe jedoch das Zeitalter anbricht, haben die Gemeinden es so durcheinandergebracht, dass sie die Orientierung verloren haben.
E-31 (Johannas 10:35)
Aus diesem Grund erkannten sie nicht, dass Jesus der Sohn Gottes war. Ihre Überlieferungen hatten ihre Augen verblendet, doch Er war ganz genau im Einklang mit der Schrift.
So war es auch mit den Propheten. Jesus sagte: „Welchen von den Propheten, die zu euch gesandt wurden, haben eure Väter nicht gesteinigt?”
Gott sendet Seinen Propheten, und der Prophet ist das kundgewordene, lebendige Wort Gottes.
Jesus sagte: „Wie könnt ihr Mich verurteilen, weil Ich gesagt habe: 'ICH bin Gottes Sohn', wenn schon in eurem eigenen Gesetz steht, dass diejenigen, an die das Wort Gottes erging - das waren die Propheten -, Götter genannt wurden; und sie sind es, denn die Schrift kann nicht gebrochen werden” ER sagte: „Wie könnt ihr Mich dann verurteilen?” Sie waren ein Teil des Gesetzes, sie waren ein Teil des Wortes Gottes. Jesus jedoch war die Fülle des Wortes Gottes. Der gesamte Erlösungsplan, die ganze Fülle Gottes war in Ihm.
E-32 Während der Gemeindezeitalter taten sie das gleiche. Durch die sieben Siegel sollen alle Geheimnisse, die während dieser Zeit verborgen blieben, weil wir ohne Propheten waren, geoffenbart werden. Das Wort kommt nicht zu den Reformern, sondern zu den Propheten.
Gott ist unveränderlich. In Maleachi 3 steht: „ICH bin Gott und ändere Mich nicht.” So, wie Gott etwas zum erstenmal tut, so tut Er es immer. Gott beschloß, den Menschen im Garten Eden durch das vergossene Blut eines Unschuldigen zu retten, und hat es seitdem nie geändert. ER kann es nicht ändern. Wir versuchen es durch Bildung, Gebäude, Systeme, Denominationen, Ethik und alles mögliche; doch alles hat versagt. Es gibt nur einen Ort, wo Gott dem Menschen begegnet: das ist unter dem Blut des Unschuldigen. Seine erste Entscheidung lautete: nur durch das Blut. Seht ihr?
Wir fassen einen Entschluß und im nächsten Jahr besinnen wir uns eines Besseren. Im nächsten Jahr haben wir eine bessere Idee. Bei Gott kann das nicht sein. ER ist unendlich. Seine erste Entscheidung ist Perfeck. Und deshalb, seine erste Entscheidung, ruhen Sie Ihre Seele darauf aus. Was die Bibel sagt, das ist es.
E-33 Eines Tages wird Gott die Welt richten, und die Katholiken behaupten, dass Er sie durch die katholische Kirche richten wird. Wenn das so wäre - durch welche katholische Kirche? Die eine unterscheidet sich von der anderen. Wenn sie durch die protestantische gerichtet werden sollte - durch welche protestantische Kirche? Sie unterscheiden sich alle voneinander. Es wäre verwirrend; niemand wüßte, woran er sich halten sollte. Wenn die Methodisten im Recht sind, dann sind die Baptisten verloren; wenn die Protestanten im Recht sind, dann sind die Katholiken verloren; sind die Katholiken im Recht, dann sind die Protestanten verloren.
Die Bibel sagt, dass Er die Welt durch Jesus Christus richten wird, und Er ist das Wort! Also wird Er sie gemäß dem Wort richten.
Alle Denominationen sind vom Wort abgewichen und machen ihre eigenen Glaubensbekenntnisse. Ich bitte darum, dass mir irgend jemand beweist, wo sie das volle Wort nehmen. Sie können es nicht, weil sie von einem menschlichen System beherrscht werden. Gott hat nie anders als nur mit einer Person auf einmal verhandelt. ER hatte noch nicht einmal zwei Propheten zur selben Zeit, sondern nur einen. Gott mochte einen Mann in Seine Hand bekommen! ER befaßt sich nicht mit deiner Organisation, Er befaßt sich mit dir.
E-34 Auf dieser Grundlage kommen wir jetzt zu dem Fest der Posaunen - den verborgenen Geheimnissen. Es ist verheißen worden, dass es so sein sollte, deshalb mußte es auch so geoffenbart werden. Doch damit es in dieser letzten Zeit geoffenbart werden konnte, mußte sich genau das erfüllen, was ich gerade gesagt habe: Maleachi 3, letzter Teil, Lukas 17:30, Hebr. 13:8 und 4:12 und viele dieser Schriftstellen, die davon sprechen.
Falls das manchem von euch fremd ist, darf ich sagen, dass Gott sich den Menschen immer durch Prophetie zu erkennen gibt. Die Juden wußten zu allen Zeiten, dass sie ihren Propheten zu glauben hatten. ER sagte: „Wenn ein Prophet des Herrn unter euch ist, so offenbare ich mich ihm durch Gesichte und rede zu ihm durch Träume, wenn das, was er ankündigt, eintrifft, dann sollt ihr auf ihn hören.” Darin versagten sie jedoch und erkannten Jesus nicht, sondern stuften Ihn als etwas anderes ein. Sie bezeichneten Ihn als bösen Geist, als Beelzebub, weil Er imstande war, die Gedanken ihrer Herzen zu erkennen. Wir aber wissen, dass gerade dies das Zeichen des Wortes ist.
E-35 In Hebr. 4:12 steht, dass das Wort Gottes schärfer als ein zweischneidiges Schwert ist und die Gedanken und Regungen des Herzens unterscheidet.
„Wenn der Heilige Geist auf euch kommt, wird Er euch an alles erinnern, was Ich gesagt habe, und euch das Zukünftige verkündigen.”
„Nachdem Gott vorzeiten vielfältig und auf vielerlei Weise (Hebr. 1) zu den Vätern geredet hat in den Propheten, hat Er am Ende dieser Tage zu uns geredet in Seinem Sohn, Jesus Christus.” Derselbe Gott ging nur von den Propheten zum Sohn über. Das ist alles. Seht ihr? Es ist immer dieselbe Botschaft; die gleiche Art, in der es geschieht.
E-36 Es ist geweissagt worden, dass sich die Gemeinden in dieser Verfassung befinden würden, jedoch wieder in Ordnung gebracht werden müssen. In Maleachi 4 [3, von Vers 23. - Verf.] sagte Er, dass Er den Propheten Elia senden und die Menschen wieder zurückbringen würde. Beachtet: direkt nach seiner Botschaft wird eine Zeit kommen, in der die Welt verbrennt, und die Gerechten werden auf der Asche ausziehen.
Sollte irgendwo auf der Welt ein Theologe diese Predigt auf Tonband hören, dann ist das an ihn gerichtet: Wenn du meinst, dass sich dies auf Johannes bezog, bedenke, dann stimmt die Schrift nicht, denn nach der Botschaft des Johannes verbrannte die Welt ja nicht. Jesus hat die Menschen bei Seinem Kommen auch nicht in das Tausendjährige Reich gebracht, doch Er hat verheißen, es zu tun, nachdem der Geist Elias noch einmal auf Erden war.
E-37 In Maleachi 4 , sehen wir, dass dies geschehen soll - um was wiederzuerstatten? Den Glauben der Menschen zu den Vätern am Anfang, der Pfingstlehre; den Vätern am Anfang. Er wird die Menschen wieder den Vätern zuwenden.
In Lukas 17 finden wir, dass Jesus davon spricht, wie es in diesen Tagen sein wird, wenn Er kommt. Jesus sagte: „Wie es in den Tagen Lots zugegangen ist, ebenso wird es auch sein, wenn der Menschensohn wiederkommt - wenn der Menschensohn sich offenbart.”
Beachte nun, Er kommt in drei Sohnes Namen. Er kommt im Namen des Sohnes Davids - oder des Sohnes des Menschen, Sohn Gottes, Sohn Davids.
E-38 Nun musste Er als Menschensohn kommen, weil Er ein Prophet war. Jehova selbst nannte die Propheten Menschensohn. Und Jesus hat sich nie als Sohn Gottes bezeichnet, Er bezeichnete sich immer als Menschensohn.
Beachtet, damals offenbarte Er sich als Prophet - als Seher. ER sagte: „Wenn Ich nicht die Werke Meines Vaters tue, so glaubt Mir nicht.” Auf Ihn traf jede Beschreibung zu, die in der Schrift von Ihm gegeben worden war; sogar diejenigen auf Seine Geburt, Seine Kreuzigung, Seinen Tod, Sein Begräbnis, Seine Auferstehung - auf alles. In Seinem Werk entsprach Er der Beschreibung des Sehers - des Menschensohnes.
E-39 Nun wurde er durch die Gemeindezeitalter (jetzt wacht) durch die Gemeindezeitalter als Sohn Gottes offenbart. Da Gott ein Geist ist, der Heilige Geist, offenbarte Er sich in den Gemeindezeiten als in der Gemeinde als der Heilige Geist unter den Menschen.
Wir finden in Laodizea Kirchenzeit, das letzte Gemeindezeitalter, Er wird aus der Kirche entlassen. Nirgendwo sonst wurde Er jemals in irgendeinem Alter ausgelöscht, sondern im Zeitalter von Laodizea. Weil sie sagten: „Wir sind reich und brauchen nichts.
Und weißt es nicht, dass du armselig, arm, nackt und blind bist und es nicht weißt.
ER wurde aus dem Gemeindezeitalter hinausgetan. Gemäß Lukas 17 sagte Er:
Wie es war in den Tagen Sodoms, so wird es sein beim Kommen des Menschensohnes.“
Nun ER las genau das gleiche 1. Buch Moses, das auch wir lesen. Beachtet, was in Sodom geschah. Worum ging es in Sodom? Abraham…
E-40 Es gibt immer drei Gruppen von Menschen. Dort war Abraham - die Auserwählten und Herausgerufenen, die sich außerhalb Sodoms befanden. Dort war Lot - das Gemeindemitglied oder der Mann der Denomination. Er wurde Teil der Welt, indem er Bürgermeister der Stadt war. Er saß als Richter im Stadttor, das kommt einem Bürgermeister gleich. Und dann waren dort noch die Sodomiten selbst.
Jetzt, am Abend oder zur Mittagszeit, als Abraham unter seiner Eiche stand, erschienen ihm drei Engel. Zwei von ihnen gingen in Sodom unter und predigten das Evangelium und versuchten, sie herauszurufen. Sie würden es nicht tun; Sie waren pervers. Lot, und nur seine Frau, und zwei seiner Töchter begannen; und die Frau wandte sich einer Salzsäule zu.
E-41 Der eine aber, der bei Abraham blieb und mit ihm sprach, den nannte Abraham Elohim, den Allmächtigen Gott. In 1. Moses 1, 1 heißt es: „Im Anfang schuf Gott...” - hier steht das Wort Elohim, der Allmächtige, in sich selbst Existierende. Abraham nannte Ihn Elohim. ER setzte sich, aß und trank mit Abraham. ER war in menschlichem Fleisch. Beachtet, was für ein Zeichen Er Abraham gab.
Sie warteten darauf, dass ein Sohn käme, der verheißene Sohn Isaak. Fünfundzwanzig Jahre lang, auf ihrer langen Reise, hatten sie darauf gewartet. Jetzt waren sie am Ende der Reise. Gott hatte sich in verschiedener Gestalt geoffenbart; wie Er es auch in den Gemeindezeitaltern tat; durch Licht, hörbar usw. hatte Er zu Abraham gesprochen. Doch direkt bevor der verheißene Sohn kam - wir haben es ja bereits behandelt, und ihr wißt, dass dies nur eine Wiederholung ist, um euch klarzumachen, dass Er den Leib Abrahams und Saras sofort danach verwandelte, damit sie den Sohn haben konnten - beachtet, das letzte Zeichen, das sie empfingen, ehe der Sohn kam, bestand darin, dass Yahwe in Gestalt eines Mannes zu ihnen sprach. Dass es Yahwe war, erkannten sie daran, weil Er sagte: „Abraham” - nicht Abram, denn nur einige Tage vorher hatte Gott seinen Namen abgeändert - „wo ist deine Frau Sara?” - nicht Sarai, sondern Sara - Fürstin.
Abraham antwortete: „Sie ist im Zelt hinter Dir.”
ER sagte: „ICH (das ist ein persönliches Fürwort) - Ich werde dich entsprechend Meiner Verheißung übers Jahr um diese Zeit wieder besuchen.” In den folgenden achtundzwanzig Tagen wird mit Sara etwas geschehen sein.
Und Sarah, im Zelt, lächelte in sich hinein und sagte in ihrem Herzen: „Wie könnte das sein, wenn ich sehe, dass ich alt bin, und Freude mit meinem Herrn habe, der auch alt ist, Abraham?”
Der Engel, der als Mann auftrat, sagte: „Warum hat denn Sara gelacht und denkt: 'Wie kann so etwas überhaupt möglich sein?'” - obwohl sie im Zelt hinter Ihm war. Seht, ein Mann befand sich wie ein Prophet in menschlichem Fleisch, und dennoch war es Elohirn,der die Gedanken im Herzen Saras offenbarte, die hinter Ihm war.
E-42 Jesus sagte: „Wie es war in den Tagen Lots, so wird es am Ende der Welt sein, wenn der Menschensohn” - nicht der Sohn Gottes - „wenn der Menschensohn wiederkommt und sich offenbart.”
Das war nicht während der Zeitalter. Seht ihr, wie vollkommen die Schrift übereinstimmt? Wir leben jetzt darin. Die Geheimnisse bis hin zur Taufe auf den Namen des Herrn Jesus wurden uns durch den Heiligen Geist, der darin wirkte, vollkommen gezeigt. ER brachte uns weg von der Einheitsidee und den anderen Dingen und zeigte vollkommen die wahre Taufe des Heiliges Geistes, „das Zeichen” und alles andere wurde geordnet, jeder Reformator und alles andere wurde vor unseren Augen auf den rechten Platz gestellt. Es ist nicht nur in einem abgelegenen Winkel, sondern auf der ganzen Welt bekannt. Jesus, der Sohn Gottes, offenbart sich durch die Schrift und macht die Schriftstellen, die für diese Zeit vorherbestimmt sind, lebendig, so, wie es für jene und alle anderen Zeiten gewesen ist. Es zu glauben ist der Beweis des Heiligen Geistes…
E-43 Gerechtigkeit.
Man kann nicht verkündigen, dass der Beweis des Heiligen Geistes darin besteht, wenn jemand zum Gottesdienst kommt. Wenn ihr das tut, dann hatten Ihn auch die Pharisäer. Man kann nicht verkündigen, dass Zittern, Hüpfen oder was immer ihr tut, es ist. Wenn es so wäre, dann haben es auch die Heiden. Wenn ihr sagt, das Zungenreden sei es - in welcher Teufelsanbetung gibt es kein Zungenreden? Nennt mir eine. Bruder Jackson aus Afrika sitzt hier; er könnte es euch erzählen.
Ich war in den Indianer-Reservaten und sah, wie Hexen und Zauberer sich schnitten, wie ihr eigenes Blut floß und wie sie in Zungen redeten und der Hexenmeister es auslegte. Ich sah zu, wie man einen Bleistift hinlegte, der dann von selbst in einer unbekannten Sprache schrieb. Das also ist es nicht. Was ist dann der wahre Beweis? Jesus sagte: „Dass ihr glaubt, dass Ich es bin.” Und Er ist das Wort.
E-44 Warum begriffen sie es nicht? Weshalb erfaßten die Juden es nicht? Sie waren gerechte Menschen, gute Menschen; sie waren heilige Männer. Dort waren alle Arten von Menschen, doch nur, wer dazu vorherbestimmt ist, das Wort zu hören, erfaßt es. Wie wißt ihr, ob es das Wort ist? Jeder stellt den Anspruch. Es ist die bestätigte Verheißung der Bibel für das Zeitalter. Da habt ihr es! Dann kommt ihr dahin zurück, wo der Heilige Geist ist.
Beachtet in ein paar Minuten, was der Schall der Posaune verkündigt. Seht, wer kann die Posaune des Evangeliums hören? Denkt daran, diejenigen, die in den befestigten Städten waren, konnten im Halljahr nicht heraus. Nein. Sie waren innerhalb der Mauern und blieben dort. Es ging vorüber; sie wurden gekennzeichnet und blieben für den Rest ihres Lebens Sklaven.
Gebt acht, während wir all diese Muster betrachten.
E-45 Nun, das behandelt Maleachi 4 und Hebr. 13:8: „Jesus Christus ist derselbe, gestern, heute und in Ewigkeit.” ER bleibt für immer das Wort, das sich verwirklicht. Genau das hat Er den Propheten kundgetan. Prophet bedeutet nicht nur Seher, jemand der etwas voraussagt, es bedeutet „ein Offenbarer des Wortes, das in seinem eigenen Leben geschrieben wird.” Seine eigenen Werke offenbaren und bestätigen das Wort für die entsprechende Zeit, wie bei Noah, der die Arche baute, bei Moses dort, und vieles mehr. Dann erfüllt sich auch bei uns das verheißene Wort für diese Zeit.
E-46 Wir wissen, dass Er bei uns ist; wir glauben es. Wir sehen, dass Sein Wort durch Foto-Aufnahmen, durch die Schrift und durch Bestätigungen vom Himmel her auf Erden bestätigt worden ist.. Auch alles andere, was Er gesagt hat, ist jedesmal eingetroffen. Ihr alle aus den verschiedenen Teilen des Landes und der ganzen Welt seid verpflichtet, mir zu schreiben und zu sagen, wo es auch nur einmal nicht gestimmt hätte. Wort für Wort ist es genau eingetroffen. Das ist eine Verheißung.
E-47 Weshalb sollte Er in diesen letzten Tagen erscheinen? Wenn ihr euch das Tonband „Die Zurückerstattung der Braut” - des Brautbaumes - noch einmal anhört, werdet ihr feststellen, dass Christus der Baum des Lebens im Garten Eden war. Der erste Adam fiel, und der zweite Adam wurde um der Sünde willen dem Tode preisgegeben; man schlug Ihn an ein römisches Kreuz, daraus ist der Brautbaum hervorgegangen. ER hat es verheißen, und wir sehen es in der Schrift.
Nun, die Braut nimmt Gestalt an wie eine Pyramide, die von der großen Fläche, von Luther, Wesley und der Pfingstbewegung aus immer schmaler wird. Der Schlußstein an der Spitze paßt genau, und alle Steine sind vollkommen zusammengefügt. Wir wissen immer noch nicht, wie sie das bei der Pyramide damals fertigbrachten, doch sie sind vollkommen zusammengefügt. Wir beziehen uns jetzt nicht auf die „Pyramiden-Lehre”. Henoch und seine Zeitgenossen damals erbauten sie. Als ein Symbol stehen sie da. Genau wie der Sonnenauf- und -Untergang; wie der Baum die Blätter fallen läßt, die dann wieder zurückkommen; wie die Fische und das Vieh und alles andere etwas veranschaulicht, so ist auch die Pyramide ein Symbol.
E-48 Geh in die Kammer des Propheten und sieh ihnen sieben Schritte an. Wo hat der, wo hat der Wächter die Herausforderung gefunden, die Ecke in die Gegenwart des Königs an der Spitze der Stufen zu bringen? War im siebten Schritt. Es zeigt, dass wir wieder mit demselben Geist kommen müssen, der auf John war. Er stellte den Messias vor; er war größer als alle Propheten; er stellte es vor.
Wir müssen wieder dahin kommen, dass etwas geschieht, wodurch der Messias vorgestellt wird.
E-49 Und wie wird der Messias ... Menschen, die Ihm glauben, es erkennen? Nur, wenn sie fortwährend im Worte bleiben, um zu wissen, wer Er ist. Daniel sagte: „Die Weisen werde Verständnis haben.” Die Törichten und Unweisen jedoch werden es nicht erkennen. Die Seinen werden ihren Gott erkennen.
Nun, jetzt, wie Er sagte, wird es in den letzten Tagen erscheinen, um die Menschen zurück zum Wort zu bringen, so dass die Braut ihren Ehemann kennen lernt, ihren Gefährten, das offenbarte Wort. Deshalb muss das passieren. Es war nicht in den Reformern; war nicht in Luther, Wesley und den Pfingstlern und ihnen; Die Schrift sagt, dass es nicht war. Aber es wird kommen; das ist sein Versprechen für dieses Zeitalter.
Wir leben in dem Zeitalter, in welchem Er kommen wird. ER muss in Ihr erkannt werden. Jede Frau muss mit ihrem Mann übereinstimmen, denn die beiden sind eins. Die Braut Christi muss mit Ihm übereinstimmen, denn die beiden sind eins, und Er ist das Wort; keine Denomination - das Wort. Wir sollen Kinder des Lichtes sein, und das Licht ist das Wort, das zum Licht für dieses Zeitalter gemacht wurde. Wie erkennen wir das Licht? Nur daran, dass es vom Worte kommt. Das Wort, welches Fleisch geworden ist, ist das Licht des Zeitalters. Ihr müßt es nur sehen. Die Bibel bezeugt es so.
E-50 Die Menschen damals sahen Jesus an und sagten: „Wer ist dieser Mensch überhaupt? Er ist doch dort als uneheliches Kind geboren worden. Wir kennen seinen Vater und seine Mutter und wissen alles andere.” Und doch kannten sie Ihn nicht. Wenn sie die Schrift gekannt hätten, dann hätten sie auch Ihn erkannt. ER sagte es.
Sie sagten: „Wir sind Jünger von Moses.”
ER antwortete: „Wenn ihr Moses erkannt hättet, würdet ihr auch Mich kennen, denn Ich bin es, von dem er geschrieben hat.” Dennoch waren sie zu blind, um es zu sehen! Es ist so einfach. Außerhalb aller Gruppen, Denominationen und Glaubensbekenntnisse kam Gott ins Fleisch, nahm die Gestalt eines Menschen an und wurde ein Verwandschaftserlöser. Sie muss völlig mit Ihm übereinstimmen.
Wir sind eingeladen, die Kinder des Lichts zu sein, dass wir im Licht gehen.
E-51 Ich erinnere mich gerade an eine Versammlung, die ich vor kurzem in Kentucky hatte. Als ich nach dem Gottesdienst aus der Kirche kam, traf ich einen alten Mann, der eine Laterne in seiner Hand hatte. Er gehörte zu einer Gemeinde, die nicht an Heilung glaubt, und er sagte: „Bruder Branham, ich stimme mit dir nicht überein.”
Ich antwortete: „Du hast das Recht dazu.”
Er sagte: „Weißt du, ich nehme nichts an, was ich nichtsehe. Ich muss es ganz klar sehen.”
Ich fragte: „Hast du denn Gott jemals klar vor dir stehen sehen?” Natürlich glaubte er nicht an Visionen und diese Dinge.
Er antwortete: „Nein!”
„Nun,” meinte ich, „dann bist du auch nicht gläubig, und ich kann nicht mit dir sprechen. (Seht ihr?) Wir schauen auf das, was Gott verheißen hat und halten daran fest.”
Er fragte: „Wie soll man sich das vorstellen? Komm heute Abend zu mir nach Hause, dann sprechen wir darüber.”
Ich entgegnete: „Ich würde gerne, kann aber nicht. Wo wohnst du?”
Er antwortete: „Man geht einfach über diesen Berg hier.”
Ich fragte weiter: „Wie kommst du dorthin? Du siehst dein Haus doch nicht.”
Er meinte: „Ein Pfad führt über den Berg.”
Ich sagte dann: „Aber du siehst den Pfad nicht.”
Er erwiderte: „Dazu habe ich eine Laterne.”
„Der Schein der Laterne reicht aber doch nicht bis zu deinem Haus,” meinte ich.
„O nein,” sagte er, „aber der Pfad führt bis zum Haus.”
„Die Laterne erleuchtet immer nur einen Schritt.”
E-52 „Wir wandeln in dem Licht, dem herrlichen Licht, und kommen Dir Schritt für Schritt näher, Herr.”
Ja, Kinder des Lichts, nehmt Sein Wort an. Geht vorwärts, und ihr seht immer mehr. Wendet euch nicht davon ab, ganz gleich, was jemand sagt. Verbleibt darin und wandelt mit Ihm. Gebt acht, wie es sich entfaltet und offenbart. Das Wort ist ein Same; im richtigen Boden wird ein Same nach seiner Art hervorbringen.
E-53 Beachtet Offenbarung 10: 1 bis 7, alle Geheimnisse sollen der Braut durch den Boten der Laodizea-Kirche offenbart werden. Hat jemand eine überarbeitete Bibelversion bekommen? Wenn du es hast, wirst du es dort bemerken, wo es steht, der Engel, es ist in Klammern, heißt es, der Adler ... der Bote der Laodizea-Gemeinde (siehe?), Offenbarung 10: 1 bis 7.
Und er sagte, dass dies ... an jenem Tag, als er Ihn herabkommen sah, und er das Büchlein auffresste. Und da war ... Er setzte einen Fuß auf Land und einen auf das Meer und schwor bei Ihm, der für immer und ewig lebt, diese Zeit wird nicht mehr sein. Und als er es tat, erhoben sieben Donner ihre Stimmen. Und als die sieben Donner ihre Stimmen aussprachen, sagte Johannes, er wolle gleich schreiben; und Er sagte: „Schreib es nicht.” Siehst du? Und er versiegelte es.
E-54 Jemand sagte zu mir: „Die sieben Siegel, Bruder Branham, die in den letzten Tagen geoffenbart werden, beinhalten ein großes Geheimnis, wie wir Gott näher kommen.” Nein, das kann nicht sein. „Wenn jemand von den Worten dieses Buches der Weissagung etwas wegnimmt oder etwas hinzufügt, dessen Teil wird vom Buch des Lebens genommen.” Es ist eigentlich eine Offenbarung der Dinge, die in der Vergangenheit nicht verstanden wurden. Es ist bereits hier niedergeschrieben; es steht hier drinnen. Das, was bereits geschrieben steht, soll geoffenbart werden, denn ihr könnt nicht eine Sache hinzufügen, noch ein Wort davon wegnehmen.
E-55 Direkt am Anfang der Bibel, im 1. Moses, ging es nicht darum, dass eine Frau es nicht geglaubt hätte, aber sie ließ zu, dass Satan ihr ein Wort verkehrt deutete: „Ihr werdet sicherlich...” Dadurch wurden alle diese Schwierigkeiten verursacht. Es war Gott, der gesprochen hatte; es war Gottes Wort. Im letzten Kapitel der Offenbarung sagt Jesus, derselbe Gott: „Wenn jemand etwas wegnimmt oder hinzufügt...” Dies ist die vollständige Offenbarung Jesu Christi. In den sieben Siegeln waren die Geheimnisse verborgen, was dies alles wirklich war, und sie sollten in den letzten Tagen geöffnet werden - im Gemeindezeitalter zu Laodizea, am Ende der Zeit. Dank sei Gott, dadurch kommt die Botschaft an die Gemeinde zum Abschluß. Dadurch wird es beendet. Das Zeitalter der Gemeinde endet damit, dass sie zurückblicken und sehen, was war und wohin alles gekommen ist.
E-56 Gebt nun acht! Durch die Posaunen, über die wir sprechen, wurden die Menschen entweder zu einem Fest oder zu einem Krieg, zu einer besonderen Person, einem heiligen Tag oder etwas Ähnlichem zusammengerufen. Ihr sagt: „Zu einer Person?” Jawohl! Auch das Halljahr - die Freiheit -, dass sie zurückkehren konnten, wurde damit ausgerufen. Wir könnten uns einen ganzen Vormittag damit befassen. Ihr habt nun die Grundlage der Siegel und der Gemeinde. Jetzt gehen wir zu den Posaunen über.
Wenn die Posaune ertönte, bedeutete das entweder Krieg oder einen Festtag. Die Posaune rief die Menschen zusammen. Paulus sagte: „Wenn eine Posaune nur einen undeutlichen Schall hören läßt, wer wird sich da zum Kampfe rüsten?”, bzw. für den Frieden oder was immer gemeint ist. Wer weiß dann Bescheid? Man muss wissen, weshalb die Posaune ertönt. Wenn deshalb heute die Posaune erschallt, sehen wir etwas auf Erden; irgendwo gibt es große Schwierigkeiten. Jeder weiß das. Alle werden zu Neurotikern. Die ganze Welt ist neurotisch. Wir wissen, dass etwas nicht stimmt. In der Regierung und überall ist etwas nicht in Ordnung; das wissen wir.
E-57 Nun, die einzige Art, wie Sie wissen, was die Posaune bläst ist, ist, zu schauen, was das Musikblatt sagt. Das ist alles. Es ist eine großartige Symphonie (siehe?) Und schlägt wie „Peter und der Wolf”. Wenn du .... Wenn die .... Und der Komponist hat das Buch geschrieben, und der Regisseur muss im gleichen Geist des Komponisten sein. Tut er das nicht, gibt er den falschen Takt, und dann ist die ganze Sache vorbei.
Das ist heute der Fall. Wir haben zu viele Dirigenten, die nicht im Geist des Komponisten sind. Sie sagen in ihren Denominationen: „Nun, wir glauben das.” Ganz gleich, was ihr sagt - die Bibel hat recht! Tragt es nach dem Notenblatt vor, das hier vor uns ist, dann wird die große Symphonie Gottes - das große Vorhaben richtig klingen; dann erkennen wir, in welcher Stunde wir leben und wo wir stehen.
E-58 Beachtet, die Posaune ertönt, um die Menschen zusammenzurufen; damit sie sich zu irgend etwas versammeln. Manchmal kündigte sie eine bedeutende Persönlichkeit an, wie z. B. bei Joseph. Man blies in die Posaune, als Joseph erschien. Das war ein Symbol auf die große Posaune, von der wir sprechen und auf die wir gleich näher eingehen werden. In Jesaja heißt es, dass eine Zeit kommen soll, in der man ein Panier aufrichten wird. In Jener Zeit, wenn die große Posaune ertönt, werden sich alle Völker in Jerusalem versammeln. Das geschieht, wenn die große Posaune ertönt und das Tausendjährige Reich beginnt.
E-59 Der Ruf ertönt zum Fest der Posaunen. Es naht etwas heran. Ihr könnt euch dazu Offenbarung 8, Vers 7, notieren, wenn ihr wollt. Wir sehen, dass bei der ersten Posaune Hagel und Feuer, mit Blut vermischt, auf die Erde geworfen wurde. Das stimmt genau mit 2. Moses überein, als Gott Sein Volk herausrief und hinausführte.
Der Grund, weshalb die sieben Posaunen nicht auf die Gemeinde und auf dieses Zeitalter zutreffen, liegt darin, weil sie sich nur auf Israel beziehen. Es ist der Ruf an das Volk, sich zu versammeln. Es gibt hierin nur eine bedeutsame Sache, die ich euch in den nächsten Minuten darlegen möchte, damit ihr erfaßt, weshalb die sieben Posaunen nicht für das Gemeindezeitalter gelten, in dem wir leben.
E-60 Ich weiß, dass viele Menschen damit nicht übereinstimmen, doch ich weiß, dass es so ist. Es ist nicht deshalb, weil ich das sage, oder weil ihr es sagt, denn ich habe dies nicht von mir selbst empfangen. Es sind nicht meine eigenen Gedanken. Wer immer es ist, der mir das sagte - wenn es verkehrt sein sollte, dann ist es verkehrt. Doch ich sage es nicht von mir aus, ich sage euch das, was mir jemand sagte. Dieser „Jemand” ist der Gott, der zu uns gesprochen und all diese Dinge getan hat, die geschehen sind, und der erschien. Ich weiß, dass es stimmt.
E-61 Die Posaunen betreffen das Zusammenrufen Israels. Die Posaunen sind dazu da, um Israel zu versammeln.
Beachten Sie, der allererste Trompetenklang, Blut, Feuer, Hagel und alles zerstreuen den Boden, sehen Sie. Was hat er getan? Israel aus dem geistlichen Ägypten (seht ihr?) Zurück in seine Heimat bringen.
Laßt mich dies jetzt direkt hier sagen: Alle Posaunen erschallen während des sechsten. Wir kommen in wenigen Minuten darauf zurück, wenn wir das betreffende Siegel aufgreifen. Alle Posaunen ertönen während des sechsten Siegels, denn im siebenten Siegel trat eine Stille ein. Niemand wußte, dass sich dies auf den Augenblick bezieht, wenn Christus wiederkommen wird, wie Er es uns geoffenbart hat.
E-62 Jede Posaune aber ertönt während des sechsten Siegels, wenn die Juden der Verfolgung preisgegeben sind.
Beachten, Offenbarung jetzt, 8. und beginnen Sie mit dem 7. Vers. Alles war die natürliche Ausrufung Israels in Ägypten, jetzt ist es die Berufung Israels im geistlichen Sinne. Er machte sie bereit, zum Versöhnungsfest zu kommen.
Beachtet, zuerst war das Pfingstfest, dann kam das Fest der Posaunen und darauf folgte das Versöhnungsfest. Wenn wir noch Zeit haben, werden wir uns vielleicht mit dem Versöhnungsfest näher befassen und aus der Bibel 3. Moses 16 und 23 lesen. Das Pfingstfest kam also zuerst, dann das Fest der Posaunen und anschließend das Versöhnungsfest.
E-63 Beachtet, eine Posaune ertönte, um sie zusammenzurufen. Als die erste Posaune erscholl, wurde Hagel und Feuer, mit Blut vermischt, auf die Erde geworfen, genau wie es in Ägypten war. Dadurch werden sie für den Ruf zum Versöhnungsfest bereit gemacht. Sie haben die wahre Versöhnung abgelehnt und deshalb ist das Pfingstfest die ganze Zeit ausgedehnt worden. Der Posaunenschall für die Juden ertönt als nächstes; dies war die Herausrufung der Gemeinde. Nach dem Auszug brachte Er sie in das Land der Verheißung. ER wird wieder das gleiche tun. Sinnbildlich gesprochen bringt Er auch die Gemeinde ins Land der Verheißung. Denkt daran, jede Posaune ertönt unter dem sechsten Siegel - erst dann ertönen sie.
E-64 Beachtet, wie genau die Schrift übereinstimmt. Die siebente Posaune ist für Israel das gleiche wie das siebente Siegel für die Gemeinde. Im fünften Siegel sehen wir die Seelen unter dem Altar, denen weiße Gewänder gegeben wurden. Sie empfingen die Gewänder nicht deshalb, weil sie diese verdient hatten, denn sie lebten in dem Zeitabschnitt, während Gott in Gnaden unter den Heiden, nicht unter den Juden, wirkte. Israel wird als Nation gerettet. Gott befaßt sich mit Israel als Nation. Aus den Heiden wird ein Volk für Seinen Namen genommen, nicht eine Nation für Seinen Namen; das betrifft nur Israel.
E-65 Hitler und viele andere verfolgten die Juden. Seht, was sie getan haben. Stalin, Hitler und diese Diktatoren erhoben sich. Wenn wir Zeit hätten, würden wir es für alle, die neu hier sind, wiederholen. Wir haben es ja bereits durchgenommen. Während dieser Zeit, in den letzten zwanzig Jahren, setzte in Deutschland und all den anderen Nationen eine schwere Verfolgung gegen die Juden ein, die in alle Länder versprengt waren.
Ich war an den historischen Stätten, wo man die Leiber von jüdischen Frauen und Kindern in den Krematorien verbrannte und ihre Asche als Dünger für den Boden benutzte. Dann versuchen sie, es noch zu leugnen! Man kann sie mit dorthin nehmen und ihnen zeigen, wo es geschah. Es war eine schlimme Verfolgung der Juden, denn nun war die Zeit angebrochen, sie zur Versöhnung zurückzurufen. Noch befinden sie sich unter der Sühne eines natürlichen Lammes. Das Lamm Gottes jedoch ist ihre Versöhnung; Ihn haben sie abgelehnt, und seitdem ist das Blut über sie gekommen.
Beachtet das Volk wird bereitgemacht. Wie vollkommen ist die siebente Posaune und das siebente Siegel in Übereinstimmung mit der Verfolgung der Juden.
E-66 Beachten Sie, dass in der Offenbarung das 9. Kapitel und der 13. Vers (jetzt beachten Sie wirklich schließen), unter der sechsten Posaune (Offenbarung 9:13), unter der sechsten Trompete, gab es 200.000 Reiter, die in den Fluss Euphrat gebunden worden waren wurde unter der sechsten Trompete gelöst. Jetzt gibt es nicht 200.000 Reiter auf der Welt, aber es gab 200.00 Reiter. Bemerke es. (Ich möchte, dass du es einfach notierst, damit du es lesen kannst.) Sie waren keine natürlichen Pferde. Sie atmeten Feuer, und sie hatten Brustpanzer aus Jaspis, und sie hatten Schwänze, und das Ende des Schwanzes sah aus wie eine Schlange, ein Schlangenkopf am Ende davon, stechend, seht. Es waren spirituelle Pferde, spirituelle Teufel, Ladegeräte, die all diese Jahre in Euphrat gebunden waren, übernatürliche Teufel. Was war es? Das alte Römische Reich wurde wiederbelebt, die Verfolgung der Juden. Sie waren seit fast zweitausend Jahren am Euphrat gefesselt, können dem Versprechen einer religiösen Sekte, die auf die andere Seite zu gelangen versuchte, nicht begegnen, Euphrat, wissen Sie, kommen durch Eden. Aber sie waren dort gebunden, 200.000 Teufel der Verfolgung.
E-67 Gebt acht, was während der sechsten Posaune geschieht. Sie wurden auf die Juden losgelassen. Das war die Verfolgung der Juden! Übernatürliche Teufel, die fast zweitausend Jahre gebunden waren, wurden dann durch Stalin und Hitler auf die Juden losgelassen.
Ihr sagt: „Das ist aber doch nicht Rom.” Es ist derselbe Geist, der im alten heidnischen Rom das gleiche mit den Christen getan hat. Er wurde auf die Juden losgelassen. Achtet jetzt auf das natürliche Israel und auf die geistliche Gemeinde, wenn wir sie hier voneinander trennen.
Erinnert ihr euch daran, wie jeder dieser Märtyrer unter dem fünften Siegel rief und gemäß dem Worte Gottes ein weißes Gewand erhielt? Sie empfingen es aus Gnaden, denn sie waren verblendet worden und konnten das Evangelium nicht erkennen, damit Menschen aus den Heiden als Braut herausgerufen würden. Sie, die Juden, bekamen Gewänder, das sagt die Bibel im fünften Siegel; sie, die absolut gegen Christus sind. Der Grund, weshalb sie das sind, besteht darin, weil sie verblendet wurden. So steht es in der Bibel. Sie wurden um euretwillen verblendet. Der gerechte Gott aber weiß, dass sie es annehmen würden, doch sie sind blind um euretwillen. So sagt es die Bibel.
E-68 Wodurch war das römische Reich dort gebunden? Durch religiöse Macht. Das heidnische Rom wurde zum päpstlichen Rom, und es war in ihren christlichen Traditionen gebunden. Teilweise hatten sie das Christentum, vermischten es aber mit dem Aberglauben Roms, indem sie die Anbetung von Frauen und all den anderen Unsinn, das Weihnachtsfest, religiöse Feiertage und geweihte Tage hinzufügten. Es ist mit Traditionen gebunden, von denen es sich nicht freimachen kann, weil es ja gegen die christlichen Grundsätze ist. Es ist immer noch derselbe ungöttliche heidnische Geist! Dieser Geist schlich sich in die Nationen der Welt ein, wie Hesekiel und andere weissagten. Sie wurden dann auf die Juden losgelassen, die nichts von dem Geist wußten. Da habt ihr die Geheimnisse, die dort unter dem Siegel verborgen waren! Erinnert euch, wir haben es durchgenommen. Ich werde euch jetzt zeigen, was während der letzten Posaune stattfindet. Das ist es: diese Posaunen werden über die Juden kommen, nicht auf die Heiden. Könnt ihr das nicht sehen? Sofern die Siegel geöffnet sind, werden die Heiden hineinversiegelt. Die Zeit geht zu Ende, die Gemeinde wird gerufen.
E-69 Erinnert ihr euch an die Vision, die ich vor kurzem hatte, in der mir die Vorschau gezeigt wurde? Wie viele erinnern sich an den vorletzten Sonntag? Als sie dort vorbeikamen, sah ich genau, wie schmutzig das Ding, das Gemeinde genannt wurde, war. Sie war vulgär bis zum äußersten. Dann kam die kleine Braut aus allen Nationen. Jede war so gekleidet, dass man erkennen konnte, aus welchem Land sie kam. Sie wandelten einfach vollkommen vor dem Herrn. Beachtet, es wird eine Zeit kommen, wo man sagen wird: „Nun, ich dachte, die Gemeinde wird vor der Verfolgung hinweggenommen. Ich glaubte, die Entrückung würde stattfinden.”
„Es ist bereits geschehen, und ihr wußtet es nicht.” Ihr wißt, dass Er dies einmal von Johannes gesagt hat.
Man hatte Ihn gefragt: „Weshalb behaupten die Schriftgelehrten, Elia müsse zuerst kommen?”
ER antwortete: „Er ist bereits gekommen.” Nicht einmal die Jünger hatten es erkannt. „Doch sie haben ihm angetan, was ihnen beliebte.”Genauso wird es auch mit der Entrückung sein. Das hat Er verheißen. ER hat nicht verheißen, dass Elia so auftreten würde, sondern, dass Er die Braut so hinwegnehmen würde; nämlich zu einer Stunde, wo wir es nicht vermuten. In einem Moment, einem Augenblick wird sie verwandelt und hinweggenommen werden. Dann seid ihr zurückgeblieben! Das wird dann die Zeit sein!
E-70 Zweitausend Jahre lang konnte dieser Geist durch die römischen Menschen, die römische Kirche nicht tätig sein. Aber dann trat dieser Geist zuerst durch Mussolini, den Diktator, in Rom hervor.
Wißt ihr von den sieben Dingen, die Er mir 1933 zeigte und die geschehen sollen? Fünf von ihnen haben sich bereits erfüllt. Doktor Lee Vayle schreibt gerade ein Buch darüber. Fünf sind vollkommen eingetroffen; es stehen nur noch zwei aus. ER sagte, dass es direkt vor der Wiederkunft geschehen wird. Wir befinden uns jetzt am Ende. Es scheint, als würde jetzt auch das sechste hervorkommen. Alles traf genau ein, sogar die Kriege und was damit zusammenhing. Es stimmte bis ins kleinste und schlug nicht einmal fehl.
Hör zu, Volks, wir sollten jede Stunde Inventar nehmen! Wir wissen nicht, wo wir stehen - ganz nah!
E-71 Während des sechsten Siegels wurden diese zweihundert Millionen geistlichen Dämonen losgelassen und begannen in Rom, dann durch Hitler in Deutschland. Beachtet, was die Bibel sagt; dass sie zwar Macht wie ein König empfingen, aber nicht gekrönt wurden. Ein Diktator ist kein gekrönter König, er übt nur eine solche Macht wie ein König aus.
Oh, der Geist Gottes durchströmt mich jetzt. Ich möchte etwas sagen, weiß aber nicht, wie ich es sagen und ausdrücken soll. Vielleicht soll ich lieber schweigen.
E-72 Beachtet: Zweihundert Millionen Dämonen wurden auf die Juden losgelassen, als man sie verbrannte, kreuzigte, ihnen Luft in die Venen spritzte. Man vergaste sie, bis ihnen das Gas ausging; man erschoß sie, bis ihnen die Munition ausging; man tat alles, was man nur tun kann. Man verbrannte ihre Leiber; man hängte sie an Zäune; Kinder und unschuldige Menschen. Nur weil sie Juden waren, verfuhr man so mit ihnen. Doch Gott sagte, dass Er jedem von ihnen ein weißes Gewand gibt, obwohl sie unwürdig waren. In Seiner Gnade hat Er sie verblendet, damit wir sehen können.
Dieses siebte Siegel hat sich noch nicht geöffnet, weißt du? das ist sein Kommen.
E-73 Also solange sie noch da unten sind .... Aber er zeigt uns hier in der Vorschau als John. Er nahm ihn auf und ... Einmal auf dem Meer, weißt du.... Er sagte: „Was ist mit diesem Mann, der sich an deinen Busen lehnt?”
Er sagte: „Was ist es für dich, wenn er bleibt, bis ich komme?” Siehst du, er blieb nie, aber Er nahm ihn auf und zeigte ihm die Dinge, die passieren würden, bis Er kam. Er zeigte es ihm, überprüfte John den ganzen Plan.
E-74 Seht, wir merken nun, dass diese natürliche Macht im Natürlichen auf die natürliche Nation Israel losgelassen wurde. Was tat sie? Sie zog los und führte Krieg; und wie sie mordete und quälte!
Jetzt im kirchlichen Bereich .... Bist du .... Ich hoffe, dass Gott dir jetzt die Augen öffnet, weil ich erkenne, dass dies nicht nur mit dieser Gemeinde hier spricht; dieses Band geht weltweit. Und ich will niemandes Gefühle verletzen, sondern nur die Wahrheit sagen. Nun, der kirchliche Bereich ist von der natürlichen Wiederbelebung des alten, heidnischen Roms geöffnet worden, ging auf jene Juden hinaus, die immer ihr Feind gewesen waren (der Löwe mit den Zähnen und allem, der heruntergestürzt ist und das Volk ausbreitete, Rom) , war immer Gottes Feind. Und es wurde von den Diktatoren der Welt im gleichen Geiste gelöst, weil das religiöse System immer noch hielt; Jetzt ist es gelöst.
E-75 Was hat es ausgerichtet?
Durch List und Schmeichelei, wie geschrieben steht, hat er sich eingeschlichen. Was hat er getan? Er bringt den antichristlichen Geist auf den protestantisch-ökumenischen Rat der Kirchen der Welt und führt sie zur Schlachtung, wie sie es damals taten. Es geschieht in der Stunde, in der die Braut herausgerufen wird. Wie? Indem der Geist in der religiösen Kirche losgelassen wird. Losgelassen auf wen? Nicht auf die Denominationen, sondern auf die Braut. Aber begreift es Jetzt: Die Braut wird nicht durch diese Zeit hindurchgehen. So sagt es die Bibel. Die Gemeinde wird hindurchgehen, aber nicht die Braut. Könnt ihr es nicht sehen, Prediger? Könnt ihr das nicht'sehen, Brüder?
Ihr sagt, dass die Gemeinde durch die Verfolgung gehen muss, damit sie vollkommen wird. Das Blut Jesu Christi macht die Braut vollkommen! Ein Mann, der eine Frau wählt, erlegt ihr doch nicht noch eine Menge auf. Er hat sich ihr bereits in Gnaden zugewandt, sie hat Gnade vor ihm gefunden. Er verlobt sich mit ihr. Und wenn irgend etwas ist, wird er sie von allem fernhalten. Seine Gnade ist so groß über ihr…
E-76 So wird es mit der Braut sein, und so ist es auch mit ihr.
Wir unwürdigen Geschöpfe haben die Hölle verdient, doch Seine Gnade bringt uns durch alles hindurch. Seht, wie viele Verlorene und Blinde, wie viele Sünder gab es in der Stunde, als ich gerettet wurde, auf Erden! Gott hat mich zu einem Zweck gerettet, und ich bin entschlossen, diesen Zweck Seinem Willen gemäß zu erfüllen. Ganz gleich, was geschieht; ich möchte es tun.
In dieser Stunde, in der ich alle Kirchen mit ihrem strahlenden Glanz sehe, dass sie reich sind und an nichts Mangel haben, wie sie sagen; erkenne ich, wie elend, erbarmenswert und blind sie sind, und dass ich zu einem Zweck geboren wurde, nämlich, um all das zu verurteilen und sie herauszurufen. Ja, das tue ich.
Denkt daran, als Jesus auf die Erde kam, wußte nicht ein Hundertstel der Menschen, die auf Erden lebten, dass Er hier ist. ER kam, um die auserwählte Gruppe zu erreichen. ER sprach: „Niemand kann zu Mir kommen, wenn nicht der Vater ihn zieht.” „Alle, die der Vater Mir gegeben hat (Vergangenheitsform) werden zu Mir kommen.” Sie werden es erkennen; sie werden hören.
E-77 Beachtet das Loslösen dieses religiösen Geistes! Zwanzig Jahre nach dem Krieg sehen wir, dass der religiöse Geist losgelassen wurde. Woraus erkennen wir das? Aus dem siebenten Siegel, der siebenten Posaune für die Juden. Seht, wie der Mond sich verfinstert. Ihr habt die Aufzeichnung gesehen. Der Menschensohn ist aus der Gemeinde hinausgetan worden. Wodurch? Durch den Zusammenschluß mit der religiösen Gruppe. Die ökumenische Bewegung und der Weltkirchenrat hat sie alle hineingetrieben. Wofür treten sie ein? Ihr müßt all eure Lehren des Evangeliums und diese Dinge preisgeben! Wie können zwei zusammen gehen, es sei denn, sie stimmen überein? Das geht nicht. Jesus sagte, dass es nicht möglich ist. Wie kann eine Gemeinde von Methodisten und Baptisten zusammen gehen? Wie kann die Kirche Christi zusammen mit den Presbyterianern gehen? Wie können die Katholiken zusammen mit den Protestanten gehen? Die Braut jedoch kann mit dem Wort wandeln, welches Christus ist. Es muss übereinstimmen - jedoch nicht mit einem System, sondern mit dem Wort. Ihr müßt mit dem Wort übereinstimmen, um gemäß dem Worte wandeln zu können. So drückt es Jesus aus, und damit stimmt es.
E-78 Gebt acht, da ist sie. Sie ist losgelöst. All die losen Enden werden zusammengefügt. Man sagt: „Das ist doch ganz gleich.” Das sagte Satan zu Eva: „Das spielt keine Rolle. Es ist schon in Ordnung. Gewiß, Gott ist ein guter Gott. ER liebt uns alle.” ER tut es nicht!
Man hört soviel darüber, dass Er ein guter Gott ist. ER ist ein guter Gott, doch weil Er gut ist, muss Er auch gerecht sein. Man kann nicht gut sein, ohne gerecht zu sein. Es gibt keine Gerechtigkeit ohne Gesetz; kein Gesetz ohne Bestrafung. In dieser Stunde sind wir angekommen; darin leben wir.
E-79 Beachtet jetzt schnell diese übernatürlichen Dämonen. Dann unter der Schirmherrschaft einer vereinten Nation, vereinte Gruppen zusammen, östlich und westlich .... Genau wie der rechte und linke Fuß des Bildes, das Daniel sah, wie sie nicht übereinstimmen und sich miteinander vermischen würden; und das Wort Eisenhower, während dieser Zeit, Eisenhower bedeutet „Eisen”; Chruschtschow bedeutet „Lehm”. Und er zog seinen Schuh aus und schlug ihn auf den Schreibtisch, als der Völkerbund oder der ... bei der UN-Chruschtschow das taten. Die abstauben…
Oh my, die Stunde, in der wir leben, die Gemeinde und ihre Verfassung! Dank sei Gott, die kleine Braut hat sich bereitgemacht. Es dauert nicht mehr lange, haltet nur aus. Ich weiß nicht, wie lange es noch dauert und wann es sein wird. Das weiß niemand. Wir wissen aber, dass es nahe ist.
E-80 Gebt acht, was man im Natürlichen den Juden angetan hat; sie waren ein Volk, das am Gesetz Gottes festhielt. Ganz gleich, wie viele Kirchen gegründet wurden und was sonst noch geschah; sie waren zwar Christus gegenüber verblendet, hielten aber das Gesetz. Gott gab ihnen allen ein weißes Gewand, denn sie gingen durch ein Martyrium. Um unseretwillen waren sie verblendet.
Hier geht es jetzt um die Gemeinde, die nichts anderes als die Bibel anerkennt; ungeachtet des religiösen Systems der Denomination; sie verstehen nichts davon, es ist ihnen fremd. Sie kennen Ihn und Ihn allein.
E-81 Die Menschen von heute sind irgendwie begeistert wie Petrus und die anderen auf dem Verklärungsberg. Sie gerieten in Begeisterung, als sie das Übernatürliche geschehen sahen. Der eine sagte: „Wir machen eine Gemeinde für die Propheten, eine für Moses usw.” Das haben auch die Pfingstleute getan. Sie sagten: „Wir machen eine 'Assembly of God', eine 'Gemeinde Gottes', eine 'Einheits-' und eine 'Zweiheits-Gemeinde'.” usw. Doch während er noch redete, rief Yahwe: „Dies ist Mein geliebter Sohn. ER ist das Wort. Höret auf Ihn; Er ist das Wort.”
E-82 In der Stunde, in der wir leben, vereinigen die religiösen Geister alle und bringen sie zu der großen Schlachtung, um sie zu vernichten. Es ist bereits schriftlich in dieser Nation niedergelegt worden. Solche Gemeinden wie diese müssen dann geschlossen werden, es sei denn, ihr gehört zu der Organisation. Es ist eine Vereinigung, ein Boykott, wie das Malzeichen des Tieres. Jetzt seht ihr, was das Tier ist, nicht wahr? Es ist eine Macht, eine religiöse Macht. Jesus sagte, dass es dem Echten so nahe sein wird, dass womöglich auch die Auserwählten verführt würden. Doch Er hat verheißen, dass Er in dieser Zeit etwas für uns bereithält, damit wir nicht verführt werden. Das ist das Wort und Christus, der es vor uns verwirklicht.
Es sind übernatürliche Dämonen, die für das Auge nicht sichtbar sind. Doch ihr könnt sehen, was sie tun. Seht ihr?
E-83 Beachtet, während diese Gruppe dahinreitet und sich darauf vorbereitet, alles zu zertreten, was nicht mit ihnen übereinstimmt, wird eine andere Gruppe bereitet - Offbarung 19. Dann hört man erst wieder von der Gemeinde, wenn sie auf Rossen herunterkommt. Die Bibel sagt in Offbarung 19, dass Er auf einem weißen Roß herabkommt und die himmlischen Heerscharen Ihm auf weißen Rossen folgen. Stimmt das? Während diese Gruppe aus zweihundert Millionen Reitern fast zweitausend Jahre lang am Euphrat gebunden war, hat auch die Kirche den Heiligen Geist während der Gemeindezeitalter fast zweitausend Jahre lang durch das Martyrium gebunden. Sie ist nicht am Euphrat, sondern hinter Türen von Glaubensbekenntnissen und Dogmen gebunden, so dass der Heilige Geist in der Gemeinde nicht wirken kann, weil sie menschengemachte Systeme haben. Doch sie wird befreit werden. Sie wird wieder hervorkommen; so sagt es die Bibel. Diese beiden treffen wieder auf dem Kampffeld aufeinander wie am Anfang - Michael und Luzifer.
Fast zweitausend Jahre lang sind sie gebunden gewesen… fast zweitausend Jahre.
E-84 Nicht genau zweitausend, weil die Römer weitergingen (dieser Titus in 96 n. Chr. Und weiter unten), um die Juden, die Römer, zu töten. Wer hat die Juden getötet? Wer war Titus? Ein römischer General. Und das Blut rollte die Tore dort runter, bis zu den ... Schlachten sie Frauen, Kinder und alles. Hatte Ezekiel 9 nicht gesagt, dass sie das tun würden? Gehe mitten durch die Stadt und markiere die Menschen, die seufzen und weinen, den Heiligen Geist. Und der Rest von ihnen, der Schlachtmensch kam hervor, der gebunden war (“Haltet sie! Haltet sie!”, Bis sie fortgingen) und schlachtete alles, was da drinnen war. Kleine Frauen, Kinder, Babys und alles andere, sie wurden alle geschlachtet. Genau, hier wiederholt es sich wieder. Und hier ist das kirchliche System, das gleich zurückkommt, alles erstickt, was Gott genannt wird. Oh, sie haben ihre Systeme, Organisationen und Konfessionen, aber das hat nichts mit der Bibel zu tun. Sie werden dir schnell sagen, dass sie nicht einmal daran glauben. Jawohl! Sag was die Gemeinde sagt.
E-85 Es ist was Gott sagt; das ist das Wort.
Die Braut stimmt mit dem Wort überein. Sie ist eins. Wie können sie eins sein? Wenn das geschriebene Wort in euch eindringt und ihr und das Wort eins werdet, wie Er es verheißen hat, dann legt es sich selbst aus.
Gott braucht keinen Ausleger. Man sagt: „Wir legen dies so aus.” Ihr habt kein Recht, etwas auszulegen. Gott gibt Seine eigene Auslegung.
Gott sprach: „Es werde Licht!”, und es ward Licht. Wer braucht das zu deuten? ER sprach: „Eine Jungfrau wird guter Hoffnung werden”, und es geschah. Dazu benötigt man keinen Ausleger. Es ist schon ausgelegt. Gott sagte, dass diese Dinge in diesen Tagen geschehen werden, und so ist es. Es bedarf keiner Auslegung; es ist in sich schon die Auslegung.
Oh my!
E-86 Offenbarung 9, von Vers 1 ab, spricht von dem großen König der 200 Millionen Reiter unter der fünften Posaune. Sie hatten einen König über sich, und falls ihr es bemerkt habt: es ist ein gefallener Stern. „O wie bist du vom Himmel gefallen, du Glanzgestirn, Sohn der Morgenröte!” Dr. Smith hat das durcheinander gebracht, aber es ist schon gut, die Stunde dafür war noch nicht da. Es steht dort auch von dem Abgrund. Ihr König war der König des Abgrundes. Ich habe mir Offbarung 17, Vers 8, notiert und werde es jetzt lesen. Ich möchte sehen, was darin geschrieben steht, denn ich weiß nicht, wie ich auf diesen Text übergehen soll:
Das Tier, das du gesehen hast, ist gewesen und ist nicht und wird wiederkommen aus dem Abgrund und wird fahren in die Verdammnis, und es werden sich verwundern, die auf Erden wohnen, deren Namen nicht geschrieben stehen in dem Buch des Lebens von Anfang der Welt, wenn sie sehen das Tier, dass es gewesen ist und nicht ist und dasein wird.
Seht, wenn ein Papst stirbt, tritt ein anderer die Nachfolge an. Das Tier, das war, nicht ist, das wieder ist, nicht ist, dann wieder ist, ändert sein System nicht. Immer gibt es einen Papst; alles muss in dem gleichen System weitergehen.
E-87 Wohin wird es führen? In den Abgrund. Die Bibel sagt hier, dass ihr Führer aus dem Abgrund kam, und er war ihr König; er sitzt da mit der dreifachen Krone und vereinigt die Protestanten mit sich.
Neulich hörte ich einen lutherischen Prediger sagen: „Die Leute fragen mich, weshalb ich einen klerikalen Rundkragen trage; wie sie mich denn so von einem katholischen Priester unterscheiden können.” War jemand von euch dort? Natürlich. Ist das nicht furchtbar gewesen? Ich mußte mich fast übergeben und ging von der Plattform. Man sagte: „Es sollte auch keinen Unterschied geben.”
Wenn Martin Luther das hören könnte, würde er sich im Grabe umdrehen und sagen: „Du Heuchler, du gehörst nicht in meine Reihen.”
Doch wißt ihr, wie weit es gekommen ist? „Es gibt keinen Unterschied.”
E-88 Doch, es gibt einen Unterschied! Sogar einen Unterschied unter den einzelnen. Gott sagte: „Sondert Mir Paulus und Barnabas aus.” Das stimmt. Gott sondert ab, Er vermischt mcht. Die Kirche von heute möchte einen guten „Mixer”, der ihnen erlaubt, in der öffentlichkeit Badeanzüge kurze Hosen und all so etwas zu tragen und sich so zu benehmen. Doch Gott sagte: „Sondert Mir aus...” Sondert euch ab von der Welt.
E-89 Wie stellen hier in der Offenbarung fest, dass ihr König aus dem Abgrund war und wieder in den Abgrund hineinging - hinein und heraus; hinein und heraus. Beachtet, wie vollkommen die Auslegung in ihrer Reihenfolge mit dem Wort aus 3. Moses 23 und mit dem, was wir jetzt darzulegen versuchen, übereinstimmt. Gebt jetzt auf die Einteilung acht.
Jetzt bemerken wir.... Laßt uns nun für einen Moment 3. Moses 23 aufschlagen und daraus lesen. Beachtet es! Wir möchten es nicht verpassen, damit wir es genauso erfassen, wie der Herr es für uns hier niederschreiben ließ. Ich kann die Stelle im 3. Moses sicher nicht im 2. Moses finden!
Und der HERR redete zu Mose und sprach:
Weiter gebot der Herr dem Moses folgendes: „Teile den Israeliten folgende Verordnungen mit: Am ersten Tage des siebten Monats soll bei euch ein Ruhetag sein, ein Gedenktag mit Posaunenschall, eine Festversammlung am Heiligtum. Da dürft ihr keinerlei Werktagsarbeit verrichten und sollt dem Herrn ein Feueropfer darbringen.
Weiter gebot der Herr dem Moses folgendes: „Sodann fällt auf den zehnten Tag desselben Monats der Versöhnungstag.”
E-90 Gebt jetzt acht! Der Versöhnungstag folgte dem Schall der Posaunen. Wie herrlich! Der Versöhnungstag folgte den Posaunen. Die fünfzig Tage bis zum Pfingstfest sind ein Symbol für uns, denn die Posaune erscholl zu Pfingsten, welches der fünfzigste Tag bedeutet. Die Juden haben es danach abgelehnt, und die Posaunen sollen sie zurück zur Versöhnung rufen, denn sie haben sie ja abgelehnt. Ihre Augen wurden verschlossen, damit unsere Augen geöffnet werden konnten. Während dieser Zeit entfalteten sich die Siegel. Die Posaunen ertönen. Wenn die Posaunen, kurz bevor der Messias kommt, ertönen, müssen sie in Palästina sein. Ihr wißt, Gott mußte das Herz Pharaos verhärten, um sie aus Ägypten hinauszutreiben. ER verhärtete auch Stalin, Mussolini und alle anderen, damit sie in das verheißene Land zurückkehren, wo die Hundertvierundvierzigtausend sich befinden müssen. Zum ersten Mal nach etwa zweitausendfünfhundert Jahren ist Israel nun wieder eine Nation mit einer eigenen Fahne, einer eigenen Armee und von der UNO anerkannt. Zum ersten Mal ist das geschehen. Die älteste Fahne, die je auf Erden wehte, der Sechsstern Davids, weht jetzt wieder. ER sagte, dass in den letzten Tagen, wenn sie zurückkommen, ein Panier aufgerichtet würde. Wir sind am Ende angekommen. Es gibt keinen Zweifel daran, dass wir hier angekommen sind.
E-91 Seht, in Offbarung 9, während der fünften Posaune, wird ihr König gezeigt, der aus dem Abgrund ist. In 3. Moses sehen wir, wie vollkommen die Auslegung des Wortes ist, denn das pfingstliche Halljahr folgte unverzüglich auf den Versöhnungstag. Das war die Reihenfolge der Feste. Der Schall der Posaunen am Versöhnungstag leitete den langen Zeitraum des Pfingstfestes ein.
Seht, es war eine lange Zeitspanne zwischen dem Pfingstfest bis zu dem Ruf, der durch Posaunenschall erging. Es waren fünfzig Tage von der Darbringung der Erstlingsgarbe bis zum Pfingstfest. Fünfzig Tage schließen genau sieben Sabbate ein.
E-92 Und sieben Sabbate sind die sieben Gemeindejahre ... Gemeindezeitalter. Hole es? Seht ihr, seht ihr?
Nun, die Juden wurden verblendet und müssen während dieser ganzen Zeit warten, während die pfingstliche Erstlingsfrucht auf die Gemeinde ausgegossen wurde; es ging durch das Märtyrer-Zeitalter und durch die Zeitalter der Reformatoren. Jetzt sind wir im Zeitalter der Herausrufung. Drei Abschnitte - derselbe Geist; wie Vater, Sohn und Heiliger Geist derselbe ist. Die sieben Gemeindezeitalter entsprechen den sieben Sabbaten; es waren genau sieben Sabbate vom Weben der Erstlingsgarbe bis zum Pfingstfest, dem pfingstlichen Halljahr. Im Halljahr erstreckte sich die Versöhnung über sieben Sabbate. Am Ende, am fünfzigsten Tage, trat die Sühne in Kraft.
Dies ist“ ein Bild auf die Gemeinde.
E-93 ER hat sich der Gemeinde durch die Taufe des Heiligen Geistes, während der Zeitalter und während des pfingstlichen Zeitalters, als Sohn Gottes geoffenbart. Es nahm lediglich immer mehr zu: Rechtfertigung unter Luther, dann Heiligung unter Wesley und die Taufe des Heiligen Geistes…
E-94 Jetzt ist die Zeit der Herausrufung.
Bei der Öffnung des sechsten Siegels sahen wir, dass die Verfolgung die Juden im natürlichen Bereich traf. Hier nun kommt die Verfolgung der Gemeinde im religiösen Bereich, denn die Braut ist bereits herausgerufen. Die Sabbate sind vorüber und die Juden bereit, gerufen zu werden. Wozu? Zum Versöhnungsfest. O Gemeinde, erkennst du das nicht? Weshalb werden sie zum Fest der Versöhnung gerufen? Damit sie die Versöhnung erkennen - dass es nicht mehr um die Darbringung von Tieren und um das geht, was sie getan haben, sondern dass sie das Lamm Gottes erkennen, das seit Grundlegung der Welt geschlachtet ist. Israel wird es erkennen!
E-95 Beachtet. Hier ist etwas Großes. Seht! Oh, der Heilige Geist ist während der fast zweitausend Jahre durch die Denominationen gebunden gewesen. Das haben wir festgestellt. Beachtet, die sieben Sabbate konnten vorher nicht ganz ablaufen. Die Bibel sagt, dass ein Tag kommen wird, der weder hell noch dunkel ist, und Jesus selbst sagte, dass alle Schrift erfüllt werden muss. Stimmt das? Dann sagt: „Amen!” Der Prophet sprach von einem Tag, der nicht als Tag und nicht als Nacht bezeichnet werden kann, doch zur Abendzeit sollte es Licht sein. Was war es? Die Sonne, die im Osten scheint, ist dieselbe, die auch im Westen scheint.
Jeder Sonnenaufgang, ihre Bahn und jeder Sonnenuntergang spricht von eurem Leben. Ein Baby, das in Schwachheit geboren wird, ist dem Morgen vergleichbar. Ungefähr um 8:00 Uhr beginnt das Kind zu Schule zu gehen. Um 11:30 Uhr, in der Hitze des Tages, kommt es aus der Schule. Ab etwa 50 Jahren geht sie wieder unter - nach etwa fünfzig, sechzig, siebzig, achtzig, neunzig Jahren; dann kommt der Tod. Am nächsten Tag geht die Sonne wieder auf und legt dadurch Zeugnis ab, dass es ein Weiterleben nach dem Tode und der Beerdigung gibt - eine Auferstehung.
E-96 Seht, die Zivilisation ist mit der Sonne gegangen. Die älteste Zivilisation, die wir haben, ist China; das weiß jeder. Wo fiel der Heilige Geist zuerst? Auf die Menschen in den östlichen Ländern. Das Evangelium drang mit der Sonne vorwärts. Woher kam es? Aus dem Osten nach Deutschland, von Deutschland über den Kanal nach England. Dreimal wurde ein Gewässer überquert: zuerst des Mittelmeer auf dem Weg von Osten nach Deutschland, dann der Ärmelkanal von Deutschland nach England; von England der Atlantische Ozean in die Vereinigten Staaten. Jetzt ist es an der Westküste angekommen. Es durchzog die Nationen und zivilisierte sie; ging immer weiter. Die Zivilisation drang vorwärts und genauso das Evangelium mit ihr. Doch jetzt hat das Gesindel die Westküste wie eine Flutwelle erreicht und alles herangespült.
E-97 Der Prophet jedoch sagte, dass die Sonne während dieses Tages nicht scheinen wird. Es sollte ein trüber Tag sein. Sie hatten soviel Licht wie an einem regnerischen Tag. Sie traten den Gemeinden bei, glaubten an den Herrn usw. Doch Er sagte, dass die Wolken sich zur Abendzeit verziehen werden; die Denominationen werden verschwinden, und dasselbe Evangelium, dasselbe Wort wird Fleisch, wie Er es in Lukas 17, 30 verheißen hat. Dasselbe Evangelium mit allem, was dazugehört, sollte zur Abendzeit wieder hervorkommen, wenn die Schatten sich neigen.
Dasselbe Evangelium, derselbe Christus, der damals am Anfang im Fleische unter den östlichen Menschen lebte, wird in der Endzeit wieder in den westlichen Menschen leben. Es soll Licht sein zur Abendzeit. Alle Schrift ist durch Inspiration gegeben und kann nicht gebrochen werden.
E-98 Die großen fünfzig Tage sind vorüber, das Pfingstfest ist vorbei. Sieben Sabbate waren es bis zu den Posaunen; das ist ein Bild auf die sieben Gemeindezeitalter.
Denkt daran, die sechste Posaune bezieht sich auf die Juden. Und die lauen Pfingstler lehnen die Bibel ab - doch nicht nur die Pfingstler, auch alle anderen. Die kirchliche Welt lehnt Christus ab. ER wird hinausgetan. Als dasselbe Siegel geöffnet wurde, ist Jesus außerhalb der Gemeinde gezeigt worden und dass Er versuchte, wieder hineinzukommen. Zu der Zeit ertönt die Posaune für die Juden, und die Juden erkennen die Versöhnung. Glory! Halleluja! Oh my!
Der Heilige Geist war durch diese Denominations-Flüsse fast zweitausend Jahre lang gebunden, doch zur Abendzeit wird Er durch die Botschaft der Abendzeit frei werden, so dass der Heilige Geist wieder in die Gemeinde zurückkehrt. Christus selbst wird zur Abendzeit in menschlichem Fleisch geoffenbart. Das hat Er gesagt. ER hat es verheißen.
E-99 Wie ich schon sagte, gab es drei Abschnitte: das Zeitalter der Märtyrer, die Zeit der Reformatoren und jetzt die Herausrufungszeit. Wenn das Gemeindezeitalter zu Laodizea zum Abschluß gekommen ist, wird gemäß Offbg. 10 das Geheimnis der ganzen Bibel der Braut kundgetan sein. Stimmt das?
Offenbarungen 10 (hört jetzt genau zu), die Braut die durch das Wort ausgerufen wird, Christus selbst ruft die Braut aus und macht Hebräer 13: 8 klar (dass Er gestern, heute und für immer dasselbe ist, dasselbe tut, ist das gleiche; „Er das glaubt an mich, die Werke, die ich tue, soll er auch tun. „Seht ihr?”, Lukas 22 - Lukas 17:30, und auch Maleachi 4, Hebräer 4, all diese verheißenen Schriften, dies soll zwischen dem sechsten und dem siebtes Siegel und die sechste und siebte Posaune.
E-100 Das Pfingstfest beendet seinen Zeitabschnitt mit der siebenten Posaune. Als nächstes findet Sein Kommen statt, das siebente Siegel Dabei geht es um das Geheimnis der Wiederkunft Christi. Die Posaune für die Juden ertönt ebenfalls. Ihre sechste Posaune erschallt, und wenn das geschieht, wird ihnen der Sohn Gottes geoffenbart. Eine halbe Stunde ist festgesetzt. Denkt daran, alle Posaunen ertönen unter dem sechsten Siegel. Während des sechsten Siegels, bevor das siebente geöffnet wird, kommt das Geheimnis zum Abschluß.
E-101 Gebt acht! Dazu gehört 3. Moses 23 und 25. Wie vollkommen ist die Ordnung in der Schrift! Während des Pfingstfestes, das Israel damals ablehnte, rief Er die Gemeinde aus den Heiden heraus.
Wie viele begreifen, was das Pfingstfest bedeutet? Am Pfingstfest wurde die Erstlingsfrucht der Ernte, die Erstlingsfrucht der Auferstehung, dargebracht.
Verpaßt dies nicht, ihr Menschen! Wenn ihr das Tonband hört, gebt genau acht. Dies war die Zeit des Pfingstfestes. Die Juden haben geschwiegen; Sie haben es abgelehnt. Jetzt müssen sie zur Versöhnung zurückgerufen werden. Wir wissen, wer die Versöhnung war; sie taten es nicht. Und die Posaune nach dem Pfingstjubiläum ruft die Juden zusammen. Kannst du nicht sehen, wie diese Trompete der Verfolgung unter Hitler und sie gestrahlt hat, und die Juden gezwungen wurden, zusammen zu kommen, um die Schrift zu erfüllen? Jetzt hast du es? All das sagt es, „Amen.” Gut. In ordnung.
E-102 Beachtet jetzt in 3. Moses die Einteilung der Schrift. Der lange Zeitabschnitt von Pfingsten endet mit der Herausrufung der Braut. Die Braut wird durch einen Knecht heraus gerufen, den man ablehnt. Als nächstes wird es Israel durch das Versöhnungsfest bekanntgemacht. Seht, hier geschieht das gleiche, was in 3. Moses 16 beschrieben wird, als Er den Versöhnungstag festlegte. Doch hier werden sie gerufen. Oh, wie vollkommen! Seht ihr Prediger es? Verpaßt es nicht. Dieses Versöhnungsfest, das wir in 3. Moses 23:23-24 beschrieben finden, wird ein Fest des Wehklagens sein, an dem kein Tier mehr geschlachtet wird. Das Tier war ja schon geschlachtet, das Sühnopfer gebracht. 3. Moses 16 stimmt vollkommen damit überein. Nur an dieser Stelle wird Israel aufgefordert, über ihre Sünden wehzuklagen.
Wie vollkommen ist das heute. Es geht nicht darum, dass noch einmal jemand sterben muss, wie Moses es versinnbildlichte, als er den Felsen zum zweiten Mal schlug. Das war vergeblich. Es geht nicht um das Opfern eines Tieres, sondern dass sie wehklagen, weil sie die Versöhnung abgelehnt haben.
Die Posaune wird ertönen, das Fest stattfinden, und sie werden erkennen.
E-103 Beachtet! Dass sie ihren Messias abgelehnt haben. Sie werden Ihn erkennen, wenn sie Ihn sehen. Zu der Zeit kommt Er in Kraft, als derjenige, auf den sie warteten. ER kommt in Kraft, um die Braut aus den Heiden heimzuholen. Und wenn die Juden Ihn erkennen, werden sie fragen: „Woher hast Du diese Wunden?” Das sagt die Bibel, und wir haben es vor etwa 6 Monaten durchgenommen. Doch sie kommen zurück, und dann werden sie die Versöhnung erkennen. Die Bibel sagt, wenn das geschieht, wird jedes Haus für sich wehklagen wie eine Familie, die ihren einzigen Sohn verloren hat. „Wo bekamst Du Deine Wunden?”
ER antwortete: „Im Hause Meiner Freunde.”
Erinnere mich daran, dass ich gepredigt habe zu der Zeit, als Jakob die Kinder Israels dorthin geschickt hatte, um das Zeug und das Essen und so Zeug zu holen; und wie Joseph sich verhält, als ob er sie nicht kannte; und wie all diese Dinge weitergingen, dann machte er sich bekannt? Du erinnerst dich? Und sie hatten solche Angst, dass sie zum Weinen gingen, genauso wie Jakobs Schwierigkeiten. Und hier finden wir die verfolgten Juden, sie wissen nicht, wo sie jetzt stehen.
Aber sie kommen zurück; Und wenn sie sehen, dass das Sühnopfer erscheint, sagte die Bibel, wenn sie das sehen, sagten sie, sie würden ein Haus von einem anderen trennen und tagelang weinen, wie eine Familie, die ihren einzigen Sohn verloren hat. „Wo hast du diese Wunden bekommen?”
„Im Hause Meiner Freunde.”
E-104 Denken Sie daran, die Braut ist bereits im Himmel. Josephs Frau war im Palast, und Joseph entließ alles um ihn herum, und er machte sich seinen Brüdern bekannt. Siehst du? Seine Frau, seine Kinder und sie waren im Palast, als er zurückkehrt, um sich den Juden zu melden. Da ist das Sühnopfer, da ist deine Posaune. Da ist, wo sie sagen: „Oh ....” Was ist das? Da ist das Sühnopfer. „Woher kamen die Wunden?” Da ist es.
„Im Haus meiner Freunde.”
Erinnert ihr euch, was die Brüder Josephs sagten? Sie sprachen ungefähr so: „Wir werden bestimmt getötet, weil wir das getan haben. Wir haben böse gehandelt” …etwas dass.
Er sagte: „Nein, Gott hat das getan, um das Leben zu retten.” Erinnerst du dich an die Geschichte in Genesis? Schau Schau? So tat Er es auch, um das Leben der Heiden, der Braut, zu retten.
ER sagte: „Ich habe sie im Haus meines Freundes, aber sei nicht böse.” Siehst du? „Hab keine Angst.”
E-105 Dann werden sie sagen: „Oh my! Haben wir Ihn tatsächlich nicht erkannt? War das die Versöhnung, und wir erkannten sie nicht?” O Gott! Es steht geschrieben, dass an jenem Tage jedes Geschlecht für sich wehklagen wird. Was ist es? Die Versöhnung; Traurigkeit.
Dieser Versöhnungstag wird nicht wie die üblichen Versöhnungsfeste sein, an denen ein Sühnopfer dargebracht wird, wie es in 3. Moses 16 und 23 beschrieben ist, sondern eine Zeit des Wehklagens über ihre Sünden, und ihre Sünde bestand darin, dass sie es abgelehnt haben.
Oh, seht ihr nicht, wo wir uns befinden? Begreift ihr, weshalb die Posaunen keine Bedeutung für uns haben? Sie alle ertönen unter dem sechsten Siegel. Begreift ihr jetzt, weshalb der Heilige Geist mir nicht gestattete, darüber zu sprechen? Der Himmlische Vater weiß, dass dies die Wahrheit ist, und diese Bibel liegt vor mir. Ich wußte es nicht, bis der Heilige Geist vorgestern in meinen Raum kam, zu mir sprach und es mir offenbarte. Ich kam zurück und sagte zu meiner Frau: „Jetzt habe ich es empfangen. ER kam in meinen Raum und sagte es mir. Dies ist es, Liebling.” Es stimmt einfach vollkommen überein.
Oh, ihr Menschen, die ihr ohne Ihn seid, kommt schnell hinein. Vielleicht ist es die letzte Gelegenheit, die ihr habt. Ihr wißt nicht, wann Er kommen wird.
Das Fest der Posaunen. Die Bibel sagt, dass sie gesondert beten und weinen werden, wie man über den einzigen Sohn wehklagt.
E-106 Seht! Ich möchte noch etwas sagen. Schließen Sie das jetzt nicht. Wie auffällig! Aus dem siebten Engelsbotschafter der siebten Siegelbotschaft in Offenbarung 10 war das siebte Siegel zu den sieben Posaunen, zwischen diesen beiden Zeiten.... Oh Gott, wie können wir das sagen, damit die Menschen es sehen? Es ist zwischen der sechsten Posaune (und der sechsten Posaune - und der sechsten Posaune und der sechsten Posaune zur gleichen Zeit), und zwischen der sechsten Posaune und der siebten Posaune steht ein Prophet vor den Heiden, um die Leute zurückzurufen zur ursprünglichen Pfingstlehre; und die zwei Zeugen der Offenbarung 11 erscheinen den Juden, um sie zu Jesus zu senden, während die Gemeinde aufgenommen wird - sie alle Propheten. Amen! Das Wort des Herrn kann nicht gebrochen werden. Es wird keine Konfession sein! Siehst du es?
E-107 Lies hier in deinem Buch nach und sieh, ob dort zwischen der sechsten und siebten Posaune nicht hineingesprengt wird, wenn die Juden gerufen werden. Zwischen der sechsten und siebten Plage kommen wir zu den 144.000 (ihr erinnert euch daran?), Die dazwischen lagen. Erinnerst du dich zwischen dem sechsten - dem fünften Siegel und dem sechsten Siegel - zwischen dem sechsten und dem siebten Siegel, gab es eine Ausrufung der 144.000. Erinnerst du dich daran? Nun, da sind diese Posaune, genau dort (seht ihr?) Und verfolgen sie die Pferde, die dort losgelassen werden.
Dann zwischen diesen - dann gab es eine siebte Engelsbotschaft, die die Pfingstler gepredigt und verurteilt hatte. Und Jesus war ausgerottet worden, hatte keine Zusammenarbeit mit niemandem, wurde nach außen gestellt, abgelehnt (die Bibel sagte es); denn es ist Christus, der unter uns offenbar wurde, Jesus unter uns allen offenbarte sich in der Reinheit seines Wortes und machte es bekannt. Und wenn das ... Das ist nicht nur Make-up, Freunde, das ist also der Herr, die Schrift.
E-108 Und zur gleichen Zeit ... Nun, sobald diese Gemeinde, die Braut,
zusammengezogen ist, wird sie in das Geheimnis des siebten Siegels aufgenommen - oder des siebten Siegels, das Geheimnis wird gehen und die Juden werden durch das Geheimnis von die siebte Posaune, das sind zwei Propheten, Elia und Moses. Und sie kommen zurück, und dort sind die Pfingstler ganz durcheinander. Sie suchen nach etwas, was passieren könnte, und die Braut ist weg, und das ist für die Juden!
E-109 Ich spüre, dass jemand bei sich denkt: „Das kann nicht Moses sein.” Doch, es ist so. Denkt daran, Er kann mir eure Gedanken sagen. Ich spüre das immer noch. Gut!
Nun gut, laßt es mich euch erklären: Es ist Moses. Doch ihr denkt: „Moses kann es nicht sein, denn er starb.” Mit Elia seid ihr einverstanden, doch ihr meint, dass Henoch der zweite ist. Ihr sagt: „Moses ist bereits gestorben.” Doch denkt daran: Er ist wieder zum Leben zurückgekehrt. Hunderte von Jahren später erschien er auf dem Verklärungsberg. Ihr sagt: „Nachdem ein Mensch gestorben ist?” Jawohl! Lazarus starb, wurde auferweckt und mußte wieder sterben. Sicher! Sogar die Ungläubigen werden wieder zum Leben erweckt und müssen dann den zweiten Tod sterben. Stimmt das? Tut es aus euren Gedanken hinaus. Es ist Moses!
Betrachtet ihren Dienst; es geschah genau das gleiche, was Moses und Elia taten: Der Himmel wurde verschlossen, und Feuer fiel auf die Erde. Ihr wißt ja, was sie getan haben.
E-110 Denk daran! Es ist die Endzeit, Volks. Halleluja! Der große Tag des Herrn ist nahe. Sammle dich zusammen. Fest des Messias, sie werden Ihn ablehnen, und sie werden herausfinden, dass es ihren Messias gibt. Die Bibel sagte ihnen, dass sie solche Dinge treffen würden.
Ihr Dienst in Offbraung 11 wird der Dienst von Moses und Elia sein, wodurch sie die Israeliten aus den jüdischen Traditionen herausrufen; so, wie durch die Botschaft des siebenten Engels die Braut aus den pfingstlichen Überlieferungen herausgerufen wurde. Denkt daran, Moses und Elia sollen Israel aus der alten Versöhnung durch das Opfern von Blut der Lämmer, Schafe und Böcke zu dem wahren lebendigen Opfer zurückbringen - zum Wort.
E-111 Wofür ist die Botschaft des siebenten Engels während der gleichen Posaune, der gleichen Sache, des gleichen Siegels bestimmt? Rufe die Menschen, die Braut aus den Pfingst- und Welttraditionen zur wahren Versöhnung, das Wort, Christus, verkörpert in seinem Wort hier, Fleisch gemacht unter uns.
Die Wissenschaft hat es durch Bilder bewiesen. Die Kirche kennt es in der ganzen Welt. Wir wissen es genau, denn Er hat uns nie etwas gesagt, wie der Herr sagt, sondern was die Wahrheit ist. Hat Er nicht dort unten auf dem Fluss gesagt: „Wie Johannes der Täufer gesandt wurde, so wird diese Botschaft rufen ...”?
Ich blickte auf und sah, dass es zwölf Uhr ist. Die Mitternachtsstunde ist da, Freunde, sie ist angebrochen. Seht ihr, wie vollkommen die Schrift ist?
E-112 Dass..
Schauen Sie mal! Es wird nicht irgendeine Organisation sein, die dorthin geht, die Juden herauszurufen - es werden zwei Männer sein: Moses und Elia. Beide sind Propheten.
Nun schau, um die Heiden, die Braut, zu rufen, Er versprach Maleachi 4, dasselbe zu tun. Und die Bibel sagte, dass er im siebten Gemeindezeitalter aus der Gemeinde entlassen werden würde. Er würde aus der Kirche entlassen werden; es würde komplett schwarz werden und gehen .... Wo ist es verdunkelt? Es geht in dieses kirchliche System, in diesen ökumenischen Rat, den Ökumenischen Rat der Kirchen. Er hat sein Wort völlig verloren. Sie können nicht damit einverstanden sein, Sie wissen, dass sie nicht können; sie können nicht einmal in ihren eigenen kleinen lokalen Gruppen zustimmen. Wie werden sie dem zustimmen? So nehmen sie ein anderes Zeichen des Tieres, ein Bild für das Tier.
Denken Sie daran, die Bibel sagte, dass dem Tier ein Bild gemacht wurde.
E-113 Und diese Vereinigten Staaten waren schon immer Nummer dreizehn. Es begann mit dreizehn Staaten, dreizehn Kolonien, dreizehn Sternen, dreizehn Streifen; Nummer dreizehn ist immer eine Frau. Sie erscheint im 13. Kapitel der Offenbarung. Zuerst war er ein Lamm: Sanftmut, Redefreiheit, Religionsfreiheit und so weiter; und dann erhielt er Kraft und sprach mit all der Macht, die der Drache davor hatte. Was ist es? Was war der Drache? Rom. Seht, hatte ein Zeichen, ein Bild des Tieres, um sich gegen die wahre Kirche Gottes zu erheben; unter ihnen werden Denominationen dieses Ding plagen, aber wenn sie anfangen, es zu tun....
Das Lamm soll seine Braut nehmen
Um immer an seiner Seite zu sein,
Der ganze Heer des Himmels wird versammelt sein;
Oh, sei ein herrlicher Anblick,
Alle Heiligen in makellosem Weiß;
Und mit Jesus sollen sie ewig feiern.
(Amen!)
“Komm und iss”, ruft der Meister,
“Komm und speise;” ... (Amen!)
Was für ein Tag leben wir in und Stunde. Lauf, Leute, lauf um dein Leben!
E-114 Beachtet jetzt, abschließend, das Ministerium, wie der siebte Engel, die zwei Zeugen, unter der siebten Posaune kurz davor - die sechste Posaune, kurz vor der siebten Posaune ...
Erinnert euch, ich habe euch gesagt, dass ich auf jene große Posaune zurückkomme. Was sagte Er in Jesaja? Was würde Er tun? ER sagte, dass sich alle Nationen in Jerusalem versammeln werden, sobald die große Posaune erschallt. Die große Posaune hat mit dem Fest der Posaunen nichts zu tun, denn dabei geht es um zwei Propheten, Moses und Elia, um den Ruf der Posaune zu geben. Der Klang der großen Posaune kündigt die Wiederkunft des Herrn an, wie damals bei Joseph. Amen. Ihr findet es im Propheten Jesaja. Ich habe sie euch vor kurzem angegeben, als wir aus einem dieser Kapitel lasen. Es steht in Jesaja 18:1-3.
Jesaja 27:12-13, sagt, dass in eine große Posaune gestoßen wird und alle Nationen erkennen werden, dass Israel in seinem Heimatland ist und Gott mit ihnen.
E-115 Dann wird der Bräutigam zusammen mit der Braut zum großen Tausendjährigen Reich zurückkommen, nachdem die Welt durch Atomkraft zerstört worden ist. Es wird einen neuen Himmel und eine neue Erde geben, auf der wir dann ewig leben.
Schaue rechts unter.... Nun, beachte! der Dienst von Moses und Elijah wird.... Nun, jeder bekommt es? Lass es mich nochmal sagen. Der Dienst von Mose und Elija, zwischen der sechsten und siebten Posaune, wird zwei Propheten sein, die.... Sie ... Israel ... haben immer ihren Propheten geglaubt.
E-116 Warum sprach der Helige Geist zu mir, als ich im Begriff war, ihnen zu zeigen, dass Jesus der Sohn Gottes ist: „Noch nicht.”? Erinnert ihr euch? Es war vor etwa fünf Jahren auf meinem Weg nach Indien. ER sagte: „Tue es nicht.”
Ich sagte… Sie sprachen: „Wenn dies der Messias ist, wollen wir Ihn das Zeichen eines Propheten tun sehen. Wir glauben den Propheten.”
Bruder Lewi Pethrus sandte mir die Bibeln, von denen er den Juden, die aus dem Iran und von überall zurückgekommen sind, sich dort versammelt haben und zu einer Nation wurden, eine Million gegeben hat.
Ich dachte: „Dies ist meine Zeit.” und befand mich bereits in Kairo in Ägypten, doch Er sprach: „Tue es jetzt nicht, die Stunde ist noch nicht da.” Da kehrte ich heim.
Oh my!
E-117 Moses und Elia geben den Ruf. Doch bis jetzt befinden wir uns noch im pfingstlichen Halljahr. Das Fest der Posaunen muss bekannt werden. Derjenige aus Maleachi 3:23 steht nicht in Verbindung mit jenen dort. Nein, nicht im geringsten.
Beachtet dieses hier! Der Dienst, der von Moses und Elia ausgeführt wird, ist dazu bestimmt, Israel von den jüdischen Traditionen, in die sie verstrickt sind, abzuwenden und sie aus ihnen heraus zum Versöhnungsfest, zu Christus, zu rufen, damit sie Christus erkennen. Weil es Propheten sind, werden sie ihnen glauben. Sie werden predigen: „ER kommt, Er wird hier sein.” Die Juden werden sich versammeln, dann wird Er kommen und sagen: „Hier bin Ich.”
„Woher hast Du Deine Narben?”
„Die hat man Mir im Hause Meiner Freunde beigebracht.”
E-118 Nun, das selbe wie diese beiden Propheten ... Erinnert euch, die heidnische Braut soll einen Propheten namens Elias (Elija) haben, der sie aus ihren Traditionen herausrufen soll, die Braut, genauso wie diese Propheten Juden ausrufen Judentum zu Christus, die Versöhnung. Und die Heiden kennen bereits das Sühnopfer, aber sie rufen die Braut zurück zur ursprünglichen Sühne, wo diese fünfzig Sabbate oder diese sieben Sabbate, von denen sie weggekommen sind, sie zurück in die Endzeit rufen.
Der siebente (hören) der siebente Botschafter an die Gemeinde und der Botschafter der siebenten Posaune sind beides Propheten. Das stimmt. Dazwischen liegen die 144.000. Die Siegel sollten den Heiden geöffnet werden. Sie mußten ihnen geöffnet werden, damit die Gemeinde aus den Heiden sichtbar wird. Das ist alles, was wir wissen; nur darauf hören wir. Es ist bereits geschehen. Jetzt warten wir auf Jesus.
Ihr sagt: „Bruder Branham, einen Moment bitte, ich glaube, dass noch dieses und jenes geschehen muss.”
E-119 Was war das letzte Zeichen, das Abraham sah, ehe das verheißene Zeichen - der verheißene Sohn kam? Wir als Braut sind der königliche Same Abrahams. Gott kam in Gestalt eines Menschen, der die Gedanken der Menschen unterscheiden konnte - es war ein Mann; nicht ein Dutzend, sondern ein Mann besuchte ihn. Ganz gleich, wie viele Nachahmungen es gab, es kam einer, der die Gedanken der Herzen offenbarte. Was? Als nächstes wurden Abraham und Sara wieder zu einem jungen Mann und einer jungen Frau. Das wissen wir.
Nun, Ich weiß, das könnt ihr nicht so recht fassen, doch ihr sollt das ganz sicher wissen. Ihr lest die Bibel nicht nur oberflächlich, sondern lest auch zwischen den Zeilen, um das Bild vollkommen zu sehen.
E-120 Beachtet, Sara war eine alte Frau. Die Bibel sagt, dass ihr Mutterschoß verwelkt war. Stimmt das? Auch Abrahams Leib war erstorben. Stimmt das? Denkt daran, der Same Abrahams war tot. Vierzig Jahre später hatte er sieben Söhne von einer anderen Frau. Was tat Er? ER verwandelte ihre Leiber.
Beachtet, Sie unternahmen eine dreihundert Meilen weite Reise nach Gerar. Das war eine sehr lange Reise für alte Leute. Sara dachte, sie könnten keine eheliche Gemeinschaft mehr haben, denn es war vielleicht schon zwanzig Jahre her, seit sie eheliche Beziehungen gehabt hatten. Sie sagte: „Sollte ich alte Frau und auch mein Eheherr wieder an Liebeslust denken wie junge Menschen?”
ER antwortete: „Ist etwa für Gott irgend etwas unmöglich?”
E-121 Seht, was geschah. Direkt danach wurde sie wieder zu einer lieblichen jungen Frau. Dadurch zeigte und versinnbildlichte Er, was Er an dem königlichen Samen Abrahams tun wird, ehe der verheißene Sohn kommt. Sie wurde wieder jung. Dann zogen sie nach Gerar, und was geschah? Der König Abimelech verliebte sich in sie und sagte: „Sie ist anmutig und hübsch.” Er wollte sie heiraten - die. alte Großmutter. Obwohl er doch all die vielen hübschen Mädchen dort hatte, wollte er die Oma. „Sie ist schön und anmutig anzusehen.” Seht ihr?
Gott verwandelte ihren Leib und versetzte sie in diesen Zustand zurück. Es ist ein Geheimnis, das jetzt in dieser Zeit durch den Menschensohn in der Abendbotschaft geoffenbart werden soll. Was war das letzte Zeichen, das sie sahen? Es war die Unterscheidung, bevor die Verwandlung des Leibes stattfand. Was geschieht, ehe wir den Sohn empfangen können? „Die Posaune Gottes wird ertönen, dann werden die Toten in Christo zuerst auferstehen - in einem neuen Leib - und wir, die wir noch leben und übriggeblieben sind, werden in einem Augenblick verwandelt - Halleluja! - und zusammen mit ihnen dem Herrn entgegen in die Luft entrückt werden.” Das Geheimnis ist bekanntgeworden: die Siegel sind geöffnet. Die Posaune ertönt für Israel, und ihre beiden Propheten halten sich bereit aufzutreten. Was steht noch aus? Jetzt muss die Gemeinde weggenommen werden, damit sie auftreten können. ER befaßt sich nicht mit beiden zur gleichen Zeit. Das tat Er nie. Seht ihr.
E-122 O Bruder, gib genau acht! Sie mußte aus allen Denominationen und Überlieferungen herausgerufen werden. Wir sehen, dass die Gemeinde des Pfingstzeitalters nun am Ende angelangt ist. Die Braut muss Platz machen und hinaufgehen, damit die beiden Knechte Gottes, die beiden Propheten aus Offbg. 11 auftreten, in die siebente Posaune stoßen und ihnen Christus bekanntmachen können.
Der siebente Engel, der Botschafter, sagt: „Seht das Lamm Gottes, das die Sünde der Welt hinweggenommen hat”, nicht: „Seht, meine Methodisten, meine Baptisten, meine Pfingstler”, sondern: „das Wort, den Sohn Gottes, das Lamm Gottes, welches die Sünden der Welt hinwegnahm.” Ein anderes Fundament gibt es nicht. Man fragt: „Wie lange wird es noch dauern?” Die Juden sind in ihrem Heimatland; die Braut ist herausgerufen. Alles, was Er in der Schrift verheißen hat, ist erfüllt. Wir sind bereit. Die Stunde ist da. [Bruder Branham singt. - Verf.]
Nationen brechen; Israels Erwachen;
Die Zeichen, die die Bibel vorhergesagt hat;
Die Tage der Nationen sind gezählt,

E-123 Der Prophet sagte, dass zur Abendzeit Licht sein wird.

Waren hier! Wir sind am Ende! Das ist nicht nur eine dumme Sache eines Mannes, so spricht der Herr.

E-124 Gnädiger Gott, Yahwe, Du Allmächtiger, als Du auf dem Berg Sinai mit Donnerstimme sprachst und die Menschen ausriefen: „Moses möge mit uns reden und nicht Gott, sonst müssen wir sterben”, da sagtest Du, großer Yahwe: „Einen Propheten gleich dir werde Ich, will Ich ihnen erstehen lassen. ICH werde nicht mehr so zu ihnen sprechen.” DU hast verheißen, was Du tun würdest, und hast es auch erfüllt. DU hast uns den Herrn Jesus geschenkt. ER ist das Wort; Du sagtest, dass Er es war: Im Anfang war das Wort, und das Wort war bei Gott, und Gott war das Wort. Und das Wort wurde Fleisch und nahm Seine Wohnung unter uns.
Wir sehen, dass Er all das, was Er uns durch Seinen Propheten Johannes auf der Insel Patmos weissagen ließ, bis auf den Buchstaben erfüllt hat. Wir sehen, dass der Heilige Geist sich hier auf Erden unter uns kundtut. Wir sehen auch, dass die Denominationen Ihn, das Wort, aus der Gemeinde hinausgetan haben. Sie haben nichts gegen die Menschen; sie hassen das Wort, denn es ist gegen ihre Überlieferung; wie damals, als Du hier auf Erden warst. DU warst das Wort, und Du warst gegen ihre Oberlieferungen. Deshalb warfen sie Dich aus ihren Gemeinden hinaus.
E-125 Und jetzt, Herr, gibt es nirgends mehr eine Zusammenarbeit. Ich habe versucht, nach Afrika hineinzukommen, denn ich weiß, dass dort noch Seelen sind, die warten. Es sieht aus, als nimmt man mich nirgends mehr auf, Herr. Es ist nicht um meinetwillen, Herr, es ist wegen dieser Botschaft. Doch Du hast gesagt, dass es so sein würde. DU hast es uns wissen lassen, damit wir nicht entmutigt sein sollten. Wir wissen, in welch einer Stunde wir leben.
O Gott, diese Menschen saßen den ganzen Vormittag hier in diesem heißen Raum. Sie haben andächtig zugehört, und ich bin sicher, dass sie es jetzt sehen. Wenn nicht, dann offenbare es ihnen, Herr, weshalb Du mir nicht gestattet hast, über diese Posaunen zu sprechen. Ich erkenne, dass sie nichts mit uns zu tun haben, wie wir zum Beispiel anhand dessen, was in der sechsten Posaune geschah, sehen konnten. Wir haben das durch die Öffnung des sechsten Siegels gesehen. Vor zwei Wochen sah ich hier in einer Vision eine Vorschau der Braut und der Gemeinde. Ich habe es euch ja berichtet. So, wie Du es mir zeigtest, Herr, habe ich es erzählt. Hier befinden wir uns. Es mag später sein, als wir denken.
E-126 O Vater, ich frage mich, ob heute Morgen jemand hier ist, der nur einen Aberglauben, einen theologischen Einfluß oder das Wort eines Theologen, das ja im Gegensatz zum Wort Gottes ist, angenommen hat. Vielleicht haben sie Christus, den wirklichen Heiligen Geist noch nicht angenommen, und das Wort, wie es sich in dieser letzten Zeit erfüllt, ist ihnen noch nicht geoffenbart worden; sie sehen nur eine Oberlieferung, sie leben in einem Licht, das sie blind macht. Der größte Raub, der je auf der Welt geschah, fand in England statt. Es geschah durch ein trügerisches Licht. Der größte Raub, der je an Deiner Gemeinde verübt wurde, war, als sie das Licht der Denominationen annahmen und das echte Licht der Bibel, Christus, ablehnten.
O Gott, sei barmherzig. Rette die Verlorenen, Herr. Ich bitte, verziehe noch ein wenig länger, o Jesus. Wir haben noch Angehörige. Nur noch eine kleine Weile. Bald wird sich der große Stein aus dem Berge lösen. Gewähre es, Herr. Wenn heute Morgen jemand hier noch ohne Dich ist, mögen sie jetzt demütig kommen und Dich annehmen.
E-127 Hebt eure Hand, während wir alle unsere Häupter gebeugt halten, und sagt: „Schließe mich mit ein, Bruder Branham.” Wir haben keinen Platz für einen Altarruf, weil alles überfüllt ist. Gott segne euch! Sagt einfach: „Gedenke meiner.” Gott segne dich. Gott segne dich. Gott segne euch. Hunderte von Händen sind erhoben.
E-128 Gott unser Vater, irgendwo ist ein kleiner Schatten. Nimm ihn hinweg, Herr. Sie saßen hier in diesem Raum; Satan mag ihre Augen in der Vergangenheit verblendet haben, doch ich bete, dass Du ihnen einen Wink gibst, wie Du es mit uns vor vielen Tagen getan hast. Jetzt rufst Du uns alle, damit wir sehend werden. Die Bibel sagt: „Sie sind blind und wissen es nicht. Doch Ich rate dir, dass du Augensalbe von Mir kaufst.” O Gott, wende diese Salbe heute Morgen an ihren Augen an, damit sie sehen, auch wenn es in Einfachheit und in einer Gruppe von einfachen, schlichten und ungebildeten Menschen ist. So war es ja auch am Anfang. Gewähre, Herr, dass sie es jetzt annehmen. Ich übergebe sie Dir in dem Namen Deines Sohnes Jesus.
DU sagtest: „Wer Mein Wort hört, (und ich bin sicher, Herr, dass sie es gehört haben; nach meinem besten Wissen) und an den glaubt, der Mich gesandt hat (nicht mit einem gemachten Glauben, sondern wer wirklich glaubt, was das Wort sagt), hat ewiges Leben und kommt nicht in das Gericht, sondern ist vom Tode zum Leben hinübergegangen.” (Johannes 5:24).
Gib, dass sie von dieser Stunde an Dein sind, Herr. Sollte noch ein Zweifel in ihrem Sinn sein, so nimm ihn hinweg. Wenn Kranke in unserer Mitte sind - möge der große Heilige Geist an ihnen wirken, Herr. Ich weiß, dass Er hier auf der Plattform ist und die Gedanken offenbaren kann. Sie wissen alles darüber. Ich bitte, dass Du sie heilst, Herr, und all ihre Fragen beantwortest.
E-129 Das Taufbecken steht für alle offen, die noch nicht auf den Namen Jesu Christi getauft wurden und dadurch den Namen des Bräutigams annahmen. Man nahm eine religiöse Formel in den Denominationen an. Niemand in der Bibel wurde je auf die Titel „Vater, Sohn und Heiliger Geist” getauft und besprengt. Diese Traditionen gehören zu den Kirchen dieses Zeitalters, zur antichristlichen Bewegung, dem Bildnis des Tieres. Niemand wurde bis zur Entstehung der katholischen Kirche in der Formel „Im Namen des Vaters, des Sohnes und des Heiligen Geistes” getauft. Die Bibel und die Kirchengeschichte danach berichtet, dass sie alle auf den Namen Jesus getauft wurden.
Paulus sagte in Galater 8;1: „Wenn auch ein Engel vom Himmel kommt und ein anderes Evangelium predigt, sei er verflucht.” Und du hast den Menschen befohlen, die unter Johannes getauft waren, derselbe, der Jesus getauft hat im Namen Jesu Christi, in Apostelgeschichte 19, wieder getauft wird. Und sagte: „Lass dich nicht einmal von einem Engel etwas anderes erzählen.”
E-130 In den letzten Tagen wird ein Botschafter auftreten und die Menschen zur Erstlingsfrucht, zu dem ursprünglichen Glauben zurückbringen. Gewähre, Herr, dass dieser große Botschafter, der jetzt unter uns ist, der große Christus, der Heilige Geist, der uns das Wort lebendig und verständlich machte und es uns öffnete und offenbarte, sie zu dem ursprünglichen pfingstlichen Glauben zurückführt. Das, was Petrus zu Pfingsten sagte, nämlich: „Tut Buße und lasse sich ein jeglicher von euch auf den Namen Jesu Christi zur Vergebung eurer Sünden taufen”, war bis zur Entstehung der römischen Kirche zu Nizäa die Voraussetzung.
O Gott, sei jetzt gnädig. Das Taufbecken ist vorbereitet. Die Herzen sind geöffnet. Komm hinein, Herr Jesus, wenn in dieser Stunde noch die Möglichkeit für sie besteht, hineinzugelangen, denn wir sind in den letzten Stunden angekommen. Ich hoffe und vertraue, dass es noch möglich ist. Und wir, die wir bereits drinnen sind, Herr, mögen wir uns jetzt prüfen, denn wir haben die Stimme Gottes, die durch Sein Wort sprach, gehört. Wir haben erkannt, in welcher Stunde wir leben. Gewähre es, Vater. Wir übergeben sie Dir im Namen Deines Sohnes Jesus. Laßt uns mit gebeugten Häuptern singen:
Leise und inniglich mahnet der Heiland,
ruft die Verlor'nen zum Heil,
steht vor der Türe der Herzens und wartet...
E-1 Let us bow our heads. Lord, on one occasion it was said, by Thy beloved disciples, "Teach us to pray." For when we catch sight of the great God of Heaven, we do realize how insufficient we are. So teach us to pray, Lord, in our hearts now, for the things that--that would be beneficiary to Thy Kingdom and for Thy servants. Thou knowest the need of every person here. [Luke 11:1]
E-2 And here on the desk, this morning, is handkerchiefs and aprons, and just little parcels from the needy of physical aid, and domestic, and whatever it might be. But Thou art God, and God alone, the only true God that there is. And we ask Thee in the Name of Jesus, Thy beloved Son, that You will heal each of these. And there may be some here who has not a handkerchief here, or a parcel, that need healing.
E-3 There may be some out across the nations, around the world, that even this tape would meet in their homes or their churches. We would pray, Lord, that while the service is going on, at--at... or the tape is being played, or whatever position we might be in, or--or condition, may the great God of Heaven honor this sincerity of our hearts this morning, and heal the needy, give to them what they have need of.
E-4 Bless us now in the coming-on service. Speak through us, like never before, for the Kingdom of God's sake. We wait, in Jesus' Name, for Thy answer. Amen.
E-5 Will you help me with this? [Brother Branham moves items off of the pulpit--Ed.]
E-6 It's good to be here in church again this morning. And I was just talking to some friends who have just come in from Ohio, to a little girl, that was brought down here a few months ago, that was dying with leukemia. The people were very poor, the parents. And I haven't time this morning to read the--the testimony which is going on file. But there is the little girl's picture after three days, I believe it was, after she was prayed for. The doctors give her just three days to live, and in three days later they could find not even a trace of it. And so she is in school, very happy. I'm sure the church remembers when we had her here in the room.
E-7 And also the little baby that was born with the bowels, like, on the outside. Somehow the doctors, and this little condition the way the bowels were formed, could not be placed back again. They was afraid to touch the little thing, it just a newborn baby. And now, the little fellow is about a year old, I guess, something like that, with normal bowels, everything just as normal as it can be. It's just the grace of God, that how good He is to us.
E-8 Now, today, I was want to announce that the meeting that we were planning, I was planning on going to this next coming week in--in Africa, over with Brother Joseph Boze, in Kenya and Tanganyika. We are unable to have the meeting, with a telegram back from Brother Boze, "Last week three of our own missionaries was killed, and murdered."
E-9 And they're having an uprise there now. And the communists are slipping guns in to the natives, claiming they got fish boats setting around, Red China and Russia; and getting guns to the natives, and they don't know no better than to use them just on anything that they see to use it on. So, there, the--the--the government thought that it wouldn't be wise to have the meeting at this time. And as I understand, also, that Brother Boze cannot even have his school open in this area, where I was going, at this time. But it's not canceled, it's just postponed until they can get it quietened again.
E-10 Very happy this morning to see, in the midst of us again, for many years absence, Brother Jackson, Brother Sidney Jackson and Sister Jackson, from South Africa. Have they spoke? [Brother Neville says, "Yes"--Ed.] And these people was my real brothers and sister, and co-workers in the campaign in South Africa, the last trip over. Which, we trust that someday, by God's grace, to get back with them again, for it's needy.
E-11 And I've been trying for nine years to get back. But, on the account of the organizations, and so forth, they won't let me back. So I wrote them a letter recently, and said, "Then let the blood of those lost souls be on you and not on me." For, I believe that God was been wanting to use my ministry over there, for those people, for sometime. And by their denominational difference, they won't let me come back. But, all right, the Lord will take care of that.
E-12 Now, what I wish to say this morning, that if the Lord willing, Brother Neville has asked me to have services tonight, and at the Tabernacle. So we... You're invited out. And then next Sunday, the Lord willing, I'm to be here, also; then maybe for the next two or three Sundays, because of the absence of this, being cancellation of this meeting that was in making.
E-13 Now, we also would like to say, that, I said maybe we would preach the Seven Trumpets during this time. We wondered just how that we were going to do it in the insufficiency of the size of the building and the inconvenience of the air-conditioner, no air in the room. It's not fixed yet for air-conditioning. And we tried to rent this school up here, which is air-conditioned, which seat about... Oh, I don't know; it's a nice seating capacity, very fine school. But we could find nothing.
E-14 And, it would, they would give us next week. But, next week? See, there is delegations coming from different parts of the world; from Jamaica, and from the Islands, and from south, even in South America, and Canada, and Mexico, and across the nations. And we sent out the notices Monday, then they wouldn't get them until about Wednesday or Thursday; and then have to ask time off, and so forth, which would throw it way out.
E-15 The next weeks, on, until school time, it's, you'd have to take it one night, and then off maybe a night or two, then on again, then... We just couldn't do that. You couldn't make it.
E-16 I wondered why, when I had prayed sincerely. And then it's about time for us to return back to Arizona again, for the children to get in school. And then we... I was talking to the wife.
E-17 And, well, yesterday I went into the room, and I said, "Lord, I--I may not use so many words, but, understand, please, God, what I mean in my heart. What is the matter that everything is cut off from preaching those Trumpets?" And then He came and revealed it. And now, this morning, I want to speak to you on the reason why.
E-18 And now let us, who has Bibles and would like to--to, turn in our Bibles. We will turn first to Leviticus, the 23rd chapter of Leviticus.
E-19 If the Lord is willing, tonight I'm going to preach on the subject: Going Beyond The Camp. And it will be short, and so you can have time to get back to your places for work.
E-20 We are happy to see visitors in, people from out of town. How many out-of-town people is here, while we're looking? Ninety-five percent, yeah, ninety-eight percent of the congregation. So, you see it isn't Jeffersonville, it's the people who come into Jeffersonville, that make... We are here by the grace of the Lord.
E-21 And now I want to read three places, this morning. One of them is found in Leviticus the 23rd chapter, and the other is in Isaiah 18, and Isaiah 27, you who are marking it down.
E-22 And now instead of preaching... The Lord willing, I'll do that tonight. But I want to teach, this morning, on the feast of the seven trumpets. Which, this month is the feast of the seven trumpets, beginning... and which is the seventh month, which would be July the 15th, was beginning of the feast of the trumpets, in the Levitical laws.
E-23 Now, and if you have your papers and things, and wish to write down Scriptures and texts, and so forth, as we go along.
E-24 There is one thing to this meeting, it's hot, and we are accustomed to that through the years. But someone might think that I believe that when we enter into this building that we cease time, maybe, and partly, partially in Eternity, the way how long I hold the people. I don't mean it to be that way. But I believe that we're living at so close to the Coming of Jesus, that I have to take advantage of every minute that I have the people together.
E-25 And I was thinking, as I was driving down the road a while ago, being out for a little prayer just before entering the pulpit, as any real sincere clergyman does. I was thinking, "You know, we're having the most glorious time when we meet here together! But, and the people gathering from many states, setting right in here now, from way away, hundreds and hundreds of miles, and we assemble together to fellowship around the Word. But there will come a time, soon, when this will be just a fond memory." That is right.
E-26 These times will be taken away from us, so therefore we must do all that we know how to do, to make this, every minute, count. And think of this now, while we're suffering in the heat of the morning. And, you know, every human body is a--a dynamo of heat, itself, and it makes it pretty hard on you. And, but I want you to get the Word.
Now, just before we--we read, let's pray.
E-27 Lord, most any person in here that can move their hands, could turn the pages of this Bible. But there is but One among us this morning that can open It; that's the great Holy Ghost, which is in our midst. Open to us the Word, Lord, as we read, as You did to the disciples, as they went on their road to Emmaus, and begin to explain to them the Scriptures. And may we, when we leave, say like those who coming back to Jerusalem from Emmaus, "Did not our hearts burn within us as He spake to us along the way?" For it's in the Name of Jesus we ask it. Amen.
Let us stand in reverence to the Word. [Luke 24:32]
E-28 Now, my subject this morning is: The Feast Of The Trumpets. I want to read now from the 23rd verse of the 23rd chapter of Leviticus.
And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, and in the first day of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, a holy convocation.
E-29 Now in the Book of Isaiah, beginning with the 1st verse of the 18th chapter, this connects this together.
Woe to the land shadowing with wings, which is beyond the river of Ethiopia:
That sendeth ambassadors by the sea, even the vessels of bulrush upon the waters, saying, Go, ye swift messengers, to a nation scattered...
peeled, out of the people terrible... nation melted out and trodded down, whose land the river has spoiled!
And all ye inhabitants of the world, and dwellers on the earth, see ye, when he lift up an ensign on the mountain; and when he bloweth a trumpet, hear ye.
[Isaiah 18:1-3]
E-30 In Isaiah 27:12 and 13.
And it shall come to pass in that day, that the LORD shall beat off from the channel of the river unto the streams of Egypt, and ye shall be gathered one by one, O ye children of Israel.
And it shall come to pass in that day, that the great trumpet shall be blown, and ye shall come which are ready to perish in the land of Assyria, and the outcasts in the land of Egypt, and shall worship the LORD in the holy mount at Jerusalem.

E-31 Let us pray again. Lord, bless these Words to our hearts. May our thoughts and our meditation be according to Thy bidding. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

E-32 There is so many things that a pastor would like to say to his congregation that he loves, of different people from different places, which would not be permitted on the account of time.
E-33 Now as we approach this subject, we want you to feel at liberty. And many of you are standing; and as I come by, the halls was full, and outside the doors, and the front, and around the building, and around the walls. So, now, if you want to change seats with each other, that'll be fine.
E-34 Now, The Feast Of The Trumpets. Now, this was a gathering of Israel, where they gathered together, the feast of the trumpets.
E-35 Now, I have been anticipating for sometime to--to speak on the subject of the Seven Trumpets in the Book of Revelations. And now we are going to review this, just a moment, to bring out the real cause of me not speaking this time, because the Holy Spirit would not let me speak at this time on these things. I know that sounds very juvenile, maybe, to people of great learning and understanding, but to the Christian it's different. We--we follow the leading of the Spirit, that alone. [Revelation 8:1-13]
E-36 Now, I begin to notice at the preaching of the Seven Church Ages, which is the--the pattern, or the forecast of all that God was going to do for the churches, and through the churches, and positionally setting them up.
E-37 The first three chapters of the Book of Revelations reveals all the happenings unto the Church. Then, from the 3rd chapter unto the 19th chapter of Revelation, there is no more seen of the Church. The Church goes up at the 4th chapter of Revelations, and returns back at the 19th chapter of Revelations, the Bride and the Groom, together, coming to the earth. And then from the 19th chapter to the conclusive of the 22nd chapter, it's all on the Millennium and what will be in the years that is to follow it. During the 4th to the 19th, God is dealing with Israel.
E-38 Now, then, when we got finished with the book of the revelation of the church, what God did to those seven churches, which were then in their infancy, or their shadow, in Asia Minor. Then the Holy Spirit revealed and opened to us all the mysteries in There, of how He has brought His Church through history. And if you don't have The Seven Church Ages on tape, it would be good if you listened to them. And soon they'll be in book form.
E-39 Then just leaving it at that, and presuming that after a while we would preach on the Seals, not knowing what the Seals was.
E-40 I had my own idea, as every minister does, of reading maybe what other man had said; and believing as much as I possible, with them, on the things that they had drawed up, their conclusion. I had read the book of Mr. Smith, Uriah Smith, which is the Adventist teacher, and I had read his--his thoughts on it. And I had read Mr. Larkin. I had read, oh, so many different ones, of their commentaries on This. But, somehow or other'n, I thought I had a--a little view of it, myself, that might be of places different. But trying one time, just speaking three subjects, the first... or the four subjects of the four horse riders. I preached on it four nights, one on one horse, and the other.
E-41 But then just before it happened, I was given a vision, which is on tape, as you all know, Sirs, What Time Is It? that I should go to Tucson, Arizona. And there on the back side of the desert, up into the mountain, where I was with some brethren, and told about what a great blast would go off, and I... seven Angels came down. Me thinking, myself, it was the end of my life; told my wife to get with Billy, and what to do with the children, and so forth, till we met again at the other side.
E-42 Then one day in Sabino Canyon, while God called me early in the morning up there, I was up with my hands in the air, praying, and a sword came into my hands. You know that. I stood there and looked at it, just natural as my hand is now, not knowing what it meant. And it was left me with a Voice that said, "This is the Sword of the King." And then, later, when the Angel of the Lord revealed it, It was the Word in the hand.
E-43 Immediately after that, the Angels of the Lord appeared and told about the Seven Trumpets... or the Seven Seals, that I was to return back here to Jeffersonville and preach the Seven Seals. And, there, if I've ever said anything that was inspired, it was in that. There where the Angel of the Lord met us, and the Bible become a new Bible. There It opened up and revealed all the things that the reformers and things had left out. It was the complete revelation of Jesus Christ, altogether new to us, but perfectly exactly with the Scripture. That was the Word which has always been. I was so inspired and directed. [Revelation 10:1-7]
E-44 Then when I come to this part here, of preaching the Seven Trumpets, I was thought, "Well, I'll not try to think anything. I'll just wait till that time and let Him reveal it to me." And then yesterday when I was... I went into the room and wondering why... Or, beg your pardon, it was day before yesterday. When I went into the room, to try to understand, it was there that the Holy Spirit opened up this, to show me the reason it not profitable even for the Church at this time, 'cause it has nothing to do with the Church, at all.
E-45 Now, the hidden mysteries of Christ was fully revealed in the Seven Seals. [Revelation 10:1-11]
E-46 It revealed, first, the Seven Church Ages, opened up the ages and placed them positionally, both with history and with the Bible, and set them in position, how they was. And we found ourself in the last church age, being the Laodicea Church Age, which was the most corruptible of all the church ages. Even from the very first, from Ephesians, was a great church age. [Revelation 3:14-21]
E-47 And then how, here, the Holy Spirit giving me a vision, and seeing what would take place, I drawed on the blackboard, two years ago. Here it is up here on the drawing, that how that the Light was fading off of the earth, which would be exactly the way that the Light come on the earth, as the Gospel, and how It would fade in and out. Not knowing it, at the time, what it meant and how it would be.
E-48 But the great ecumenical world had a--a meeting with Rome; and Rome, which is the mother of all organizations. The pope, for the first time in history, left the Vatican and went to Jerusalem and many places. Now, Jerusalem is the ancient seat of all of our religion, is Jerusalem. And in this ancient seat, the pope from Rome, which has been the Church's greatest enemy all times, leaves to come over to visit Rome... or from Rome to Palestine, Jerusalem.
E-49 And as we see, being uneducated, myself, not knowing the--the words and how to speak them, I've always taught in types, in patterns of nature. Nature will follow nature. Nature is of God.
E-50 When you take a time when cattle, on in the field, all congregate together in the corner of the field, take your fish line out of the water; fish won't bite. You'll never catch them; see, the cattle are resting; unless you'd happen to drop right down in the bed of one. But when cattle go to feeding, watch. The same time the cattle does that, the birds also will take to the trees; they'll quit a-feeding. See, it's nature. All of it blends together. You notice the bees, at that time, is buzzing over their honey, not gathering it. All nature works together.
E-51 And therefore, like we see a tree drop a leaf off, pretty soon now, in the next couple months, the leaf will leave the tree. And the--the life, the sap, will go down into the root. And the tree leaf will drop off and fall on the ground and will rot. And the calcium and--and the potash, and it's in the tree leaf, will rot in the ground. And what happened? The life went on ahead of it, and will suck it right back into itself, and bring that leaf back again. It's a death, burial, and resurrection.
E-52 And all nature! And the moon is the--is the wife of the sun. It is the lesser light. And then, also, that when the sun is gone, in the absence of the sun, the moon reflects the light to the earth, which is a type of the church. And when the pope leaves, the ancient enemy of the church, and comes over to the Jerusalem, which is the seat of the church; which, the new Jerusalem and the old Jerusalem; we notice, before it did it, there was a total blackout of the moon.
E-53 And in the papers, across the nation as we have on the board, it displayed how that that moon turned from light to darkness. And the very phenomena of it, that that moon drawed exactly, in the skies, the same thing the Holy Spirit had me to draw here two years ago, and showing the... covering the... When it went six pictures, I put the seventh on there, because the seventh church age, just a shadow of Light, the going of the... That's where Jesus, at the door, knocking. But it goes into total darkness.
E-54 And what a reflection, what a Message from God Himself, that these things are the Truth! Testified it first in His Word, then by the Spirit at the platform, and then declared it in the heavens. There is no mistake about it at all. Those Seals and Ages are perfectly in line, perfectly, God giving witness by supernatural signs and wonders, with the Word and history, all placed together, in the age that we're now living in.
E-55 Now it's hard for the churches to see this. It's hard for the denominations to see it. They always try to think that you're trying to bawl the people out. You're not; you're trying to warn the people. It isn't trying to be evil to them; you're trying to get them from the evil. It isn't people in the organizations; it's the system that they're in, that's damning them. Honest, sincere people are Catholic, Protestant, Jewish, and whatmore. It's human beings who--who...
E-56 Nuns don't go into the nunnery to be bad women; they go in there to be good women. They're trying to get closer to God, but it's the system that pollutes them. People join church, not to be a bad person, but be a good person. But it's the system of the church that draws them from the Word and the principles that God has laid down for this day; and that's what gets them out.
E-57 Now remember, God is the Word, and each age He has lotted the Word for each age that would be on the earth. He lotted It in the church age, and the Seven Seals revealed every bit of It. See? [John 1:1]
E-58 Why did there... was there mysteries that was still hid? Revelations 10, we find, at the end of the seventh angel's Message, that, these mysteries that had been hid would be revealed, Revelations 10:1 to 7. Notice, the reason is because there had been no prophets during this age. The Bible said, that, "God does nothing till He reveals it to His prophets, His servants, the prophets." And the Word of the Lord in all ages has always come to the prophets, never to a system, never to a group. [Revelation 10:1-7], [Amos 3:7]
E-59 Never did God use a group. Every time any group of people organized, God left it and never did return. Search the history and see if that's right or not. We've already done it. Never does He deal with a system or a group, after they organize; it's against God.
E-60 Therefore, during the time of the reformations, there come in reformers, as the Seven Seals proved that it was. But in the last days now, it was supposed to be revealed again. Because, we find in the Scripture, in Malachi 4, that there is to be an anointing come down and to restore again that original Faith, "and to bring the faith of the people back to the original pentecost, the Faith of the fathers." [Malachi 4:5-6]
E-61 And we took the Elijah of the first run; we took the Elisha to follow him; we took John the Baptist after that, who was the Elisha of that day; and a promise for another in this day.
E-62 Now, John the Baptist was not the Elisha of Malachi 4. He was the Elisha of Malachi 3. Jesus said so. "Behold, I send My messenger before My face, to prepare the way." We find him being that. [Malachi 3:1]
E-63 Now, in doing so, in finding those positions, we know that all the rest the Scripture, inspired of God, reveals to us that we're in the last day.
E-64 Now, if I come with the message of Pentecost, I would be in the Laodicean Church Age, and it wouldn't be right.
E-65 That's the reason that Wesley could not take Luther's message. Luther was in one age, church age, and Wesley was in another church age. If Jesus would have come in the... with the message of Moses, it would not have worked. If Moses would have come with the message of Noah, it would not have worked.
E-66 But God has lotted to His--His--His people, of every age, a Scripture. And before the age can come into existence, into time, then the churches has got it so mixed up that they--they don't know where they're at.
E-67 That's the reason they fail to recognize Jesus being the Son of God. They, their traditions had blinded their eyes, but He was exactly with the Scripture.
E-68 The prophets was the same. Jesus said, "Which of you, of your fathers, didn't stone those prophets that were sent to you?" Then God sends His prophet, to... and the prophet is the living Word of God, made manifest. [Matthew 23:37]
E-69 Jesus said, "How can you condemn Me, to say, 'I'm the Son of God,' and you call, in your own laws... You said, those who the Word of the Lord came to," which were the prophets, "you called them 'gods.' And they are, for the Scriptures cannot be broken," He said. "Then how will you condemn Me?" When He is... They were a part of the law, they were part of the Word of God, but Jesus was the fullness of the Word of God. His whole plan of redemption, God's whole sufficiency, was in Him. [John 10:34-36]
E-70 And now, through the church ages, they've done the same. And the Seven Seals is to reveal all the mysteries that was left off during that time, because we're without prophets, and the Word does not come to reformers. Prophets!
E-71 God is unchangeable. In Malachi 3, said, "I am God, and I change not." God's first way of doing anything, that's God's ever way of doing anything. God decided He would save man by the shed Blood of an innocent One, in the garden of Eden, and He has never changed it since, and cannot change it. We've tried, by education, by buildings, by systems, by denominations, by ethics, and everything else, and it's all failed. But there's only one place that God meets man, that's, under the shed Blood of the Innocent. Only by the Blood! That was His first decision. See? [Malachi 3:6]
E-72 We can make a decision, and next year we can think better. We got a better idea of it, next year. God can't; He's infinite. His first decision is perfect; nothing can move it. I can learn more; we are finite. I can learn more; you can learn more. But God can't learn more; He is perfect, to begin with. And, therefore, His first decision, rest your soul upon it. What the Bible says, that's it!
E-73 God's got to judge the world someday. And the Catholic says He'll judge it by the Catholic church. If that be so, which Catholic church? They different, one from another. If you go to judge it by the Protestant, which Protestant church? They different, one from another. And it would be a bit confusing; no one would know where to stand. If the Methodist is right, the Baptist is lost. If the Protestant's right, the Catholic's lost; the Catholic's right, the Protestant's lost.
E-74 But the Bible said that He will judge the world by Jesus Christ, and He is the Word. Then, He'll judge it by the Word.
E-75 And all denominations get off of that Word, to make their creeds. I just ask any to prove to me where they take the full Word. They can't do it, because it's controlled by a system of man. Where you got man...
E-76 God never did deal but with one person at a time. He never even had two prophets at the same time. One! God can get one man in His hand. He doesn't deal with you... your organization; He deals with you.
E-77 Now, upon that basis, we come to the feast of the trumpets, the hidden mysteries. It's prophesied it was to be that way, therefore it had to be revealed in the way that it was. But to be revealed in this last day, to fulfill exactly what I've just said, Malachi the 4th chapter, Luke the 17th chapter and the--the 30th verse, how He would do it, and Hebrews 13:8, Hebrews 4:12, and many of those Scriptures that tell us. Now, if that's foreign to some of you, may I say that God always... The way God is known amongst people is by being prophetic. [Malachi 4:6], [Luke 17:26-30], [Hebrews 13:8, 12]
E-78 The Jews always knowed to believe their prophets. He said, "If there be one among you, I the Lord will speak to him in spiritual dreams and in visions. And, what he says come to pass, then hear him." They were always... [Joel 2:28]
E-79 That's how they failed to recognize Jesus, and had to class Him something else, so they made Him a evil spirit, "Beelzebub," because He was able to discern the thoughts that was in their hearts. We always know that that's a sign of the Word. [Matthew 12:24]
E-80 Hebrews the 4th chapter, the 12th verse, said, "The Word of God is sharper than a two-edged sword, and a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart." [Hebrews 4:12]
E-81 "When He the Holy Ghost will come upon you, He will remind you of these things I've said, and will show you things to come." [John 16:13]
E-82 "God in sundry times, in divers manners," Hebrews 1, "spoke to the fathers through the prophets, in this last days through His Son, Jesus Christ." The same God, just changed from the prophets to the Son. That's all. See? Always the same Message, the same way of doing it. [Hebrews 1:1]
E-83 Now, it's prophesied that the churches would be in this condition, had to be restored back again. And He said, in Malachi 4, that He would "send Elijah the prophet, and would restore the--the people back again," with the... bring it. Notice. And just before... Or, right after his Message, there will be a time when the world will burn, and the righteous will walk out upon the ashes. [Malachi 4:5-6]
E-84 Now, to some theologian that might be listening in on a tape, somewhere around the world, if you think that that was John, remember, then, the Scriptures is wrong, for the world did not burn after John's message. Jesus did not come and take the people in the Millennium; but He has promised to do it after the Spirit of Elijah comes upon the earth again.
E-85 Notice now in Malachi 4, we see here that this is supposed to be done to restore (what?) the faith of the people back to the original fathers, the pentecostal Doctrine, the original fathers. And he will restore the people back to the fathers.
E-86 We find in Luke 17, Jesus said that when He come in this last days, Luke 17:33, we find out that Jesus said, "As it was in the days of Lot, so will it be at the coming of the Son of man, when the Son of man is being revealed." [Luke 17:29-30]
E-87 Now notice, He come in three sons' name. He come in the name of the Son of David... Or, the Son of man, Son of God, Son of David.
E-88 Now, He had to come as Son of man, because He was a Prophet. Jehovah, Himself, called the prophets, "son of man." And Jesus never referred to Himself as Son of God. He referred to Himself, always, as Son of man. And notice, He revealed Himself then as the Prophet, the Seer. Said, "If I do not the works of My Father, then believe it not." He met every description that was spoke of Him in the Scripture, even to His death, burial, resurrection; His crucifixion, His birth, all. And in His work, He met the description of the Seer, the Son of man. [John 10:37]
E-89 Now He's been revealed through the church ages, now watch, through the church ages, as Son of God. God being a Spirit, the Holy Spirit, He revealed Himself in the church ages as, in the congregation, as the Holy Spirit among the people.
E-90 We find, in the Laodicea Church Age, the last church age, He is put out of the church. Nowhere else was He ever put out, in any age, but in the Laodicea Age. "Because, they said, 'We're rich and have need of nothing.' And know it not that you're miserable, poor, naked, and blind, and don't know it." He was put out of the church age. [Revelation 3:17]
E-91 And then, according to Luke 17, He said, "As it was in the days of Sodom, so shall it be in the coming of the Son of man." Now, He was reading the same Genesis that we read. Notice, at Sodom, what taken place. What was it in Sodom? Abraham... [Luke 17:26-30]
E-92 There is always three classes of people. There was Abraham, the elected and called out, outside of Sodom itself. There was Lot, the church member, or denominational man, down; he became part of that world, by being the mayor of the city, set in the gate; he was the judge, which is a mayor. And there was Sodom, itself.
E-93 Now, at the evening time, or the middle of the day, when Abraham was under his oak, three Angels appeared to him. Two of them went down in Sodom, and preached the Gospel and tried to call them out. They wouldn't do it; they were perverted. Lot, and his wife, only, and two of his daughters, started out. And the wife turned to a pillar of salt.
E-94 But the One that stayed and talked to Abraham, that Abraham called, "Elohim, the Almighty." Genesis 1, "God! In the beginning, God," Elohim, the--the alE-sufficient One, the self-existing One. Abraham called Him, "Elohim." And He set down and eat with Abraham; He drank; He was in human flesh. And watch the sign that He gave Abraham. [Genesis 18:8]
E-95 Now, they were looking for a coming son, a promised son, Isaac. Twenty-five years, on a long journey, they had looked for it, but they were at the end of the journey. God had appeared in many forms, as He has through the church ages, in Lights, and so forth, as He spoke to Abraham, and by voices. But just before the coming son arrived... Now we've been through it, and you know I'm just rehearsing, to get this to you. That, He changed the body of Abraham and Sarah, immediately after this, so they could receive the son.
E-96 Notice, the last sign that they got, before the son arrived, was Jehovah talking to them in the form of a man. And how they knowed this was Jehovah, because He said, "Abraham," not Abram. Just a few days before, God had changed his name. "Where is thy wife, Sarah?" Not S-a-r-r-a; but S-a-r-a-h, "princess."
And Abraham said, "She is in the tent, behind You." [Genesis 18:9]
E-97 And He said, "I," that's a personal pronoun, "I will visit you according to My promise. At the time of life, the next twenty-eight days, something is going to happen to Sarah." [Genesis 18:1-15]
E-98 And Sarah, in the tent, smiled in herself, and said in her heart, "How could this be, seeing I'm old; and have pleasure with my lord, who is also old, Abraham?" [Genesis 18:1-15]
E-99 And the Angel, or the Man, said, "Why did Sarah say that in her heart?" In the tent behind Him! "Why did she say these things cannot be?" See? A Man in human flesh, like a prophet, yet It was Elohim discerning the thought that was in Sarah's heart, behind Him. [Genesis 18:1-15]
E-100 And Jesus said, "As it was in the days of Lot, so will it be at the coming of the end of the world, when the Son of man," not Son of God, "when the Son of man will be revealing." [Luke 17:28-30]
E-101 Hadn't had it through the age. See that perfect continuity of the Scripture? Here we live in it. The mysteries; even of the baptism in the Name of the Lord Jesus, and away from the Oneness idea; and these other things, how the Holy Spirit has moved that in and showed it perfectly; and the true Baptism of the Holy Spirit, the Token, and everything, and placed it; and how He placed every reformer and everything, just exactly. And, see, right before our own eyes, and it's not in a corner. It's world-known. Jesus, the Son of God, revealing Himself by the Scriptures, making that Scripture that has been predestinated to this day, like it was to that day and all other days, live. And, to believe It, is the evidence of the Holy Spirit.
E-102 Righteousness, you can't pronounce that just "going to church" is the evidence of the Holy Ghost. If you do, then them Pharisees had It. See? You can't pronounce "shaking or jumping" being the... If you do, the heathens has got It. If you say "speaking in tongues," what--what devil worship doesn't speak in tongues? Tell me one.
Brother Jackson setting here for Africa, from Africa, he could tell you that. I've been into the Indian camps here, see the witches and wizards cut themselves, and pour their own blood, and speak in tongues; and--and the witch doctor interpret it, and see them lay down a pencil and write in unknown tongues. So that's not It. But if it...
E-103 What is the true evidence? Jesus said, "That you believe that I am He." And He is the Word. [John 8:24, 28]
E-104 Why didn't they get It? Why didn't the Jews get It? They were righteous man; they were good man; they were holy man, and there were all kinds of people; but, to whom is predestined to hear the Word!
E-105 "And how do you know whether it is the Word? Each one says this."
E-106 It's the promise of the Bible being vindicated of that age, there you are, then you come back to where the Holy Spirit is. Watch the sound of the Trumpet in a few minutes, what It declares. The Trumpet, the Gospel Trumpet, see who can hear It. Remember, those in the walled cities could not come out in the jubilee. No, sir. They were in the walls; they stayed there. It was over; they were slaves the rest of their life, and had to be marked. Now as we see all these patterns, notice.
E-107 Now, these acts, Malachi 4, and all this, and Hebrews 13:8, "Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today, and forever," He remains forever the Word, the Word made manifest. That's exactly what He declared the prophets. A prophet doesn't only mean "a seer or forth-teller;" it means "a revealer of the Word that's written." In his own life, his own works, reveals and vindicates the Word of that day; like Noah building the ark; Moses down there; whatevermore; and any promise, the promised Word for that hour. [Hebrews 13:8], [Malachi 4:5-6]
E-108 Now we know that He is with us. We believe that. You see His Word made manifest, by photographs, by Scriptures, by declarations in the Heaven, on earth, everything else that He said. Not one time has it failed. I ask any person to show me, from the different parts of the country, or over the world, you're--you're obligated to write me and tell me, where one time it ever failed. Perfect, word by word, now, that's a promise.
E-109 Why was He to appear in this last days? If you go back, and you tape listeners, to The Bride Tree, and bring up where Christ was, that Tree that was in the garden of Eden. The first Adam that fell; and this Second Adam was cut down by sin. They hung Him on a Roman tree, and out of that drew the... come out the Bride Tree that He promised, that we see in the Scriptures, now, in order to get the Bride. [Genesis 3:1-20]
E-110 Like the pyramid, how it comes in the minority all the time, from the great wide; from Luther, Wesley, Pentecost, and then the capstone in the top of it is so honed, and each one of those stones are so perfectly put together. And we don't know yet how they did it, but it's so perfectly put together in that pyramid! And we're not pyramid teaching now, we're just...
E-111 Enoch and them built it, years ago, and it stands for a symbol. Just the same as the sun rises and sets; just the same as the tree drops its--its leaf, and comes back again; as a fish, and the cattle, and everything else symbolizes it. That pyramid stands as a symbol.
E-112 Go into the prophet's chamber and watch them seven steps. Where did the--where did the guard meet the challenge to bring the comer into the presence of the king? At the top of the steps; was in the seventh step. There shows that we've got to come again with that same Spirit that was on John; he introduced the Messiah. He was greater than all the prophets; he introduced It. And we've got to come to a place, again, to something that's going to introduce the Messiah.
E-113 And how will the Messiah... the people that's believing Him know it unless they're constantly in the Word, to know what He is! Daniel said, "The wise shall know; but the foolish, the unwise, wouldn't know. They shall know their God." Now, now, how He shall appear in the last days, is to bring the people back to the Word, so that the Bride will know Her Husband, know Her Mate, the revealed Word. That's why this has to happen.
E-114 It wasn't in the reformers; wasn't in Luther, Wesley, and--and the Pentecostals, and them. Scripture says it wasn't.
E-115 But it will come. That is His promise for this age. We're living in the age that His Coming will be in. She must be identified in Him. Any woman must be identified with her husband, for the two are one. And Christ's Bride has to be identified with Him, for the two are One; and He is the Word, not the denomination. The Word! We are to be the children of the Light, and the Light is the Word which is made Light for this age. How do we know Light except It comes from the Word? All right. The Word made flesh is the Light of the age; when you see It, and the Bible said so.
E-116 Them people looking at Jesus there, and said, "Well, this Man, Who is He? Why, He's born, an illegitimate birth down there. Why, His father and mother is this, that, and the other, and all this there." But they didn't know Him. If they knowed the Scriptures, they would have knowed Him. He said so.
They said, "We are Moses' disciples!"
E-117 Said, "If you knew Moses, you would know Me, for Moses wrote of Me." And still too blind to see It! [John 5:46]
E-118 See how humble? Away from all the crews, and the denominations, and the creeds, and everything. God moved right in, in flesh, in the form of a Man, a Kinsman Redeemer.
E-119 She must be identified with Him. We are invited to be the children of the Light, that we walk in the Light.
E-120 I remember down in Kentucky, here not long ago, I had a meeting. Out, after I come out of the church, that there was an old man standing, with a lantern in his hand. He belonged to a church that don't believe in healing, and so forth. Said, "I--I different with you, Brother Branham."
I said, "Well, you got a right to do that."
E-121 He said, "You see, I will not accept anything unless I see it. I've got to see it, right plain."
E-122 I said, "Then did you ever see God, right plain, standing before you?" Course, he didn't believe in visions and things.
He said, "No."
E-123 "Why," I said, "then you're not a believer, sir. I couldn't talk to you. See? See? We see what God promises and hold to That."
E-124 He said, "How do you figure that?" I said... He said, "Come, go home with me and talk tonight."
I said, "I can't; like to. Where you live?"
He said, "You go over this mountain here."
E-125 I said, "How you going to get there? You don't see your house." Uh-huh. Uh-huh. Yeah. Yeah.
He said, "Well, there's a path runs up over the hill."
I said, "You don't see the path." Uh-huh.
He said, "Well, I got a lantern."
E-126 I said, "The lantern won't show the light right on the house. Oh, no. But that path will lead to the house. But that lantern will only show light for one step at a time."
E-127 We'll walk in the Light, the beautiful Light; one step at a time, Lord, coming closer to Him. Yeah. Children of the Light, accept His Word, keep walking and watch more unfold. Don't leave It, no matter what somebody else says. Stay right in That and just keep walking with It, watch It unfold and reveal Itself. The Word is a Seed; a seed in the right kind of ground will bring forth its kind.
E-128 Notice Revelations 10:1 to 7, all the mysteries are to be revealed to the Bride, by the messenger of the Laodicea Church. Has anybody got a Revised Version Bible? If you have, you'll notice there where it said, "the angel," it's in parenthesis it says, "the eagle." See? Uh-huh. Uh-huh. See? The messenger to the--the Laodicea Church, see, Revelations 10:1 to 7. [Revelation 10:1-7]
E-129 And he said that this... in that day that he seen Him come down, and he eat up the little book. And there was... "He put one foot on land, and one on the sea, and swore by Him that lives, and ever and ever, that, 'Time shall be no more.'" And when He did, Seven Thunders uttered their voices. And when the Seven Thunders uttered their voices, John said he was about to write. And He said, "Don't write It." Uh-huh. See? And he sealed It. [Revelation 10:4]
E-130 Now, someone said, "Well, that Seven Seals, then, Brother Branham, that will be revealed in the last days, some great mystery how we get closer to God?" No, sir, it can't be.
E-131 "Whosoever shall take one Word from this Bible, or add one word to It, his part will be taken, the Book of Life." What it is is a revelation on what has been missed back there, to bring. It's already wrote Here. It's in Here. It's to reveal what already has been written. See? Cause, you can't add one thing to It, or take one Word from It. [Revelation 22:19]
E-132 The first chapter of Rev-.... of--of the Bible, in the beginning, Genesis. One woman didn't misbelieve It, but she just misinterpreted, let Satan misinterpret to her, one word, "surely." See? And then, from that, caused all this trouble. And that was God speaking, God's Word. [Genesis 3:4]
E-133 And in the last chapter of Revelation, Jesus Himself, the same God, said, "Whosoever shall take one Word out, or add one word to It." [Revelation 22:19]
E-134 This is the complete revelation of Jesus Christ. [Brother Branham pats his Bible--Ed.] And the Seven Seals had the mysteries hid, of what It all was; and is supposed to open It in the last day, at the Laodicean age, at the end of time. Thanks be to God! That finishes the Message to the Church. That finishes It. When they look back and see what has been, and see where it's all brought up to, that finishes It, the age of the Church.
E-135 Now notice the trumpets that we're speaking of, is a call together for either a feast, for war, for a person, some sacred day, or something like that. Notice. You say, "For a person?" Yeah. Or, for the year of jubilee, the announcing of the coming of freedom, when they could go back; now, we could take a complete morning on just that one thing. But, now, getting into the trumpets. You got the background now, of the Seals and the Church, now we're going into the trumpet. The trumpet sounded, and the trumpet denotes either war, or a feast day. Or, what it means, is, "a gathering together of the people," the trumpet.
E-136 Paul said, "When the trumpet gives an uncertain sound, who can prepare themselves for war, or for peace, or whatever it is?" Who knows? You have to know what the trumpet sounds. [I Corinthians 14:7-9]
E-137 Therefore, when the trumpet sounds, we see something in the earth today. There is a great trouble somewhere. Everybody knows it. Everybody has become a neurotic. The whole world is a neurotical world, and we know there is something wrong. The Pentagon, everywhere, we know there is something wrong.
E-138 Now, the only way you'll know what the trumpet sound is, is to look what the Music Sheet says. See? That's all. It's a great symphony, see, and beating.
E-139 Like, Peter and the Wolf, see, when you... if the... And the--the composer has wrote the book, and the director must be in the same spirit of the composer. If he don't, he gives the wrong beat, and then the whole thing is out.
E-140 That's what's the matter today. We got too many directors in the... not in the Spirit of the Composer. They say, "The denomination, well, we believe this."
E-141 No matter what you say, the Bible is right. Beat it out according to the Sheet Music right here before it, then the great symphony of God's great act is playing out just right, then we can see the hour and where we're standing.
E-142 Now notice, the trumpet is to call together the people, assemble themselves together for something. Sometime it announced a important person.
E-143 Like in Joseph, they sounded the trumpet, and Joseph was appearing; which is a--a symbol of "the Great Trumpet" that we speak of, and get to after a while, in Isaiah. That says, "When the Great Trumpet sounds, when that ensign will be lifted up, up there; and then there'll come a time when the Great Trumpet will be sounded, and all the nations will gather to Jerusalem." That's when the Millennium starts; the Great Trumpet. [I Thessalonians 4:16-18]
E-144 Now, this calling, of the feast of the trumpets, the approaching of something. Notice Revelation 8:7, if you want to write down. We notice the First Trumpet, there scattered hail, blood, fire, upon the earth; just exactly with Exodus, when God was calling His people out, of the exodus. [Revelation 8:7]
E-145 Now, the reason that these Seven Trumpets does not apply to this Church and this age, is because it's to Israel only. It's the calling, of the gathering of the people. And now there's only one significance in here that I want you to get to, in a few minutes, is where you'll see why this doesn't apply to this age that we're living in; the Seven Trumpets.
E-146 I know many people different with that, but I know it's this. I know it. Not because I'm saying you're saying it; because, I didn't get it from myself. My--my thought is not my own. Ever what It is that told me, if It's wrong, then it's wrong. But I'm not telling it by my own, I'm telling by what Somebody else has said. That Somebody else is the God that spoke to us and done all these things that He has done, and appeared, see, so I know it's right.
E-147 The--the gathering of Israel is the Trumpets. The Trumpets is to gather Israel. Notice, the very First Trumpet sound; blood, fire, hail, and everything, scatter the ground. See? What was He doing? Bringing Israel out of spiritual Egypt, see, back into his homeland.
E-148 Now let me say this right here, that, every Trumpet that blowed, blowed under the Sixth Seal. We'll get to it in a few minutes, where we caught the Seal there. All the Trumpets sounded under the Sixth Seal.
E-149 Because, the Seventh Seal, there was silence. "No one knew; that was the minute or hour that Christ would come," as He revealed it to us. [Revelation 8:1-2]
E-150 But every Trumpet sounded under the Sixth Seal, under the persecution of the Jews. Notice, Revelation now, 8th, and begin with the 7th verse. All was the calling out of Israel, natural, in Egypt; now it's the calling out of Israel, in the spiritual sense. He was making them ready to come to the feast of the Atonement. [Revelation 8:7]
E-151 Notice, the feast of the trumpets was first, which was pentecost. The feast of the atonement followed it, fifty days later. The feast of the atonement, read it here. We'll, probably, if we have time, we'll refer to it and read it to you out of the Bible, here in Leviticus 12, now, or Leviticus 23, rather, and Leviticus 16. We find that the first was the feast of the--of the trumpets. Was the atonement and the... after it followed pentecost, now we find out... The feast of the atonement followed the feast of the trumpets.
E-152 Now notice, a Trumpet sounded, and that was to gather them together. Now, the First Trumpet blowed, there was hail, blood, fire, sprayed upon the earth, just exactly like it was in Egypt, making ready to call them to the Day of the Atonement. See? They rejected the true Atonement. And this years has been lengthened out through here, has been the year of pentecost. See? Now the sounding for the Jews comes next. [Revelation 8:1-13]
E-153 This has been the calling-out of the Church. Watch real close. Now, which, afterwards, He took them to the land of promise; which He will do the same thing, in which, in symbol, He takes the Church to the land of promise.
E-154 Remember, every Trumpet sounded under the Sixth Seal, only then when it sounded.
E-155 Notice now, exactly, the continuity of the Scripture, exactly the same. Under the Seventh Trumpet, is to Israel the same as the Seventh Seal was to the Church. We find, under the Seventh Seal, that when these souls that was under the altar there, that received robes... They were given robes, not that they earned them, because they were in the dispensation when God was still dealing with grace with the Gentiles, not Jews. Israel is saved as a nation. God deals with Israel as a nation. Gentiles is "a people for His Name," not a nation for His Name. Israel!
E-156 And when Hitler and them persecuted the Jews, and did the things that they done under that; look, they, Stalin, Hitler, and all those dictators had raised up. If we had the time, which, to rehearse it to some newcomers, but we've went through it. Under that same age, that there has been in Germany and--and all the other nations, Jews has scattered throughout all the land. But there has raised, in the last twenty years, a bitter persecution against the Jews.
E-157 I've been out there at the old places where they burnt their bodies, and cremated, and used the... used their ashes to fertilize the ground, Jewish children, and women, and everything. Then they try to deny it; take them right out and show them where it was done.
E-158 It's been a bitter persecution against Israel, because it's been the time calling him now back to the Atonement. He is still under the atonement of a natural lamb. The real Lamb of God is the Atonement, and he has rejected It, and the Blood has been upon him ever since. Notice, making ready the people! How perfect then the Seventh Trumpet and the Seventh Seal is, perfectly together, the persecution of the Jews.
E-159 Note, in Revelation the 9th chapter and the 13th verse, now notice real close, under the Sixth Trumpet. Revelations 9:13, under the Sixth Trumpet, note, there was two hundred thousand horsemen that had been bound in the river of Euphrates, was turned loose under the Sixth Trumpet. Now there's not two hundred thousand horsemen in the world; but there was two hundred thousand horsemen. Notice it. I want you to jot it down, so you can read it. [Revelation 19:13]
E-160 They wasn't natural horses. They breathed fire, and they had breastplates of jasper, and--and they had tails. And the end of the tail looked like a serpent, a snake's head on the end of it, stinging. See? It was spiritual horses, spiritual devils, chargers, that had been bound in Euphrates all these years, supernatural devils. What was it? The old Roman Empire being revived; the persecution of the Jews. They had been bound for nearly two thousand years, at the river Euphrates, can't cross to the promise; a religious sect that was trying to get to the other side. Euphrates, you know, come through Eden. But they were bound there, two hundred thousand devils of persecution.
E-161 And notice what happens under that Sixth Trumpet. They were turned loose on the Jews; the persecution of the Jews. Supernatural devils, nearly two thousand years, then loosed by Stalin, Hitler, upon the Jews. You say, "Well, that isn't Roman." It's the same spirit. They done the same things they did to the Christians, in the old pagan Roman days. Now watch the natural Israel, and the spiritual Church now, as we separate it here. Turned loose on the Jews. [Revelation 8:1-13]
E-162 You remember, under the Sixth Seal, how every one of those martyrs, according--according to the Word of God, receive robes. It was given to them by the grace, because they're blinded that they can't see their Gospel, that this people might be called out of the Gentiles for the--the Bride. They were given robes, the Bible says here, under that Trumpet. Them Jews, who absolutely is against Christ and everything; the reason they are, is because the Bible said they are blinded. And they were blinded for your sake. And the just God knows that they would receive It, but they were made blind for your sake. The Bible said so. [Revelation 8:1-13]
E-163 There is that Roman empire, bound there by (what?) the ecclesiastical powers. Which, Rome, pagan Rome become papal Rome, and was bound there in its traditions of Christian. What part of Christian, and--and superstitions it had of Rome putting together all these; worship of women, and all these other kind of stuff, and Christmas days, and holidays, and holy days, and things. It's been bound with that tradition that it cannot let loose, because it's against Christian principles. Still the same ungodly, pagan spirit! And that spirit caught into the nations of the world, according to the prophecies of Ezekiel and the rest of the them.
E-164 And they were loosed upon the Jew, who knowed nothing of the Spirit. There is your mysteries that's hid under that Seal there. See? Notice it. We went through it. And I'll show you this Trumpet here, this last Trumpet, what takes place. There they are. These Trumpets are let loose on the Jews, (don't you see?) not on the Gentiles. The Gentile, when them Seals was opened, is sealed away; time is ended; the Church is called. [Revelation 8:1-13]
E-165 You remember the vision the other day? Remember the re-... the preview of it? How many remembers, Sunday 'fore last? How there it was exactly, come by. We seen it, exactly, seen that dirty, filthy thing come up, called the church, vulgarities to the extreme. And that little Bride, of every nation, each one of them dressed like their nation they come from, just perfectly walking before the Lord.
E-166 You notice, there'll be a time, sometime, when they'll say, "Well, I thought the Church was to go before the persecution. I thought there was a Rapture."
"It's already passed and you knew it not."

Five things, perfectly, and just two more things to happen. Said, "It'd happen just before the Coming." Here we are right at the end now, and look like that sixth thing is moving right up. See? Perfectly, exactly, even the wars and how they would happen, exactly on the dot, and not one time did it miss.

E-173 Now, now he loosed, upon, under that Sixth Seal, these two hundred thousand spiritual demons, started in Rome, Germany, Hitler. And notice over in the Bible, where they received, never... They received power as kings, but wasn't crowned. A dictator is not a crowned king; just receive power as a king.
E-174 Oh, the Spirit of God just moving through me now, you know, just saying something. I don't know how to say it, nor what to say, and maybe I better not.
E-175 Notice, two thou-... hundred thousand demons turned loose upon those Jews, when they burned them, they crucified them. They put bubbles in their veins. They killed them, till they had no more gas to kill them with. And they shot them, till they had no more bullets to shoot with. And they--and they done everything they could do. They cremated their bodies, and everything; and hung on fences, children and all, innocent people. Because they were Jews, they were done that way. But God said He give each one of them a robe, undeserving as they was; but His grace to blind them so that we could see.

E-180 Notice, we find now that that natural power under the natural, to a natural nation, Israel, was loosed there. And what did it? It went and made war, and how it murdered and persecuted.

E-181 I hope that God opens your eyes to this now. Cause, I realize this is just not speaking to this church here. This tape goes world-wide. And I don't mean to hurt anybody's feelings, but just to tell the Truth.
E-182 Now the ecclesiastical realm has been opened, from the natural revival of the old pagan Rome, went forth on those Jews, which has always been their enemy. The lion, with teeth and everything, it stomped down and broke out the people. Rome, always been God's enemy! And it was turned loose in the same spirit, by the dictators of the world, because the religious system was still holding. Now it's been loosed.
E-183 What has it done? In the "cunningness," as He said, he come in like flatteries. And what has he done? He is bringing the Protestant Ecumenical Council of the World Churches, the spirit of antichrist upon both of them, bringing them to the slaughter, just like they did the other, in the hour to call the Bride. How? Loosed in the ecclesiastical church spirit. Loosed upon what? Not upon the denominations; upon the Bride! But here you'll get it, the Bride will not go through that time. The Bible says not. The church will, but not the Bride. Can't you see? Ministers, can't you see that, brethren?
E-184 You say, "The Church has to go through the persecution, for the--for the perfection of It." The Blood of Jesus Christ perfects the Bride.
E-185 A man who chooses a wife don't put her through a lot of punishment; he's already found grace, too, with her; she has found grace with him. He--he engages to her. And, if there is anything, he'll keep her from every place to turn her hand. His grace is so great upon them.
E-186 And so will it be upon the Bride, and so is it on the Bride. We unworthy creatures, deserving of hell, but His grace holds us through it. Look at how many lost and blind! How many, how many sinners was there in the world, the hour I got saved! God saved me for a purpose; and I'm determined, by His will, to do that purpose. I don't care what anything else goes; I want to do it.
E-187 And in the hour when I see all the churches, their great glamour, "and rich, and have need of nothing," they say; and see them, miserable, wretched, blind; then patting you on the shoulders, want you to compromise with them. I was born for a purpose, that's to condemn that thing and to call out. This I do.
E-188 Remember, when Jesus came on the earth, there wasn't one-hundredth of the people on the earth ever knowed He was here. He come to get that elected group. Said, "No man can come to Me except My Father has drawed him. And all the Father hath," past tense, "given me, they'll come. They'll know it. They'll hear It." [John 6:44]
E-189 Notice the loosing of this ecclesiastical spirit. Now twenty years later, after that war, we see the loosing of the ecclesiastical spirit. What under? The Seventh Seal; the Seventh Trumpet to the Jew.
E-190 Look at the moon darkening out. What under? See it drawn out, the Son of man being drove from the church.
E-191 What is it? Joining in with the ecclesiastical bunch. The--the ecumenical move, and with the World Council of Churches, has drove every man... What does that thing stand for? Why, you have to surrender all your evangelical teachings and things. "How can two walk together 'less they be agreed?" They can't. Jesus said they can't. And how can a church, the Methodist and Baptists walk together? How can the Church of Christ walk with the Presbyterians? How can the Catholic walk with the Protestant? How can Protestant walk with Protestant?
E-192 But the Bride can walk with the Word, which is Christ. It must be in agreement. Not the ecclesiastical system; but the Word. You have to agree with the Word, to walk with the Word. Jesus said so. That makes it right.
E-193 Notice, there she is now. She's loosed, to call all these little loose ends, "Oh, well, don't make any difference, anyhow."
E-194 That's what Satan said to Eve, "Don't make any difference. It's all right. Surely, God is a good God. He loves us all." He doesn't.
E-195 You hear so much about It being a good God. He is a good God, but, being good, He has to be just. There is no goodness without justice. There is no justice without no law, without punishment, penalty. So we're in that hour, that we're living.

E-197 Just like the right and left foot of the image that Daniel saw, how they wouldn't agree and mix with one another. And the word Eisenhower, during that time... Eisenhower means "iron." Khrushchev means "clay." And he pulled off his shoe and beat it [Brother Branham knocks on the pulpit--Ed.] on the desk at the... when the League of Nations, or the U... at the UN. Khrushchev did, dusting off the... Oh, my! The hour that we're living! The church and its condition!
E-198 But, thank God, the little Bride has made Herself ready. It ain't long. Just hold on. It won't be long. I don't know how long, don't know when; nobody knows that. But we know it's close now, real.
E-199 Watch the ecclesia. Watch that, natural, what it did to them Jews. That was a people that held to the laws of God. No matter how many churches raise up, what else, they was blinded to Christ, and held to that law. And God gave them robes, every one of them, 'cause they went down in martyrdom. See? They're--they're... They were blinded for our sake.
E-200 Here now, the Church, that knows nothing but the Bible. Regardless of ecclesiastical system, denomination, they know nothing about it. It's all foreign to them. They know Him, and Him alone.
E-201 People today are somewhat like Peter and them was, up on the Mount of Transfiguration. They got all enthused when they seen the supernatural did, and one said, "We'll make one church of--of the prophets, and one to Moses." [Mark 9:5]
E-202 And that's the way the people, the Pentecostals did. They said, "We'll make one, Assembly of God; and one, church of God; and one, Oneness; and one, Twoness," and so forth like that.
E-203 But while he was yet speaking, Jehovah cried out, "This is My beloved Son," Who is the Word, "hear ye Him!" See? He is the Word. [Matthew 17:5]
E-204 The hour that we're living, the ecclesiasticals, of spirits uniting together now and bringing them all to this big one slaughter, to blot out. It's already in writing here, in this nation now, that these churches has to be closed unless you're with the organization. It's a union, it's a boycott, just like the mark of the beast.
E-205 And now you see what the beast is, don't you? It's a power. And a power, ecclesiastical power, Jesus said, "It'd be so close like the real thing, it'd deceive the very Elected if it was possible." But He promised to have something here for us in that day, that we wouldn't be deceived, and that's the Word, and Christ to make It manifest to us. They're supernaturals, devils, unseen to the eye, but you can see what they're doing. See?
E-206 Notice, while that group is a riding, making themselves ready to stomp out everything that won't agree with them, there is another group being made ready, after while, Revelations 19. The next time the Church is heard, She comes, also, not upon exactly horses, but the Bible said, "He was on a white horse, and the host of Heaven was following Him upon white horses." That right? [Revelation 19:1-10]
E-207 While this group down here has got two thousand bond at the river Euphrates, and has been bound for two thousand years, also that church has bound the Holy Ghost for nearly two thousand years, under martyrdom back there, and under the church ages. It's been bound, not at the river Euphrates, but at the door of creeds and dogmas, that the Holy Spirit can't work in the church because of man-made systems. But She is going to be liberated, She is coming back, that's what the Bible said. And those two meet one another on the battlegrounds, Lucifer and Michael again, like in the beginning. They've been bound for two thousand years, almost, almost two thousand years.
E-208 Not exactly two thousand, 'cause the Romans kept on going, Titus in A.D. 96, and on down like that, kill the Jews. The Romans! Who was it killed the Jews? Who was Titus? A Roman general. The blood rolled out the gates down there, up to the... oh, and slaughter them, the women, children, and everything. Didn't Ezekiel 9 say they'd do that? "Go through the midst of the city and set a mark upon the people who sigh and cry," the--the Holy Spirit. And the rest of them, "the slaughtering man come forth," that would been bound; hold them, hold them, until they went forth and slaughter everything that was in there. Little women, women, children, babies, and everything else, they were all slaughtered. Exactly. [Ezekiel 9:1-10]
E-209 Here it is again, repeating itself. And here is that ecclesiastical system coming right back, smothering out, tramping out everything that's called God. Oh, they got their systems, and organizations, and denominations, but that don't have nothing to do with the Bible. They'll tell you quick they don't even believe in It. Yes, sir. "Say what the church says."
E-210 It's what God says! That is the Word. The Bride is with the Words; they're One. How can they be One? When that Word, that's wrote in There, becomes in you, and make--make you and the Word becomes One. That's exactly what He promised.
E-211 Then, It interpret. God don't need an interpreter. They say, "Well, we interpret It like this." You've got no right to interpret nothing. God does His Own interpretation. God said, "Let there be light," and there was light. Who interprets that? He said, "A virgin shall conceive," and she did. That don't need any interpreter; it's already interpreted. God said these things would happen in this day, and it is. It don't need no interpreter. It interprets Itself. Oh, my! [Genesis 1:3], [Isaiah 14:12]
E-212 Revelations 9:1, under the Fifth Trumpet, their king... Notice, Revelations 9:1 now, the king of this great group of two hundred thousand horses. They had a king over them, and, if we notice, it was a fallen star. "Why art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer?" Oh, how Doctor Smith got that so scrupled up there, but, it's all right, see, wasn't for his hour. See? All right. "Was the bottomless pit; their king was the king of the bottomless pit." [Revelation 9:1]

And the beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and shall go into perdition: and they that dwell upon the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life--of the life from the foundation of the world, when they beheld the beast which was, which is not, and which yet is.

And we want not to miss this at all, now, so we can get it just exactly the way the Lord has got it written here for us. I certainly can't find Leviticus in Exodus, can I? All right, Leviticus now. "And the Lord..." 23rd.
... the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
Speak to the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, and an holy convocation. See?
Ye shall do... the servile work therein: but ye shall not offer... offerings made by fire unto the LORD.
... and ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD.
[Leviticus 23:9-23]

E-223 Now--now, the fifty days of the trumpets, for us, symbolize when the trumpet sounded at pentecost, which was fifty days. Now--now--now, after this, the Jews rejected That.
E-224 Now the Trumpets is to call them back to that Atonement, see, the Atonement they rejected. And they rejected so our eyes could be opened; theirs was closed. And during this time, these Seals opened up, and the--the--the Trumpets blowed. And now, in the blowing of the Trumpets, just before the Messiah comes, 'cause they've got to be in Palestine. And you remember God had to harden Pharaoh's heart, to run them out of Egypt; and He hardened Stalin, Mussolini, and all that, to get them back into the promised land, where the hundred and forty-four thousand is supposed to be.
E-225 And now, for the first time for thousands of years, twenty-five hundred years, that Israel is a nation with its own flag, own army, and all, and it considered in the--in the UN. First time it's been. The oldest flag that ever flew on earth, at this time, flies again, the five... six-point star of David. He said He'd lift that ensign in the last days, when she'd be coming back. We're at the end. There is just no doubt about it. We're here.

Now, the Jews has been blinded, waiting all this time, while the pentecostal Firstfruits has been poured out upon the Church. And we've come down through the martyr ages, and down through the reformer ages, and now in the calling-out age; three sections, same Spirit; like Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, same One. See? They've had enough Light, like a real rainy day, they could join churches, and believe the Lord, and things like that. The same Gospel, with the same thing, would take place in the evening time, just when the shadows are getting low. The same Gospel, the same Christ that lived in flesh back yonder at the beginning, on the Eastern people, shall live again in the Western people at the end time. E-246 Pentecost feast finishes at the period of the Seventh Trumpet, for the next is the Coming of... The Seventh Seal, for the next is the mystery of the Coming of Christ, and, also, the Trumpet is sound for the Jews. Their Sixth Trumpet is sound, and, when it does, it makes known to them the revealed Son of God; one-half hour of space. Remember, all Trumpets sound on this Sixth Seal. The Sixth Seal finishes the mystery, under the Sixth Seal, just before the Seventh is opened.

E-252 In this feast of pentecost, which is represented in Leviticus 23:26, or 23 and 24, is a feast of mourning, not a killing, of a feast. The feast was killed... The atonement was killed, rather. The atonement was killed. Leviticus 16, it's exactly a parallel to it. Only, in this place, it's called Israel to mourn for their sins. How perfect it is, today! It's not the rekilling of It; which, Moses symbolized, by striking the rock the second time; it didn't work. Not a killing, of a feast; but a mourning, of rejecting the Atonement. Oh, my! This will be the Trumpet; the feast, be rejected, then their Messiah made known. [Leviticus 23:24]
E-253 Notice, they'll know their Messiah when they see Him. He is coming in power, this time, the One they looked for. He is coming in power, for the Gentile Bride, and the Jews are going to recognize Him. And then the Bible says... We just got through preaching on it here, about six months ago, or more. The Bible says, when they say, "Where did You get those wounds?" How many remembers the Message? Raise your hand. Sure, you... See? "Where'd You get those wounds?"
He said, "In the house of My friends." [Zechariah 13:6]
E-254 Remember me preaching on the--the time when Jacob had sent the children of Israel down there to get the stuff, and the food and stuff, and how Joseph act like he didn't know them; and how all these things went on, then he made himself known? You remember? And they were so scared, they went to weeping. Same as Jacob's trouble.
E-255 And here we find the Jews under persecution; don't know where they stand now, but they're coming back.
E-256 And when they do see the Atonement appear, the Bible said, "When they seen it," they said, "they would separate one home from another, and weep for days, like a--like a family that's lost their only son. 'Where did you get those wounds?'"

E-257 Remember, the Bride is already in Heaven; Joseph's wife was in the palace. And Joseph dismissed everything from around him, and he made hisself known to his brothers; you see, His Wife and children and them was in the palace when He returns back to make Hisself known to the Jews. There is the Atonement. There is your sound Trumpet. There is where they say, "Oh!" What is it? There's the Atonement. "Where's them wounds come from?" There it is.

E-258 Remember what Joseph's brothers said? Why, they said, "Now we'll be killed, sure enough. We did that. We did the evil like that."
E-259 He said, "No, God did this to save life." You remember the story, in Genesis? See? See? So did He do it this way, to save the life of the Gentile, the Bride. Said, "I got them in the house of My friend; but don't be angry, see, don't be afraid of yourself."
E-260 They say, "Oh, my! Did we actually miss seeing Him? Was that the Atonement, and we've missed It? O God!" And they said, "They just separate themselves, and mourn for days." What is it? The Atonement; sadness. This time, the coming of the making known, Atonement, is not the regular atonement being killed, like in Leviticus 16. But Leviticus 23 is a mourning time, of their sins. And, their sins was, they rejected It.
E-261 Oh, don't you see where we're at? Don't you see why them Trumpets means nothing to us? They all sounded under our Sixth Seal. You see now why the Holy Spirit wouldn't let me speak it? E-267 Read in your Book here and see if that between the Sixth and Seventh Trumpet isn't injected in there, let the Jews being called out between the Sixth and Seventh Plague, we come over to that hundred and forty-four thousand (you remember that?), which was between that. See? Sure. Uh-huh. And even the wicked will be raised up to life again, and then have to die the second death. Is that right? So get that out of your mind. It is Moses. Watch your ministry, just exactly what Moses and Elijah done; closed the heavens and sprayed fire upon it. You know what the thing they done.
E-273 Think of it! It's the end time, folks. Hallelujah! The great Day of the Lord is at hand. Gather yourselves together. Feast of the Messiah; they'll reject Him, and they'll find out that there is their Messiah. The Bible said them striking things like this would take place.
E-274 In Revelations 11, call, their ministry will be the ministry of Moses and Elias calling to Israel, out of the Jewish traditions; just as the seventh angel's Message called the Bride out of the Pentecostal tradition. Remember, Moses and Elijah is to call Israel out of the old atonement of the lamb, and sheep, and blood, and goats, and sacrifice, to the real living Sacrifice, to the Word. [Revelation 11:1-13]
E-275 And the seventh angel's Message, under the same Trumpet, same everything exactly, the same Seal, is to (what?) call the people, the Bride, out of the Pentecostal and world tradition, to the genuine Atonement, the Word, Christ impersonated in His Word here, made flesh among us. Science has proved it, by pictures. The church knows it, the world around. We firmly know it, for He's never told us one thing in THUS SAITH THE LORD but what's been the Truth. Did He not say, down there on the river, "As John the Baptist was sent, so will this Message..."

Remember, the Bible said, "There was an image made unto the beast."
E-280 And this United States has always been number thirteen. It started with thirteen states, thirteen colonies; thirteen stars, thirteen stripes; number thirteen, and always a woman. She appears in the thirteenth chapter of Revelations. And, first, is a lamb; meekness, freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and so forth; and then they receive power, and spoke with all the power the dragon had before him. What is it? What was the dragon? Rome. See, had a mark, a image of the beast, raise up against the real Church of God. Under them denominations, will plague this thing! But, when they start to do it:
The Lamb shall take His Bride to be ever at His side,
All the host of Heaven will assembled be;
Oh, it will be a glorious sight, all the saints in spotless white;
And with Jesus they shall feast Eternally. Amen!
"Come and dine," the Master calleth, "Come and dine." Amen!

And in Isaiah 27:12 and 13, is where He sounds that "Trumpet," and all of the nations will recognize Israel in her homeland, God with her. [Isaiah 18:1-3], [Isaiah 27:12-13]
E-284 Then the Bride will come to be with the Bridegroom, and the Bridegroom with the Bride; and then the great Millennium, after the whole world is destroyed by atomic power. And there will be "a new heavens and new earth," shall live forever.
E-285 Look, right under... Now notice, the ministry of Moses and Elijah will... Now, everybody get it? Let me say it again. The ministry of Moses and Elijah, between the Sixth and Seventh Trumpet, will be two prophets that will... they... Israel always believe their prophets.

E-288 Brother Lewi Pethrus and them sent me those Bibles; when they give a million of them out to them Jews coming from Iran and everywhere, coming back, assembling themselves together, become a nation.
I thought, "This is my time." I was already... Cairo, Egypt.

E-290 Moses and Elijah has got to call. The pentecostal jubilee is still going, or had up till this time. See? Now the feast of Trumpets has to be known. And this one over here of Malachi 4 is not connected with that one over there; not at all, not at all. Notice, watch here, the ministry will be Moses and Elijah, changing and calling Israel from the Jewish traditions, listen, from the Jewish traditions that they had been mixed up in. Being prophets, they'll believe--they'll believe him, calling them to the feast of the Atonement, Christ, letting them recognize Christ. They'll say, "He is coming. He'll be here." The Jews will be gathering, things like that.
And then when He comes, say, "Here I am." See?
"Where'd You get them scars?"
"In the house of My friends." [Zechariah 13:6]
E-291 Now, the same as those two prophets did! Remember, the Gentile Bride is to have a prophet, called Elias, Elijah, that's to call them out of their traditions, the Bride; just the same as these prophets called Jews out of Judaism, to Christ, the Atonement. And the Gentiles already knows the Atonement, but it's to call the Bride back to the original Atonement, where these (fifty) sabbaths they... All these seven sabbaths that they have got away from; call them back to the end time. The seven... Listen! The Seventh Church messenger, the Seven Trumpet messenger, is all prophets. Injected, is the hundred and forty-four thousand. [Revelation 11:1-13]

E-301 Look, they went down into Gerar. And what happened? Abimelech, the king, fell in love with her, said, "She is fair and beautiful," and was going to marry her. Is that right? Old grandma; and all them other pretty girls down there. Granny, "She is beautiful. She is fair to look upon." See? [Genesis 20:1-3]
E-302 God changed her body, and turned them back. It's a mystery that's to be revealed now in this day, by the Son of man, see, the evening Message. See? Turned back! And that was the last sign they seen, was (what?) that discernment, before the change of the body come. [Genesis 20:1-3]

"The trumpet of God shall sound; the dead in Christ shall rise first, a new body; and we which alive and remain shall be changed, in a moment, in a twinkle of a eye," hallelujah, "and shall be caught up together, to meet the Lord in the air." The secret has been made known; the Seals are open. [I Thessalonians 4:16]

E-310 We're here! We're at the end. That's not just some silly thing of a man. That's THUS SAITH THE LORD.

E-311 Merciful God, Jehovah, the Almighty that thundered on Mount Sinai; and the people screamed, "Let Moses speak, and not God, lest we die." You said, Great Jehovah, "I'll raise them up a Prophet. I'll not speak to them no more like this." But You promised what You would do, and You did it; You raised us up the Lord Jesus. He is the Word. You said He was. "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us." [Exodus 20:19], [John 1:14]
E-312 We see the things that He prophesied to us here, through His prophet, John, on the isle of Patmos. We see it fulfilled, to the letter. We see the Holy Ghost made manifest among us here on earth. We see the denominations put Him out of the church; the Word. They got nothing against the people; it's that Word that they hate. It's against their tradition. Just as when You were here on earth, You was the Word, and You were against their traditions; and they threw You out of their churches, everywhere. [Revelation 1:9]
E-313 And now, Lord, there is no cooperation, nowhere. Trying even to get into South Africa, where I know there is some souls there yet waiting. Every place, and look like they won't receive me, Lord. Not because of me, Lord; it's because of this Message. But, You said it would be this way, and You've made it known to us so we wouldn't be discouraged. We know the hour we're living.
E-314 God, these people have set here this morning, in this hot, baking room here. They've listened close. They see now, I'm sure. If they don't, reveal it to them, Lord, why that You wouldn't permit me to take those Trumpets. I see it has nothing to do with us. Right at that Sixth Trumpet, it all happened, and we've done seen the Sixth Seal open. And we seen a vision here, two weeks ago, of the preview of the Bride and the church, as I've told it here. Just as You showed me, Lord, I told it. Here we are. It may be later than we think.
E-315 O Father, if there's a person here this morning, that--that just taken some superstition, some theological influence, or some theologian's word which is contrary to the Word of God! And they don't know the real Christ, the real Holy Spirit. It isn't revealed to them, the Word, yet, how the Word is to be in this day. They only see a tradition. They living in a--a Light that's blinding. Like the greatest robbery that was ever done in the world, was in England, it was done by a false light. And the greatest robbery Your church has ever had, has been when they taken a denominational light and refused the genuine Light of the Bible, the Christ.
E-316 O God, be merciful! Save the lost, Lord. Please, I ask just a little while longer, Jesus. We got loved ones. Just a little while longer. Soon that great Rock will be hewed out of the mountain. Grant, Lord, if any is here this morning without You, may they come just now, sweetly, and receive You.

E-318 Father, God, there is a little shadow somewhere. Take it away, Lord. They set here in this room. Don't... Satan might have blinded their eyes, in times passed, but I pray that You'll wink at that, as You did to us in many days ago. But now that You call us all to sight... The Bible said that they were blind. They didn't know it. Said, "I counsel thee to buy of Me eyesalve." God, use the salve this morning upon their eyes, that they might see. Yet it be humble, in a bunch of humble people; and humble, uneducated, and so forth, but yet that's the way it was at the beginning. Grant it, Lord, that they'll receive It just now. I give them to Thee, in the Name of Thy Son, Jesus. [Revelation 3:18]
E-319 And You said, "He that heareth My Word." And I'm sure, Lord, the best of my knowledge, they've heard It. "And believeth on Him that sent Me," not make-believe, but really believes, and believes what the Word has said. "Has everlasting Life, and shall not come to the Judgment; but is passed from death to Life." John 5:24. [John 5:24]
E-320 Grant, Lord, that they'll be Yours, from this hour on. If there is a wonder in their mind, take it away. If there's a sick person in our midst, let the great Holy Spirit, Lord,... Which, I know there is; and revealing the thoughts, standing here on the platform. They know all about it. I pray that You'll heal them, Lord. Settle all the questions.
E-321 The pool will be open to those who have never been immersed in the Name of Jesus Christ, taking the Name of the Bridegroom. They got a denominational, ecclesiastical; no one was ever baptized in that titles of "Father, Son, and Holy Ghost," or sprinkled; and these traditional things that belongs to churches of this age, anti-Christ movement, image of the beast. Nobody was ever baptized in the name of "Father, Son, Holy Ghost," till the Catholic church. All the Bible, and all the history, afterwards, says they were baptized in the Name of Jesus. [Acts 2:37-38]
E-322 Paul said, in Galatians 8:1, "If even an Angel from Heaven comes and preaches any other Gospel, let him be cursed." And You commanded those people who had been baptized under John, the same one that baptized Jesus, to come and be rebaptized again in the Name of Jesus Christ, in Acts 19. And said, "Don't even let an Angel tell you anything else." [Galatians 1:8]
E-323 There will come a messenger in the last day, will guide the people back to the firstfruit, back to the original Faith. Grant it, Lord, that that great Messenger among us now, the great Christ, the Holy Spirit made vivid, made understanding, opening up the Word and revealing It to us, may He guide them back to the original, pentecostal Faith. Like Peter said, on the Day of Pentecost, "Repent, every one of you, and be baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sin." And it was forever that way, to every person, until the Roman church at Nicaea. [Acts 2:38]
E-324 God, be merciful now. The pool will be ready; the hearts open. Come in, Lord Jesus. We're in the last hours. If there is possibility, Lord, of them coming in at this hour; which, I hope and trust that there is. And we who are in, Lord, may we take inventory now, that we have seen and heard the Voice of God speaking through His Word, and we know what hour we're living. Grant it, Father. We commit them to Thee, in the Name of Thy Son.
